Hotel situato sulla via principale di Santiago. Vicino alle metropoli, centro di governo, musei, ristoranti e parchi. L'hotel e la nostra camera sono decorate con legno scuro. Camera inattestamente grande e molto spazio di magazzinaggio. Letto abbastanza comodo ma diventare vecchio. Buon controllo climatico e pressione idrica, legno e asciugamani puliti. Personale di solito utile, soprattutto Juan e Josué alla reception, Nicole al concierge e Cesar al colazione. La sala da pranzo e la colazione erano spaziosi e avevano una buona varietà di cibi e frutta. La zona di raccolta non era sicura dopo l'oscurità a causa della riduzione della presenza della polizia. Bene durante il giorno, tuttavia, essere consapevoli dell'ambiente. Molte strade e tracce per esplorare nei vicini. Attenzione ai taxi gialla e nera. Prenderanno la strada più lunga possibile e poi cambiare il conto per una più piccola. Uno ha cercato di cambiare un conto di 20k con un conto di 2k. Portate piccole fatture se usate questi taxi.

Hotel confortevole, pulito e profumato. Posizione ottima (vicino a Plaza de Armas, Plaza de la Constitucion, non molto lontano dal Mercado Central e dalla funicolare per il Cerro San Cristobal..). Prenotata una camera tripla (3 letti singoli + una culla) per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli): nella stanza c’era il letto matrimoniale (non lo avevo richiesto) cosa che mi ha fatto molto piacere; quindi lo staff (anche se giovane) è attento alle sottigliezze. Infatti, fa di tutto per accontentare il cliente: le manopole della doccia non funzionavano e sono state subito sistemate; nella stanza non c’era la caffettiera (c’era nelle foto di presentazione, l’avevo prenotata anche per questo, per noi è fondamentale!), il giorno dopo c’era quella (anzi, ne hanno comprate non so quante e messe in tutte le camere!) più le cialde. Camera pulita (tutti i giorni), spaziosa (anche il bagno, con asciugamani asciugacapelli, sapone, shampoo..ma senza bagnoschiuma; se non si ha, va bene comunque il sapone) con aria condizionata, tv (con canali per bambini), scrivania, armadio, cassaforte, patatine, vino, frigobar con acqua e tutto il resto (a pagamento); letti comodi...poco da dire (ma manca uno specchio nella stanza, magari a corpo intero; c’era solo il classico specchio del bagno sopra al lavandino). Ottima e varia la colazione, così come anche il ristorante (e il personale addetto al servizio, tutti molto carini e disponibili). Consigliatissimo, anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A lot of properties to consider in SCL. I won’t go through my selection process, but it doesn’t necessarily have to do with status. I came across the Le Meridien, that the Marriott website labeled as ‘new’. Apparently new to Marriott (since December), but certainly not a new property. It was formerly a Crowne Plaza. Not sure if ownership changed, but the property had to be rebranded. It is just a couple of blocks from the ground zero of Santiago protests at Plaza Baquedano and something bad happened at the property. Not sure how true that is – I didn’t read it on the Internet; heard a couple of other guests discussing it. Anyhow, LTP, stay mid-March, 3 nights. Late arrival. I used the shared shuttle service to the property. Never again (and not the property’s idea or fault). Booked a class king city view room and received the same. I did ask about upgrades and the FDA told me that an upgraded room maybe be available the next night for the remainder of my stay. I wasn’t interested in moving rooms as I had full days of tourism and I was already behind due to a 18 hour flight delay. Note that I was recognized as a LTP, proactively offered late checkout at 4 PM, and everything else explained to me. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great! The property is well located. Everything that I wanted to see was within walking distance (for me that means within 2 miles/45 minutes on flatland). But Uber is also readily available. Barrio Bellavista and/or Barrio Artes are close by for a large variety of restaurants, shops, etc. That said, I can take care of myself, but I wouldn’t walk around after dark other than a direct walk back from one of the Barrios to the property. There was nothing remarkable about the room. It was clean and comfortable albeit in need of renovation. If you are into English-speaking TV, you’ll need to get over it. The room did have a Nespresso-like machine and additional pods were available for the asking (I asked for 2 and 10 were dropped off). My public review rule for 2024 is the automatic drop of 1 point when plugs (any type – I can use a converter) are not provided bedside. It is 2024, not 2004; plug bricks are like 10 USD from Amazon. Breakfast was a decent buffet in the restaurant, including made to order omelets. Oddly enough, there were no hot meats offered on the buffet. The FDA told me that the lounge was being renovated, but there was a lounge like feature at the bar. Between 5-7 PM, small bites and a narrow variety of beer, wine, and sparkling wine were offered – for all guests. Once the small bites were gone, there were not any refills. Unfortunately, there was a group of 4 who helped themselves to most of the small bites. I even observed the bartender mentioning nicely (and no language barrier) that the small bites were for all and would not be refilled. That fell on deaf ears. I can’t stand people that treat the lounge or like as dinner when that is clearly not the intent. C

Un posto interessante. Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento ”alto”, abbiamo una cucina, frigo, zona seduta (divano convertibile a letto), due balconi completi con animali domestici (un paio di pigiani che ci hanno visitato ogni giorno, e uno è entrato nell'appartamento per un'occhiata intorno quando non mi guardavo), e un tetto di camera da letto. AC funzionava bene, la testa di doccia era strana, era una testa distaccabile, ma la casa per tenerla in posizione non funzionava, quindi si deve fare un po'di spogliarsi. Prezzo equo, grande posizione. È tranquillo la maggior parte del tempo. Vi danno solo una chiave per entrare nell'edificio, quindi sarebbe un dolore se siete un paio di persone e volete fare cose diverse, ma in generale potete aspettare fuori e entrare quando qualcuno esce. Non c'è servizio di vedova quotidiano, devi fare il tuo letto, qualunque cosa. Rimango lì. Attenta ai conducenti di cabina all'aeroporto, quello che ci ha portati all'hotel ci ha prelevato due volte quello che il conducente di airbnb ci ha prelevato per il ritorno.

No caso do hotel funcionários do Restaurante mal educado O café começa às 7:15 sendo que os passeios saem no mínimo as 6 hr e mesmo assim o hotel não nos avisou que podíamos pedir um desjejum O café é de boa qualidade Porém gostaria de ressaltar a funcionária da recepção Cíntia ela é completamente diferente dos demais prestativa preocupada com os hóspedes gentil Me ajudou muito quando meu celular foi roubado no metrô ainda bem que era ela que estava na recepção esse dia

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of Santiago. The staff are amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Sono rimasto per scopi di viaggio d'affari!È un buon posto per camminare verso la città coreana e le principali attrazioni turistiche di Santiago (catedrali, ecc.), ed è anche un buon posto per i veicoli attraverso Uber allo stesso tempo! C'è un parco proprio davanti all'ostello, così si può camminare attraverso le finestre dell'ostello o camminare davanti all'ostello per vedere il parco scenario e le prestazioni nel parco! La camera è spaziosa e pulita. A causa delle caratteristiche di un dormitorio unico, il doccia, il condizionatore d'aria e il radiatore possono sentire le tracce del tempo. Ma non è incomodo e ha tutte le strutture e gli oggetti che l'hotel ha bisogno! Questo consiglia l'alloggio non solo per viaggi di business ma anche per viaggi!

Una delle migliori esperienze che abbiamo mai avuto con un ospite. La posizione è perfetta, così centrale e vicino a tutto, e il dipartimento super ampio e ben attrezzato. E non sarebbe un'eccessiva affermazione che Marcelo e Karla meritano un premio per la migliore attenzione agli ospiti del mondo. Spero di rivederli presto! 5***** ... One of the best experiences we've ever had with a holiday rental. La posizione è perfetta, così centrale e vicino a tutto, e l'appartamento era enorme e ben attrezzato. E non sarebbe eccessivo dire che Marcelo e Karla meritano un premio per il miglior servizio mai ai clienti. Spero che li vedremo di nuovo presto. 5******

The hotel was fabulous and the deco was very stylish. We had a great room which was very spacious, comfy bed and lovely bathroom which had an excellent shower. The hotel had a rooftop restaurant and bar which was a lovely spot for drinks and dinner. Breakfast and the service were spot on too. The hotel is centrally located close to Santa Lucia hill which provides great views of the city. There is also a cool neighbourhood close by which has lots of fab places to eat and drink.
