Domenica 25 settembre, la sera, abbiamo chiamato l'hotel Microtel a Morgan Hills/San Jose ca. La persona al telefono era molto piacevole. Abbiamo arrivato all'edificio sembrava molto bello e pulito. Il personale di registrazione era anche molto bello. Abbiamo andato in camera, molto piccola.Questa è una piccola stanza. Non potevo passare l'uno all'altro all'interno. (Questa era una letto. Forse le due letti sono più grandi camere? ) Ma sembrava pulito. L'A/C era quasi lasciando Icicle sulle pareti. Mi sentivo fantastico! Bella stanza per una persona, ma non lo consiglio per due persone. Anche il letto era piccolo. (non sicuro se fosse una regina o meno ? ) Si è fatto una doccia e c'era molto di quello che sembrava essere modellato sulle pareti vicino al top. (Vedere foto) C'era un buco nel muro ( forse un vecchio buco di termostat ?) Era molto tranquillo e dormiva decente. La mattina abbiamo notato un buco sotto la finestra sulla sedia. In difesa ho aperto la finestra prima, ma c'è uno schermo. La parte sbagliata era il colazione e la giovane donna (con capelli rossi. Non c'era alcuna etichetta d'identità) al contone aveva un atteggiamento simile. La colazione è aperta, e si vede due confezioni vuote sul conto, e si punta a uno (burrito o biscotti) che vanno nella camera posteriore e uscino e mi danno un burrito congelato. Ho chiesto di avere zucchero marrone (per la farina di avena) e lei ha solo un pacchetto di zucchero marrone aromatizzato. Sembrava che io la sconvolgesse. Non avevo mai avuto il mio zucchero marrone. Poi ha chiesto un secondo burrito e si è detto di no, è solo una. Una volta, ho avuto un secondo, ma ho già perso il mio appetito.E'ora di andarmene.

check in took a bit, but the check in person was pleasant room was nice love the breakfast set up - lots of variety and the eating area was very nice, clean and spacious great location, easy freeway access

Questo BW Plus è molto pulito e molto spazioso. Non c'è nulla di pieno! Mucho parcheggio. Gilroy è la porta verso la Silicon Valley. Grande luogo per “parcare” e poi girare le cose più a nord fino al 101. Questo hotel è un minuto da quello 101! Ignora commenti negativi in Trip.com. Tutto è molto pulito con un personale molto duro. Non c'è scusa per quanto la nostra stanza sia stata cosi'sciocca.La custodia non fa il loro lavoro. Non sono un hotel a cinque stelle, ci siamo trovati perché volevamo un posto dove vivere mentre il nostro A/C era stato riparato durante un'onda di calore. Questo ha reso il più sensato. L'hotel è stato recentemente aggiornato e apprezzo i porti USB e così via, ma l'illuminazione è terribile. Se avete problemi di visione bassa, non rimanere in questo hotel. La cucina è come una grotta non c'è abbastanza luce. Grazie a Covid-19 Ho portato tutto il mio sono stati fatti dispositivi di pulizia e disinfettazione. So che gli hotel lo dicono, ma per favore non fidarsi di loro soprattutto di questo hotel. Il piano di cucina era disgustoso nero come potrebbe essere con la sporcizia.Crude nell'angolo come se il custode fosse appena sbattuto nell'angolo e lasciato. Le foglie avevano quello che io immagino fossero tinture d'urina su di loro. La porta del bagno aveva segni, sporco e chi sa cosa c'è sopra. Seriamente, tutto quello che dovete fare è pulire la porta. Quanto è duro? Il vento per il C/A doveva essere pulito mesi fa. Ancora una volta, tutto quello che ci sarebbe voluto è un buon lavaggio o vacuum. I nostri piedi erano neri dopo aver camminato sul tappeto. Arriverebbe nel doccia e la polvere scorrerebbe nel tubo. Anche i portatori di pote erano ricci. Non dovresti pulire queste dopo ogni soggiorno? Il vento per il fan del forno è stato rotto e non ha mai funzionato. Ci siamo contattati sul desk front per la maggior parte di queste questioni. Ci hanno scusato e ci hanno fornito nuove foglie. Non abbiamo riparato il forno perché volevano una finestra di 3 ore per noi non essere nella nostra stanza prima di entrare per riparare qualcosa.Richiesta ridicola anche durante Covid.
