Had to ask the reception to change the bed sheets twice as there were brown stains on the sheets. Besides that the location and views are really nice. The hotel is really nice and has nice layout. Safe area. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked small.

Conveniently located next to the BART station, so very easy to take public transportation to and from the airport. There is a public parking very close that costs 37USD for 24 hours during the weekend. There is no drinking water provided in the rooms, so think of buying some bottled water beforehand. There is a Starbucks located just across the street which is closed on Sundays.

Super nice!

位置非常好，對面就是碼頭和鐘樓。房間可以看到跨海大橋，大堂很漂亮，房間大舒適。樓下就是叮叮車車站，去各個景點都很近。

酒店位置非常好，可以走路去魚人碼頭和唐人街，但是酒店的工作人員不作為，我續住了兩次，明明已經專門去前台説了，都又來叫我走，莫名其妙的，而且半夜遇火警炸糊；

這家酒店，特別是早餐很好👍 性價比特別高， 舊金山一定要選凱悦。 我連續住了好幾次， 每次都感覺很好， 強烈推薦！

比想象的安全，酒店附近沒有流浪漢，去各個景點都很方便

房間很寬敞。酒店位置優越，樓下就是一條直達唐人街的叮噹車的始發站，另一頭的終點下來步行可前往九曲花街和漁人碼頭，乘車和徒步雙重體驗舊金山連綿起伏的街景。酒店服務很好。

地理位置非常好，在1號碼頭對面，離漁人碼頭、鐘樓等景點都很近，陽台還能看到大海，樓下就是鐺鐺車站，出行非常方便，房間也挺大的，就是早餐太貴了而且東西很少。

感覺近期酒店價格整體偏貴，但是老牌酒店終究比那些營銷的網紅酒店好太多了，同樣的價錢住凱悦的體驗要比住在某海灘附近的酒店舒服太多，吃飯的選擇也相對多一些

有一前台服務人員不是太友好，沐浴間下水道堵塞. 修了很久才通，也沒讓我們調整房間

大廳效果很特別，已經是第二次入住了，很喜歡。

물은 방에 제공서비스가 없는거 빼고는 청결하고 좋았어요!
