Hotel great, staff friendly. Never stayed here before but would return. The location is great, so much to do, beach is lovely. The Pirate show is just OUTSTANDING! The highlight of the holiday by far. We loved the restaurants on the sea front. Especially the olive tree. Easy to travel won’t TUI. Lilly and Diana were lovely reps full of great advice.

The hotel itself is in a downtown location near to transport links and main city attractions, so that’s good. The main part of the hotel is quite nice, but the rooms and bathrooms need serious updating. I know some people have mentioned the decor, but I can overlook unusual decor as long as things are clean and comfortable, and the rooms in this hotel are unfortunately not. The hotel was not particularly cheap either, so we felt like we had paid for better than we got. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been updated for a few decades, so there are broken tiles and grouting. Our room still had rubbish in it from the previous guests, and we had to find our own toilet paper since we weren’t provided any. The room next door was being renovated so we had drilling noises and a paint smell. Then they left the window of the room next door open one night to clear the smell, and the wind made the window creak all night so we couldn’t sleep and we couldn’t access the next door room to close the window. We asked at reception the next day and weirdly they couldn’t just close the window, instead we had to change rooms. Our new room had no working air conditioner, so we were far too hot and lost another night of sleep. We asked for someone to come and fix it, but they just came to the room, looked at it, said it was broken and shrugged and suggested we move rooms again. By this time we were on our last night of our stay and we decided it was just too much hassle to move again. We slept with the window open for some cool air and got some sleep inbetween the city noises. All in all, the hotel could have done a lot more to help us and make our stay a bit more comfortable, so we were not impressed.

Wonderful stay Rooms are groomy and comfortable Rugendas restaurant is absolutely incredible (breakfast is delicious and amazing, lunch and dinner are good) Staff is friendly, the three hotel and the restaurant are well located not very far from the main streets where you will find all restaurants and bars Incredible stay If i visit Chile again i would definitely choose Time

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of Santiago. The staff are amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Hotel dotato di tutto quanto deve avere un 4 stelle compreso un ottimo ristorante e bar. Personale competente gentile ed accogliente pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza sia per i tour che per esigenze particolari. Consiglierei una maggior scelta di dolci per la colazione. Le camere ai piani bassi sono un po’ rumorose quelle su piani alti con un ottima insonorizzazione. ( ho prenotato in 2 tempi all’inizio e alla fine del mio viaggio in Cile). Ottima la posizione vicino alla Moneda, il Metro e la zona pedonale. Consigliato. Wifi migliorabile nelle camere

This was a superior experience and one that reminds me of a time when hotel management was something hotels took pride in. From the very first moment, this was a stay of pure comfort. - Check in and out was quick and informative - The rooms were of a very high standard, clean and with superior comfort. There was a huge comfortable bed as well as a lounger and space for an office desk with chair. The desk had multi-jurisdictional plugs which is such a great offering for guests. I do not understand why all hotels do not offer this. There were four complimentary bottles which were always replaced. The lighting was just right. - Bathroom was luxurious with separate shower and bathtub, with the toilet in a separate space. Shower gels and shampoos provided along with lotion. And many towels of high quality. - Breakfast was excellent with a selection of everything anyone would require included fruit, breads, meats, live egg station and more. - Staff: The staff from the breakfast area to the concierge and reception were all excellent. They were helpful and always smiling. Special appreciation to the waiters in the breakfast area who were very helpful and engaged in conversation in English - which was great for me. They would constantly check to see if I was okay. I was very impressed with my stay and will definitely stay here again. Well done to the hotel management team and staff. Spectacular!

Great location - only a 2-minute walk to a subway station with a few grocery stores around with a hop-on/hop-off bus stop only 5 minutes away. We were able to get a SIM card from the front desk. I'd recommend requesting a room above the 2nd floor as many rooms on the second floor look over the lobby and it can get a little loud. I'd also note for future travellers that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Overall, a great place!

L'hotel è in una posizione molto buona, con molti posti buoni da mangiare in pochi isolati e diversi posti buoni a piedi. Ci vuole una passeggiata molto breve e sicuramente sicura alla torre di Costanera e un bel parco a pochi minuti di distanza vi porterà in giro con una gondola alla statua della Vergine Maria con belle viste, da dove si può prendere un funiculare per visitare il museo Pablo Neruda, Vale la pena visitare. L'hotel dispone di una piscina al tetto e un bar con fantastiche viste. La Solace ha alcune persone fantastiche e utili nel lobby, Prisilla, Daniela, Arnntxa e Felipe sono tutti così bello e utile, hanno reso la nostra visita molto comoda. Ringrazio loro per il loro aiuto. Non si può sbagliare a rimanere qui.

We booked Le Meridien to get some sleep after flying in on an overnight flight. The manager was extremely welcoming and helped us quickly get through check-in so we could maximize sleep time. He also kindly assisted us after we checked out in recommending restaurants and drivers. The location also can't be beat for walking to bars and restaurants.

FIz uma reserva para os dias de 22 de junho a 28 de junho, a reserva foi feita para um casal e uma criança de 4 anos, quarto standart, ou seja cama 2 camas queens, que no site verifica-se é U$ 199,00 a diaria, foi colocado em quarto com uma cama só, que verifica-se no site, deve a cama king, com valor para a mesma diaria de U$ 149,00, desde o momento da minha chegada fiz 3 reclamações e nada de alteração. Ainda foi realizada uma cobrança do restaurante que não foi eu. FIz o pedido para que aminha reserva seja pontuado no programa de Rewards, que cada 5 noites, ganhava duas diarias, até hoje não conta no programa. Não pretendo mais voltar nesse. hotel, fiz a reclamação no site da companhia a nenhuma resposta.
