The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

房間很不錯，位置比較方便，出去玩或者開車都可以。早餐有點像在咖啡廳那種感覺，點餐形式的，品種比較少。

位置很好，就在聖地亞哥最繁華的街區，門口吃飯逛街喝酒都非常方便。 房間里居然還有微波爐，餐具，廚具，適合自己動手做到。

We stayed at the RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel for 4 nights prior to leaving for Rapa Nui and enjoyed it so much that we returned for our last night in Santiago. The hotel is on a side street, but is close transportation and there were plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. Our room was simply furnished, but clean and well equipped with a small refrigerator, stove top and microwave, Since we left too early for breakfast most mornings, they provided us with a breakfast to go. In addition, Raoul and Simon at the front desk were very friendly and went out of our way to be helpful and give advice as to the best places to go and how to get there..

I couldn't give this four stars due to issues, but I'd say it was more like 3.5 stars. We were on a tour that booked us into this hotel. We don't know what the nightly rate is, so perhaps the price is low enough to put up with the inconveniences. First, the positives. The hotel is well located on a relatively quiet street but walking distance to several sights (including Sky Constanera--the high-end mall that also has a supermarket--and the gondolas up to San Cristobal Hill) and a plethora of restaurants (some of which were quite good, like Le Bistrot de Gaetan). The day staff was friendly and very helpful (including storing all the luggage of the 19 people of our tour--and fetching them in batches as we left in the evening, because we had a night flight). We had a very nice included breakfast, which are made to order. It is not served in their breakfast room (which remained dark the entire time we were there) but in a cafe connected to the property. We loved their cappuccinos and lattes. We also appreciated that every hotel room had a kitchenette--not that we used it other than to keep stuff cold in the refrigerator and to make tea (you must BYO everything because they don't supply anything other than the dishes, utensils, and appliances). The bathroom was reasonably spacious with a nice amount of counter space and a large shower with a handheld and rain shower head. Based on these features and the day staff, I would have given this hotel 4.5-5 stars. However, there were issues. We arrived at about 10:30 PM as part of a group tour. Only one of the night staff spoke (or understood) English, which made check-in slow and chaotic. There was some issue between the tour company and the hotel staff because the hotel staff told that we couldn't have breakfast the next day because they didn't serve breakfast on Sundays. When one of our party (who spoke Spanish) pressed that breakfast was supposed to be included in our tour, we were told (through her, because he never said it in English) that we could be served room service breakfast starting at 9 AM--but that was when our city tour left. Eventually, he said they could serve it starting at 8:40 AM. (Had no one on our tour pressed the issue, I'm sure no one would have received any breakfast.) By then, it was nearing midnight, and many had already given up and gone to their rooms; the rest of us placed orders for room service breakfast with our fingers crossed. (We also contacted our tour company to see if they could push back the city tour start time.) Our city tour was pushed back an hour to allow us time for breakfast, so the night staff actually called every room to tell us--starting after 1 AM. (Most people were woken by the call.) In the end, we got a nice breakfast delivered by room service, but several parties who had also ordered room service breakfast never got anything (although they were given vouchers for another meal later in the day at the insistence of one of the affected

I had no high expectations of this place, but it turned out to be the perfect place to recover from a long haul flight. Large, bright, modern room; the wifi was reliable, bed comfy, shower tremendous, and having a kitchen area was useful. The breakfast was fine - not massive, but civilised, with ad lib caffeine, and it went on till late. Location was ok, but not great - five minutes walk from Los Leones metro, and there seemed to be some kind of mall with shops and cafes close. A few things stopped me giving a 5. One was no tea, coffee.. have a kettle when there's nothing to make with it? A few free sachets of coffee/teabags and milk wouldn't break the bank. Also, checking in took about half an hour because the desk clerk was so chatty, which was not what l needed after an international flight - plus they told me some stuff about claiming tax back at the airport that turned out to be false. But negatives aside, l’d stay again. A good place to recover from an international flight.

Centrally located, close to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops…safe, pedestrian neighbourhood… Clean room, clean bathroom ( somewhat dark)… Tiny single beds (not even twin!) Merger breakfast…no coffee refills… Good customer service…
