Очень хороший отель и персонал. Отличное питание и обслуживание. Есть номера с видом на Kingdom Tower.

房間乾淨，面積大。工作人員非常有好。在酒店可以程付費的車去機場，感覺安全。早餐豐富，離國王大廈步行不到十分鐘。

酒店很好了，給我的同胞們強烈推薦。提前退房也退錢了。位置沒的説。衞生很好，早餐也很好。服務也到位。

總體感覺不錯。

I checked into this hotel having left the Voco Intercontinental in Riyadh as it was so run down and unwelcoming. My experience at this hotel could not have been more opposite. From the moment you enter, the service is world class, you are welcomed and made to feel exceptionally valued. There is always someone available and more than willing to help/answer questions. You are made to feel like all staff will go above and beyond for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean and elegant throughout, the rooms are large, modern, beautifully decorated with everything you could need, which makes for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The location is superb with the Kingdom Centre less than a 10min walk away. A particular thankyou to to Rania, Psbin and Munya for their warmth and service, they are a credit to this hotel. The Hotel Manager should be very proud, the standards here are exceptional.

Really nice stay in a clean and modern hotel right in the heart of Olaya, walking distance to the metro and Kingdom Tower. Rania and her team were very helpful and sweet. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. I would stay here again next time I come to Riyadh.

Great location, friendly staff, and a clean hotel. However, the lobby stinks during breakfast hours due to the restaurant’s live cooking station and the coffee shop being open, making it hard to conduct business meetings during the day..
