Posizione ottima, esattamente davanti alla metro Mustek comoda anche per l’aeroporto. 10min a piedi dalla piazza dell’orologio e esattamente collocato in una delle piazze principali con i mercatini di pasqua. Staff gentile e disponibile Colazione ottima e con molta scelta Reception aperta 24/7 Super consigliato!!

La posizione è molto buona. È possibile raggiungere a piedi numerose attrazioni famose e nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti. La posizione complessiva è buona. La reception è molto entusiasta!

L'hotel in sé è in un'ottima posizione. Anche la colazione è piuttosto buona. Tuttavia, il livello di servizio della reception ha davvero bisogno di molti miglioramenti... è in stile sovietico

Questo è l'hotel perfetto, la stanza è così grande, meraviglioso, grazie mille per tutto.

Questa è la mia seconda volta qui a Torino e sì, scelgo ancora una volta questo hotel, è davvero impressionante.

Semplicemente meraviglioso, personale molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e dare consigli Camere pulite, moderne e confortevoli, colazione deliziosa, posizione eccellente.

L'hotel dispone di una zona tranquilla e rumorosa. Se hai bisogno di un buon riposo, per favore non venire qui. Ma la posizione è la migliore

Ci sono tapas da mangiare, c'è un drink di benvenuto, più una stanza spaziosa, molti cuscini, c'è un tetto Svantaggi: La scuola è in riparazione, la colazione è inferiore, la tassa di soggiorno viene addebitata per 2 persone, entrambi soggiornano solo.

We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

Hair and dust seen on bedsheet, despite changing everyday. Otherwise, everything is ok. Breakfast was good. Ants seen on mattress.

非常喜歡，交通超便利，位子就在鬧區，離布拉格廣場也不遠，夜生活也蠻豐富的 價位也很不錯！還有附兩張酒吧的welcome drink券

غرف الفندق صغريه جدا اخذت سوبريم مع اسره منفصله سعة الغرفه بالمرافق ٢٢ متر الي سكنت فيها اقل من ١٢ متر بالمرافق وهذا شي مخجل
