Hotel molto buono. Bellissimo ambiente. Camera confortevole.

Stopping in Salzburg to check out Mozart place before driving to Vienna and we found this hotel from website. It looked beautiful so decided to stay overnight. Beautiful setting indeed overlooking the lake. The place is huge and we find many outdoor areas are not well maintained, probably because it’s winter or the site is simply too big to manage. Breakfast at the dining hall is grand and service was cheerful. Overall a pleasant stay.

We only chose this hotel just because we wanted to follow the sound of the music movie but we were disappointed. The place needs a lot of maintenance. The front desk staff was not friendly and not helpful during the check-in. The floor in our room was very dirty and we couldn't just walk barefoot. The location is too far compared to other hotels for the tourist.

Sound of musicのファンで宿泊しました。 しかし、ホテルは想像以上でした！ 湖の辺の美しさを始め、時を超えて 感じさせてくれる城の美しさに、 大変心奪われました。 また、庭園や食事も最高でした！ 朝食はテラスにて、湖を眺めながら ザルツブルクの山々を眺めて頂く 食事は素晴らしかったです。 今度は家族とともに訪れて、時を忘れて ゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。

호텔 주변이 조용하고 힐링이 되는 곳 특히 조식당은 고풍스럽고 아름다우며 궁전에서 식사를 하는 듯한 소중한 경험을 하게함

很滿意，環境非常好！酒店門口是湖！服務也好！從酒店沿着山間小路走到薩爾茨要塞才20分鐘。

儘管1500的價格不是主樓 但房間並不壓抑 主樓包括圖書館都開放參觀 早餐也是在主樓各個房間 環境食物都很好 每位工作人員都非常nice 到主教堂等各處步行20分鐘

房間不錯，位置獨一無二。值得體驗。

This was the very best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The options were unique and delicious. The staff was so attentive and made me feel genuinely welcome.

Beautiful building in picturesque setting with lots of history. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Palace suite which was fantastic, the free mini bar was a nice addition. Unfortunately our room didn’t have a bath which at 400€ plus was abit of a surprise. Reception staff friendly and we’re happy to deliver a takeaway order to our room (no evening dining options at the hotel which is a shame and frankly a missed opportunity in our opinion) Breakfast was lovely and in the beautiful marble hall which was a real treat. There’s very few services at hotel, we had to drag our bags down a gravel drive which wasn’t ideal.
