Camera inattestamente grande e molto spazio di magazzinaggio. Letto abbastanza comodo ma diventare vecchio. Buon controllo climatico e pressione idrica, legno e asciugamani puliti. Personale di solito utile, soprattutto Juan e Josué alla reception, Nicole al concierge e Cesar al colazione. La sala da pranzo e la colazione erano spaziosi e avevano una buona varietà di cibi e frutta. La zona di raccolta non era sicura dopo l'oscurità a causa della riduzione della presenza della polizia. Bene durante il giorno, tuttavia, essere consapevoli dell'ambiente. Molte strade e tracce per esplorare nei vicini. Attenzione ai taxi gialla e nera. Had a lovely stay there as part of a solo trip to Chile recently; the staff were universally thoughtful, kind and helpful, and the room was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. Location in a great neighborhood and close to a metro station as well as large shopping complex and parks made getting around easy. Would certainly return without hesitation.

I visited this hotel again for the first time in years now that work travel is in full force. Centrally located, modern, with a proper scene and activity in an otherwise quiet neighborhood at night and on weekends. Definitely would recommend this hotel over others in this neighborhood if traveling here for work. If for pleasure, it’s fine so long as you are content with taking a metro or UBER/taxi to the touristy parts of the city.

We had a wonderful few nights at the hotel. It was well located for us. Cristobal was extremely helpful. Breakfast was well varied. Dinner also was very tasty. Rooms were well cleaned and the bathroom facilities great. The only complaint: we needed to reach a destination quickly and were advised that the hotel had their own taxis. We knew this would cost more than regular taxis. On the way back to the hotel from our destination we took a regular taxi. We were horrified that the hotel taxi was priced at FOUR times the amount of the regular one. We believe that this harms the reputation of the hotel.

This hotel lives up to its 5 star rating. I got walked up to my room and introduced to the layout and the staff had great knowledge of English. Beds were comfortable and room in good working order. There is a mall across the street which was convenient for taking care of some quick shopping trips. The hotel is in the De Hesa district of Santiago which is pretty, and also safe, though it is about 45-60min from the city center on public transit.

A lot of properties to consider in SCL. I won’t go through my selection process, but it doesn’t necessarily have to do with status. I came across the Le Meridien, that the Marriott website labeled as ‘new’. Apparently new to Marriott (since December), but certainly not a new property. It was formerly a Crowne Plaza. Not sure if ownership changed, but the property had to be rebranded. It is just a couple of blocks from the ground zero of Santiago protests at Plaza Baquedano and something bad happened at the property. Not sure how true that is – I didn’t read it on the Internet; heard a couple of other guests discussing it. Anyhow, LTP, stay mid-March, 3 nights. Late arrival. I used the shared shuttle service to the property. Never again (and not the property’s idea or fault). Booked a class king city view room and received the same. I did ask about upgrades and the FDA told me that an upgraded room maybe be available the next night for the remainder of my stay. I wasn’t interested in moving rooms as I had full days of tourism and I was already behind due to a 18 hour flight delay. Note that I was recognized as a LTP, proactively offered late checkout at 4 PM, and everything else explained to me. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great! The property is well located. Everything that I wanted to see was within walking distance (for me that means within 2 miles/45 minutes on flatland). But Uber is also readily available. Barrio Bellavista and/or Barrio Artes are close by for a large variety of restaurants, shops, etc. That said, I can take care of myself, but I wouldn’t walk around after dark other than a direct walk back from one of the Barrios to the property. There was nothing remarkable about the room. It was clean and comfortable albeit in need of renovation. If you are into English-speaking TV, you’ll need to get over it. The room did have a Nespresso-like machine and additional pods were available for the asking (I asked for 2 and 10 were dropped off). My public review rule for 2024 is the automatic drop of 1 point when plugs (any type – I can use a converter) are not provided bedside. It is 2024, not 2004; plug bricks are like 10 USD from Amazon. Breakfast was a decent buffet in the restaurant, including made to order omelets. Oddly enough, there were no hot meats offered on the buffet. The FDA told me that the lounge was being renovated, but there was a lounge like feature at the bar. Between 5-7 PM, small bites and a narrow variety of beer, wine, and sparkling wine were offered – for all guests. Once the small bites were gone, there were not any refills. Unfortunately, there was a group of 4 who helped themselves to most of the small bites. I even observed the bartender mentioning nicely (and no language barrier) that the small bites were for all and would not be refilled. That fell on deaf ears. I can’t stand people that treat the lounge or like as dinner when that is clearly not the intent. C

Bene il servizio dell'hotel, ma il letto ”extra grande” non è così ”extra”, ma solo grande. Mi aspettavo un letto più grande. L'attenzione del personale è molto buona, molto gentile. Per quanto riguarda l'accesso, dal parcheggio, devo dire che è molto cattivo. E' molto cattivo segnalato quando si arriva in macchina. Non ci sono lettere chiare che mostrano dove è l'ingresso all'hotel.

I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked properly, with enough hot water and a proper water pressure. The room looked clean to me and there was no issues with housekeeping. I could tell that the room furnishings were worn out though, like old furniture, etc. It didn’t bother me much because of my short stay, but it was quite apparent nonetheless. A/C also looked old and it was a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast was adequate. It didn’t have a plenty of choices but it was OK for me. In terms of location, as you probably already know, it is very central. I walked to the hotel back from San Cristobal's Funicular Station (taking Uber there) and also walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, then Uber is readily available in the area. Also, as I said earlier, keep in mind that this area is pretty dead on weekends. On weekdays the area comes to life and there are many restaurants next to the hotel that offer lunch menus. In terms of service I can’t say much because I barely asked for anything. But it seemed OK. Wi-Fi in my room was non-existing. This was a bad experience. But I suspect it was because of my room’s location. Otherwise Wi-Fi worked OK on the floor or in other places. The hotel also charges for everything, even for a bottled water in your room that is there on your arrival. All in all, not a bad experience. I am giving 4 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars review. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Stai qui 3 notti nel novembre 2019 in una stanza standard. Ha prenotato 2 camere mentre stavo qui con alcuni amici. L'hotel è stato in grado di accoglierci con le camere accanto a vicenda. Purtroppo, l'hotel era stato rinnovato, senza un annuncio di questo stato pubblicato sul sito web dell'hotel, né un email inviato a noi prima del nostro soggiorno per informarci di questo. Ciò significava che due mattine svegliamo un sacco di rumore, che ritengo inaccettabile. Il rumore continuava a andare fino a dopo pomeriggio. Ho chiesto una possibilità di camera a causa del rumore, ma la nuova camera non era migliore in questo senso. Il pranzo era deludente con una qualità scarsa e una diffusione limitata. Come non nativo, non sono sicuro di cosa si possa chiamare, ma è uno dei concentrati aromati che si può comprare e miscelare con acqua, quindi non era nemmeno il succo aromati di concentrato, ma una bevanda aromati di concentrato. Non l'ho mai visto in un hotel 4+ stelle. In un Ibis, sì, ma in un hotel Novotel marcato, no. La palestra era molto elementare e direi che non era nemmeno adatto per un breve soggiorno. Un'osservazione positiva è che nella zona del benessere hanno 3 saune a temperature diverse e una stanza a vapore, per questo non darò un commento all'hotel 1-star. In generale, un hotel molto corsa che non consiglierei.

In 8 or 9 trips to Santiago since 2008, this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far that fit my budget. Maybe demand is depressed for now in the Centro area because of working from home or tourism being way down due to Covid, but this felt a lot like a 4-star place that's tremendous value for now. Room was spacious, there was a room safe that was easy to use, bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff did a good job. Can't comment on the breakfast or the restaurants (I don't think my room rate included the breakfast). Location is excellent, close to entrance D for the Ud. de Chile Metro. There's also a market on that corner with long hours and most supplies a person would need. The Paris-Londres neighborhood is also nearby with the food options, and it's walking distance to basically anywhere downtown, especially in the eastern half. Barrio Lastarria is about 15 minutes' walk or 2 Metro stops. Desk staff had varying levels of English proficiency but were always helpful. It's not gringolandia but neither are the prices. I'd rate it an excellent choice.

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of Santiago. The staff are amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Per quanto ho letto dalle recensioni, mi aspettavo qualcosa di molto male, ma l'hotel è stato una sorpresa grata. Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel sono stati molto gentili e attenti, con pazienza per la lingua (poiché parlo un spagnolo ben basilare). Il colazione non era quel meraviglioso buffet di resort, era più semplice, con miscela, tè, caffè o acqua, e era molto bene fatto, che mi ha aiutato a sostenere diversi giorni di passeggiate. La camera era anche una sorpresa, molto grande, e con una balcone con una bella vista pro Cerro Santa Lucia. Tutto pulito, asciugamani puliti, vestiti da letto puliti. Ogni mattina si battevano alla porta per vedere se ci piaceva fare la pulizia della camera. Sulla posizione, nessun difetto! Situato vicino al centro, vicino al quartiere Lastarria, che ha diversi bar che sono aperti fino a dopo e molte persone camminano per la strada. Ha una stazione di metro vicino, possiamo fare tutto a piedi. Certo che dobbiamo stare attenti a camminare per strada, come in ogni grande città.

L'hotel è molto buono, sembra molto nuovo in tutta la sua struttura. La camera doppia è molto confortevole, abbastanza spazioso e l'aria condizionata molto potente. L'unica riserva che faccio è quella del doccia, perché è molto freddo, l'acqua non si riscalda in alcun modo. Nel periodo in cui mi sono fermato era molto caldo in città, quindi non è stato un disturbo così grande, ma in inverno, credo che sia un problema. La pulizia è impeccabile, così come la cura del personale del caffè che ho considerato molto buono. Ho letto molti commenti criticando questa parte, ma mi sono particolarmente trovato molto buono e ben variato. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metropolitana, Stazione Santa Lucia e punti turistici della città.

L'hotel è stato un cambiamento di ultima notte da parte del nostro tour operator, e siamo così felici che sia successo. L'hotel ha la piscina e il bar più sorprendente, con favolosa vista di Santiago con gli Andi dietro. Il personale è stato davvero amichevole e utile. Arrivammo tardi dopo un lungo volo, e andammo direttamente al tetto per un delizioso cocktail.Le camere sono di buona dimensione e il colazione è buona. Vorremmo poterci fermare un paio di giorni per solo rifrire nella piscina e fare dei cocktail sul tetto, prendendo in considerazione.

Recentemente sono stata ospitata con la famiglia in questo hotel per 6 giorni, l'hotel ha una buona posizione si trova intorno a 20 minuti di auto dai principali punti turistici e dall'aeroporto, buon caffè e letti confortevoli. Ma quello che ha lasciato a desiderare è che non poteva controllare l'aria condizionata, la mattina era a 10 gradi e l'hotel non aveva riscaldatore perché solo in inverno c'è riscaldatore nelle camere, passiamo molto freddo la notte, L'hotel ha fornito coperte, ma anche che non abbiamo potuto usare il cassetto, hanno cercato di riparare il cassetto, ma non hanno avuto successo. La piscina può essere utilizzata solo se si utilizza un bacino che viene venduto all'hotel, ho trovato strano, perché ho già ospitato in molti hotel e non ho mai visto chiedere. Alla luce di questo le camere sono confortevoli e pulite, tutto è a posto!

Per dire che questo è un ottimo hotel con una grande posizione, servizio, strutture e comfort, davvero riassume, ma lasciatemi condividere solo una piccola storia. Quando mia moglie e io siamo arrivati all'aeroporto e abbiamo preso quello che pensavamo fosse un taxi legittimo, abbiamo scoperto che era in realtà un pirata con una macchina nera e gialla proprio come il ”taxi ufficiale”. Quando scopriamo che la nostra carta di credito era stata compromesso, il personale (il personale del front desk era il migliore che abbia mai fatto, e viaggiavo molto) aveva il loro capo di sicurezza passato la fotocamera di sicurezza per osservare la nostra transazione davanti all'hotel in un tentativo di continuare identificare il pirata leggendo il numero della targa di licenza. Il problema della carta di credito è stato risolto, e noi siamo stati ”senza colpo”, ma l'hotel era pulito, le camere erano molto confortevoli, e la zona del colazione era così buona come ho mai visto (e era inclusa). Ancora una volta, non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza ...se vai a Santiago, vuoi rimanere nel cuore della città vicino al metro, e vuoi affrontare persone che si preoccupano davvero di te e andare oltre e oltre il servizio eccellente, STAY IN QUESTO HOTEL! Non avrete alcuna rimpianto.

Per due notti abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel mentre visitava Santiago de Chile, e la mia esperienza è stata piuttosto buona. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice con nessuna denuncia, eccetto la mancanza di personale per esportare il bagaglio. Abbiamo una stanza nel centro dell'edificio e la stanza era spaziosa e confortevole con riscaldamento e aria condizionata per avvertire dal freddo clima di Santiago. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godere del colazione a causa delle limitazioni della nostra tour, ma in generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque stia cercando un buon alloggio nel centro di Santiago.

Sono rimasto qui per 7 giorni in totale oltre 3 prenotazioni mentre ero a Santiago per voli a Rapa Nui, l'Atacama e Torres del Paine NP. Ogni soggiorno è stato fantastico. Perché? Beh, prima di tutto, a differenza del luogo originale che ho prenotato quando sono arrivato a Santiago, che si è aperto a mentire sulla qualità del loro wifi (quasi funzionava anche sul loro desktop front!), Questo posto ha WiFi che funziona effettivamente che hanno provato dopo che ho dovuto chiamarli e confermare che lo ha fatto prima di dover prendere un taxi. Una volta, anche se avevo prenotato solo un'ora prima, mi sono aggiornato in una grande stanza per le mie prime 2 notti con un mini frigo (tutte le camere hanno), tutto il personale era utile, tutti parlavano buon inglese, che era utile, perché il mio spagnolo è marginale. Il colazione era molto buono e avevano favolosi pasticcerie e torte. La posizione è in realtà grande e molto conveniente, a destra di un supermercato e di alcuni ristoranti, vicino al metro, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Plaza de Armas. Il kicker (e perché ho mantenuto la prenotazione dopo il mio primo soggiorno) è che è circa 5 minuti a piedi fino alla fine della linea di autobus ”Centro Aeropuerto” diretta all'aeroporto-in ogni modo ho pagato circa $2 per tornare e uscire dall'aeroporto 5 differenti tempo in circa 30-45 min. Salvo un tonnellata di soldi di taxi. Capisco che questo non è un hotel super moderno in un quartiere di alta scala come BellaVista, ma tutte le strutture erano lì e in generale, Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben progettate. In breve, questo era il luogo perfetto per me per andare intorno a Santiago e all'aeroporto. E il prezzo, incluso il colazione, è molto generale. Così felice che il mio primo hotel non finisse lavorando alla fine.

Sono rimasto qui per 7 giorni in totale oltre 3 prenotazioni mentre ero a Santiago per voli a Rapa Nui, l'Atacama e Torres del Paine NP. Ogni soggiorno è stato fantastico. Perché? Beh, prima di tutto, a differenza del luogo originale che ho prenotato quando sono arrivato a Santiago, che si è aperto a mentire sulla qualità del loro wifi (quasi funzionava anche sul loro desktop front!), Questo posto ha WiFi che funziona effettivamente che hanno provato dopo che ho dovuto chiamarli e confermare che lo ha fatto prima di dover prendere un taxi. Una volta, anche se avevo prenotato solo un'ora prima, mi sono aggiornato in una grande stanza per le mie prime 2 notti con un mini frigo (tutte le camere hanno), tutto il personale era utile, tutti parlavano buon inglese, che era utile, perché il mio spagnolo è marginale. Il colazione era molto buono e avevano favolosi pasticcerie e torte. La posizione è in realtà grande e molto conveniente, a destra di un supermercato e di alcuni ristoranti, vicino al metro, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Plaza de Armas. Il kicker (e perché ho mantenuto la prenotazione dopo il mio primo soggiorno) è che è circa 5 minuti a piedi fino alla fine della linea di autobus ”Centro Aeropuerto” diretta all'aeroporto-in ogni modo ho pagato circa $2 per tornare e uscire dall'aeroporto 5 differenti tempo in circa 30-45 min. Salvo un tonnellata di soldi di taxi. Capisco che questo non è un hotel super moderno in un quartiere di alta scala come BellaVista, ma tutte le strutture erano lì e in generale, Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben progettate. In breve, questo era il luogo perfetto per me per andare intorno a Santiago e all'aeroporto. E il prezzo, incluso il colazione, è molto generale. Così felice che il mio primo hotel non finisse lavorando alla fine.

I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked properly, with enough hot water and a proper water pressure. The room looked clean to me and there was no issues with housekeeping. I could tell that the room furnishings were worn out though, like old furniture, etc. It didn’t bother me much because of my short stay, but it was quite apparent nonetheless. A/C also looked old and it was a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast was adequate. It didn’t have a plenty of choices but it was OK for me. In terms of location, as you probably already know, it is very central. I walked to the hotel back from San Cristobal's Funicular Station (taking Uber there) and also walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, then Uber is readily available in the area. Also, as I said earlier, keep in mind that this area is pretty dead on weekends. On weekdays the area comes to life and there are many restaurants next to the hotel that offer lunch menus. In terms of service I can’t say much because I barely asked for anything. But it seemed OK. Wi-Fi in my room was non-existing. This was a bad experience. But I suspect it was because of my room’s location. Otherwise Wi-Fi worked OK on the floor or in other places. The hotel also charges for everything, even for a bottled water in your room that is there on your arrival. All in all, not a bad experience. I am giving 4 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars review. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Il peggiore posto in cui ci siamo stati durante il nostro soggiorno in Cile. L'appartamento è in terribilmente bisogno di manutenzione e un cappotto di pittura. Parede sembrano sporche. Lino è pulito ma molto tintato e molto vecchio. Cortine sentirsi e sembrano sporche. Windows raffinato. Balcone sporco. Le sedie intorno al conto sono rotte. La cucina è molto mal attrezzata. Non siamo riusciti a cucinare come un appartamento di cucina adeguato. Non servivano l'appartamento durante il vostro soggiorno. Hanno annunciato un lavandino, ma era una missione di poterlo usare. Il primo giorno ci chiese di arrivare e fu dato il giro di Katherine (via whatsapp) . Infine, dopo molti messaggi minaccianti a Katherine, abbiamo ricevuto una carta alle 9:00 della notte prima di partire per poter lavare.

In 8 or 9 trips to Santiago since 2008, this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far that fit my budget. Maybe demand is depressed for now in the Centro area because of working from home or tourism being way down due to Covid, but this felt a lot like a 4-star place that's tremendous value for now. Room was spacious, there was a room safe that was easy to use, bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff did a good job. Can't comment on the breakfast or the restaurants (I don't think my room rate included the breakfast). Location is excellent, close to entrance D for the Ud. de Chile Metro. There's also a market on that corner with long hours and most supplies a person would need. The Paris-Londres neighborhood is also nearby with the food options, and it's walking distance to basically anywhere downtown, especially in the eastern half. Barrio Lastarria is about 15 minutes' walk or 2 Metro stops. Desk staff had varying levels of English proficiency but were always helpful. It's not gringolandia but neither are the prices. I'd rate it an excellent choice.

O hotel possui uma ótima localização, sendo próximo ao Palácio La Moneda e a Plaza de Armas e outros pontos turísticos próximo ao centro da cidade. Também é muito charmoso, com decoração impecável e sua arquitetura parece ser original. Porém, o quarto onde fomos hospedados, claramente não era o mesmo da foto da reserva e estava no primeiro andar, em frente o terraço onde as pessoas fazem refeições, pois o estabelecimento também oferece o serviço de café/restaurante aberto ao público. Dessa forma, além de sentirmos falta de privacidade, fomos afetados não só pelos barulhos das pessoas que estavam consumindo o serviço de café/restaurante no local, como também, dos próprios funcionários do hotel que cuidam da cozinha e outras manutenções do local. Por não apresentar isolamento acústico, também fomos incomodados pelo barulho dos hóspedes acima do nosso quarto e daqueles que passavam pelo corredor com suas bagagens e falatórios. O quarto também não tem um bom isolamento de iluminação, assim, a claridade das luzes do corredor interferia no nosso quarto atrapalhando principalmente nosso descanso noturno. O banheiro estava limpo, mas possui uma área de box pequena e seu piso plástico nos da a impressão de que vai quebrar. O chuveiro possui aquecimento para uma litragem determinada de água, o que faz com que você tenha que tomar banho de forma regulada para que não falte água quente para a próxima pessoa. Além disso, o café da manhã incluído na diária é restrito, uma caneca com água quente para você decidir se irá tomar chá ou café solúvel, uma porção de ovos mexidos, duas fatias de pão de forma mal tostados, meio copo de suco da fruta disponível, um iogurte da fruta disponível e uma porção de granola. O quarto não possuía forma de comunicação com a recepção, sendo necessário ir até ela para resolver qualquer problema. Porém os funcionários do hotel foram bastante simpáticos e atenciosos no que puderam atuar. Recomendo fortemente aos que desejem se hospedar neste hotel, que antecipadamente questionem quanto ao andar e o quarto onde serão alocados, bem como solicitem quarto sem terraço. Assim as chances de decepção serão bem menores.

Il RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel è un hotel nuovo e molto confortevole con un bel interno ed esterno. È così la migliore posizione vicino al centro di Costanera e al CBD. Very beautiful views. Anche le camere dell'hotel con cucina, inclusi tutti gli attrezzi e gli accessori. Il desk front dell'hotel era molto gentile e caldo. Il mio volo era al mattino dopo il mio soggiorno all'hotel. Il suo primo servizio (il suo nome era Catalina) mi ha consegnato il colazione alla mia camera il giorno precedente, e mi ha dato una camera molto bella con ottima vista. La finestra stava guardando il Centro Sky Costanera, sono così grato per il desk front dell'hotel Catalina e il suo collega che era un ragazzo. Voglio dire loro molto di nuovo grazie. We arrived at the Abba Presidente on 7 January after cruising South America. Even though our travel agent had inadvertently scheduled us for January 7, 2025, Daniella welcomed us into the hotel, and gave us a room until we sorted the reservations out. The location is ideal just a few hundred metres down the avenue is a large mall. The Costanera Center. This enormous centre has every store. You can possibly imagine over multi levels in addition, a huge food court, which includes dine in restaurants, such as Chile, Tony, Roma, and many others. In the short walk from the hotel to the mall, you will encounter Street vendors with many local, artisan, crafts, clothes, etc. approximately 5 km from the hotel, and the uptown area will get you into the downtown anne Moore historic area where many tours are available to show you around and explain the history of this magnificent city. Taxis, Ubers are available, but we chose to walk and it was an easy walk, uncomfortable, and safe sidewalks to the city centre. In the morning, you can wake up from seven till 10 to very good buffet, breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. I did find the coffee, a bit strong, but that’s my personal taste. The English spoken to me by the staff was excellent and for this I was very grateful as my Spanish is very bad. It didn’t take long to straighten out my reservation and the manager assured me that all was good. the room we had was more than adequate very spacious with a small sitting area a nice bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. I could not have asked for more .The front desk staff organized my taxi to the airport on my departure date without trouble I would definitely stay in this hotel again if and when I return to Chile.!!!

Ciò significava che due mattine svegliamo un sacco di rumore, che ritengo inaccettabile. Il rumore continuava a andare fino a dopo pomeriggio. Ho chiesto una possibilità di camera a causa del rumore, ma la nuova camera non era migliore in questo senso. Il pranzo era deludente con una qualità scarsa e una diffusione limitata. Come non nativo, non sono sicuro di cosa si possa chiamare, ma è uno dei concentrati aromati che si può comprare e miscelare con acqua, quindi non era nemmeno il succo aromati di concentrato, ma una bevanda aromati di concentrato. Non l'ho mai visto in un hotel 4+ stelle. In un Ibis, sì, ma in un hotel Novotel marcato, no. La palestra era molto elementare e direi che non era nemmeno adatto per un breve soggiorno. Un'osservazione positiva è che nella zona del benessere hanno 3 saune a temperature diverse e una stanza a vapore, per questo non darò un commento all'hotel 1-star. In generale, un hotel molto corsa che non consiglierei.

We stayed twice at the hotel during our visit to Chile. Rooms are adequate and as expected. The people are the best and so helpful just great. Even if your Spanish is wanting you will be served well; and if a misunderstanding occurs, it will we rectified. The hotel is in an interesting neighborhood and close to the Metro. One important issue: there are no sign to indicate that you are at the hotel; apparently the neighborhood building code does not permit it. Be reassured the address is correct, you just have to cross what looks like a bicycle parking lot for ubereats or grubbhubs…An alternative is Romero 2828 during daylight.

Realizamos la reserva eligiendo la opción con impuestos incluidos ( que es más caro )y al realizar el check in nos dicen que ese impuesto no es el IVA, si no que la comisión que el hotel le tiene que pagar a la plataforma que usamos para reservar y a lo pagado nos cobraron en recepción un 19% extra en concepto impuestos o IVA nuevamente, yo trabajo en la industria hotelera y es una sinvergüenzura lo que hacen al publicar las habitaciones con “ impuestos “ o “ sin impuestos “ y luego te los cobran por segunda vez , uso esta cadena hotelera en muchos países y sólo en Chile me pasó esto. No vuelvo a reservar en Ibis Chile nunca más .

Ho letto molti commenti negativi sul servizio, dopo la prenotazione sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso, tutto era molto buono... Ho ricevuto una bottiglia di vino in omaggio. Solo il ghiaccio nella stanza (lo vendono per $ 10.000) quindi l'ho comprato in un negozio vicino ($ 1.000)
