Hotel a 3 stelle a San Mateo

I am a long time Holiday Inn member and this is the first time I feel bad from staying in a Holiday Inn. My complaint centers' on the staffs and just the lack of professionalism. First of all the staff don't even greet you when you walk in , the first thing that came out of this male staff was ” what's the name under in your reservation ” and then drivers license and credit card. There was no smile or just act courteous. I am very surprised at the lack of training for these staffs working for a large international hotel chain !! The staff looked like they were required to work as part of a work release program from the county jail because there were no incentive for them to do anything else !! My wife came down the next evening to ask for an additional tea bag for the room and the same male evening staff told her with a stone cold face NO and walked away !! We were just dumbfounded and had to double check the building signage outside if it did really say Holiday Inn !! We had better service from an independently owned roadside motel than this !! We were fortunate that we only stayed for 2 nights. I understand that it's so difficult nowadays to hire people to work but these staffs here at this particular Holiday Inn is really scrapping the very bottom of the barrel !! We'd stayed on a previous trip at a nearby Holiday Inn on Belmont, CA just a few blocks away from this location but just didn't have vacancy for the days we needed. We checked out and there was no basic courtesy like ” thank you for staying with us and have a nice trip ”. The fact is you'd get better service even from the average Walmart store. I expect better staff service coming from an international hotel company like Holiday Inn.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dall'ufficio in cui avrei lavorato per 3 giorni. L'hotel è il classico Garden Inn americano che ricorda più un motel che un business hotel, ma mi sono trovato bene. Come tutte le cose in America, gli spazi sono enormi. L'hotel dispone di un ampio parcheggio e le camere sono molto grandi. La mia si trovava al settimo piano ed era silenziosissima, perfetta per riposarmi dopo un lungo viaggio. Un grande letto matrimoniale, una bella scrivania, una poltrona... in camera c'erano tutti i comfort per un ottimo soggiorno. Anche il bagno aveva una grande doccia doppia e per quanto non siano sanitari dell'altro ieri, tutto funzionava perfettamente. Essendo HHonors diamond la colazione era gentilmente offerta dall'hotel. Una buona scelta al buffet con possibilità di farsi preparare omelette o pancake sul momento. In hotel c'era pure una piccola la piscina ma non ho avuto il tempo per usufruirne. In definitiva mi sono trovato bene e ci tornerei.

L'hotel automobilistico americano non riceve di solito depositi, a parte la grande e altre cose utili, e'fortunatamente non ricevere qui.La parte posteriore della stanza è un piccolo edificio, e passando un lungo ponte verso la strada è un supermercato

Kristin and family traveled to San Francisco to attend her nephews wedding and stayed at the Residence Inn San Francisco Airport/San Mateo. As Marriott Gold members they were upgraded to the loft suite and it was perfect for our family. Location: about 10 minutes south of the airport, this location was very convenient and allowed for easy travel to/from all of the weekend wedding activities. Beds and bedding: happy to have 2 regular beds so Tino didn’t have to sleep on a pull out coach. Beds, pillows and bedding was super comfy-as all Marriott beds are. There was also a pull-out couch that was not used. Bathroom: there were 2 full bathrooms in the loft suite and they both had adequate lighting/space-but the loft bathroom had more counter space. Full closets and full length mirrors in both. Kitchen(ette): FULL sized appliances on the small kitchen had everything you would need for basic meal prep. When trying to stay on track with your nutrition this is so helpful! There was a Safeway just around the corner to pick up perishables and have healthy meals. dining: The free hot breakfast (weekends only) had plenty of options. REAL scrambled Eggs, sausage, hot pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches, fresh waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. There is no other restaurant on site but they also had a small market with snacks, essentials and a few microwaveable meals. Parking: ample and we always got a spot right my our unit. It was free for gold members but you do have to pay otherwise-not sure how much!a Room: We had the loft suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed and there was PLENTY of room. Fitness center: Less than impressive, but we made due. VERY SMALL…barely 2 people could be in there together. Dumbbells up to 40lbs with few increments in between. One treadmill and one elliptical. For a quick workout or cardio session you could make due. There are a few gyms nearby that you can get day-passes at. We went to 24 hour fitness just 8 min. Away once day for our heavier workout and it was $25 for a 24 hour pass-if you time it right, you could get 2 days out of that. @Fit.Foodie.Chicks.Travels

CONSERVAZIONE L'hotel si rimanderà al libro, per cui non si può trovare la stanza che ha pagato. Hanno dato il nostro letto matrimoniale ad un altro e hanno offerto un re con un tiro fuori come compensazione. Non ideale per il prezzo che paghi, perché il doppio vecchio è estremamente incomodo e rovinato il viaggio.

Il mio soggiorno era perfetto, la stanza era pulita e confortevole e il servizio era eccellente. nessun problema. Lo consiglio a chiunque cercasse una pace e un po' di tranquillità. Sono riuscito a trovare un sonno molto necessario e sarò di nuovo lì presto.
