MMiladOne of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

SSlow travelerThe hotel/apartment was absolutely phenomenal! It had very modern facilities and amenities. It was a clean and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows and quiet at night. Very nice shower. I loved the use of the oven in the kitchen as well as the washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. I had a lovely view from my porch. It is a bit of a hike to get down the hill to the closest grocery store and then to bring your groceries back up. Another disadvantage of the location is that it is difficult to get a ride from their local rideshare app. However, there are taxis in the area. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly!

From day 1 he upgraded my room and then help me very much to find my money Actually i forgot all my money in my hotel room and i check out ffeom hotel to airport then I personally call him and asked him I left my all money in my room He then do very help to me find money and my money is handed by him specially thanks to Mr mehmet Ali

UUtente ospiteThis was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are spacious and clean. No lift but we weren't concerned by that. The pool was immaculate with great seating, and the hosts let us swim alittle earlier and later than the normal times which was lovely of them.
The location is awesome with a convince store afew steps away, and all the markets and restaurants less than 5mins walk on a flat surface.
I would highly recommend staying here!

TTat_MÈ stato un soggiorno perfetto per 1 settimana: 1. Colazione molto deliziosa 2. Bella vista dalla terrazza 3. Bella piscina per passare del tempo in 4. È molto utile proprietario, che ci ha aiutato con tutto: lavanderia, taxi più economico, trasferimento ... 5. Molto comodo camera (camera superiore) - molto spazio
Solo le minuse saranno: 1. Molte scale su e giù ogni volta che vuoi lasciare l'hotel 2. Servizio di pulizia strano: la prima volta che è stato proposto senza preparare la sera quando dormivamo. La prossima volta si sono chiesti anche di pulire dopo che siamo arrivati in camera dopo il mare e volevano riposare. L'altro giorno, hanno subito perso le chiavi in camera .... Quindi il drenaggio nel doccia non era pulito e era bloccato, non così piacevole.
In tutti gli altri aspetti tutto è stato buono!
Vorrei raccomandare e tornare!

11861681****La stanza non è molto grande, aggiungere il letto sarà più difficile, quindi impostare direttamente due camere e tutti possono riposare bene.L'hotel è molto delicato, anche se non al mare, ma a tre chilometri di distanza e più tranquillo. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Sono arrivato al primo giorno, e improvvisamente ho un po'di disagio. L'hotel offre immediatamente un kit di emergenza, molto intimo.C'è un piccolo supermercato sul lato opposto dell'hotel, ed è anche molto conveniente per il supermercato a prezzi pacificati.Se il tempo è consentito, è molto adatto per soggiornare più giorni.

UUtente ospitePhenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Perfect stay at Bodrum

UUtente anonimoLe camere sono molto belle, le camere sono molto belle, la vista marina molto bella, le prime sono entrate, ci hanno dato 813 camere, ma poi ci hanno portati in una stanza diversa, ma quando siamo andati a prendere le nostre cose nella prima stanza che ci ha dato, ci sono stati altri. Il personale è un po' inesperto, ma non è molto buono.
