È due per il personale polito e il bel colazione. Il resto è piuttosto basso, quindi è stato colpito a due. Pro - buone opzioni per colazione. Prezzo continentale standard, con opzioni calde di bacon di uova scrambled e chipolatas. Sebbene il personale sia a malapena visibile, quando li vedi, sono gentili, utili e sorridenti. Ma questo è accaduto. Cons - camera (nostra) era pazzesco piccolo. La dimensione di una piccola camera singola, ma due piccoli letti singoli e una piccola bagno. Non abbastanza grande per due adulti e tu sia meglio essere vicino, perché la bagno non è davvero privato o sonoro. Veramente basso e non un hotel, mi ricorda un dormitorio di base condiviso in un ostello. La stanza era inchiodata e non pulita in 3 giorni. Nessuna tovalette pulita, il bagno era sporco. Il bagno non era disidratato. Le camere e l'hotel in generale sono pazzesco HOT. Si mantiene freddo lasciando le finestre aperte, non ideali per il rumore o i bug. Anche se sapevamo la distanza dal centro, è 25/30 min passeggiata. Ma facile da ottenere il trasporto. Un grande hotel di base, ma non vale la pena a meno che non si è su un bilancio, ma letteralmente non la possibilità di rilasciare dopo un lungo giorno di camminare e tour.

Check in was lengthy as one needed to fill out a form even though all the information had been provided on line in response to the hotel’s request for us to provide. Our room was quiet, with a very comfortable bed, and a newly refurbished bathroom. Unfortunately, when we needed to use the WC brush, it was disgusting, not something I would expect in a hotel of this grade. Breakfast had good choices and was tasty. We were provided with 2 small milk cartons in the room, alongside some tea and coffee sachets. When we asked for some additional milk cartons so we could have a second cup of tea, we were given a lengthy ‘lecture’ that these are complimentary and therefore we should not expect more. Was quite dumbfounded at this response, this being the 4th hotel on our trip, with no such issue experienced in the other hotels who were 3 star hotels. When leaving the hotel you had to leave your key with reception. However, when returning, staff didn’t always check who we were, simply handing the key to us, so any one could just ask for the key - not very secure. The hotel location was very good, easily reached on foot from the train station, and the old town was only 15 minutes walk away.

Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana pernottando in questo hotel, praticamente in centro. Stanza molto comoda e confortevole, con bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè espresso. Pulizia ottima. Colazione molto ricca e abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Personale gentile, tranne una receptionist che è risultata assai poco empatica e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il gentile pensiero che abbiamo trovato in stanza nel giorno del compleanno di mio marito. Consigliatissimo per una visita alla splendida Lussemburgo.

Forse il migliore hotel dove io abbia mai soggiornato. Un grande plauso ad uno staff preparato, Gentile , cortese e sempre disponibile. Camera appena restaurata, ampia spaziosa, pulitissima è molto tecnologica, letti comodissimi. Un breakfast da riferimento assoluto, con prodotti di qualità massima è un servizio impeccabile. Un bar serale con una scelta di drink di alta qualità proposti e illustrati in maniera perfetta. Nonostante il mio inglese “ farrugginoso” non ho perso una parola di qusnto spiegato. Al direttore della struttura che gestisce in questo modo uno staff preparatissimo e gentilissimo posso dire solo che lo spessore dell hotel emerge prepotentemente dalla qualità dello staff che lo conduce. Bravi!

Il primo hotel sul nostro viaggio in bicicletta da Salzburg a Grado.. camere sono spaziose, pulite e un buon servizio.Situato presso la Messa, con la bicicletta in 10 minuti a Altstadt. Buona colazione! Purtroppo il grande ristorante non era aperto ma potevi mangiare nel bar.... Selezione limitata, con una bella salata.

This is a really nice hotel just beside the train station and across the street from the main bus lines that take you everywhere in the City. The room was excellent with a free mini-bar and other nice amenities. It is definitely worth spending more for the higher floor as the view is spectacular. Lot's of mountains on one side and rolling countryside on the other. The staff were all good, check-in and check-out was easy and the breakfast in the morning was tasty with lots of variety. I would definitely stay there again.

Il personale addetto alle pulizie della stanza ha ancora molti margini di miglioramento.
Il personale della colazione si impegna molto ma potrebbe essere addestrato meglio.
Il personale della reception è fantastico.
La biancheria da letto, gli asciugamani, gli asciugamani e gli accappatoi sono di ottima qualità.
L'attrezzatura delle camere è molto buona.
Purtroppo non c'è un'area benessere.
Il parcheggio è un problema e non c'è collaborazione con un garage.
La colazione a buffet è molto abbondante e ho mangiato una delle mie omelette di pomodoro preferite: era perfetta!

Viveva un hotel relativamente soddisfatto in un viaggio multinazionale in Europa. L'apertura era la strada montana del piccolo castello. Il buon parcheggio dell'hotel ha il suo piccolo parcheggio. Good vibes only! The charming Villa Carlton is housed in the building of an original and artistically furnished former Ceconi Villa and is located directly at the gateway to Salzburg's lively Old Town, right next to the Mirabell Gardens and the Congress Centre.
For host Anna "Sunshine" Sigl, the name says it all: she and her team welcome guests with a radiant smile - the creatively inspiring quarter in which the hotel is located.
Those who want to take part in the colourful life of the festival city outside can book tickets for theatres, concerts and sights directly at the reception. The best addresses for restaurants, cafés and bars are also available there!
To ensure a successful start to the day, however, an "Easy Start" breakfast with fresh croissants, brown bread, fresh fruit and free coffee and tea is provided in self-service.
Last, but not least - just like the hotel manager herself, the hotel is also particularly "dog friendly"! Your four-legged pelt-noses are therefore also warmly welcomed at the "Villa". Simply Wau"!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very conveniently located just by Salzburg station. Bus r 2 connects it to the airport. Good area with restaurants and shops very close. 15/20 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff nice and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are modern and clean. There's a room for the luggage if you need to keep it before checking in or after checking out. The rooms were spacious and clean. So is the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the breakfast room has a lovely view of the city. The only complain we have is that the room was very hot and the shower head bracket didn't work.

UUtente ospiteThere are two properties: one is a castle, the other is not. Plan yr expectations accordingly. We booked a double room in the annex property for three nights. This property is tired and needs an update. Our room (221) was in the attic and resembled a small Hampton Inn/Howard Johnson room from the 70's/80's. The furniture was IKEA-like and minimal. There was no refrigerator or minibar (no wine/bottle opener) in the room and they ask you to refill your complimentary bottle of water from the tap in the bathroom daily. Three nights of this (with breakfast - I'm coming to that - ) cost us 560E. The bathroom was updated and had an excellent shower. The accommodations were adequate, but the property (including the small, drab lobby) has not been updated since at least the 90's. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly (and I speak German), but we didn't have any issues during our stay. There was no Austrian Gemütlichkeit. The town of Salzburg is a brisk 20-minute walk from the hotel. There are no reasonable restaurants in the vicinity. An Uber was 14-16E when we looked at taking one from the hotel to the centre of town. Now to the other property: breakfast is served in the castle and is a very different experience than the annex. The staff is 5-star and cater to yr every wish. We would like to recognise Marianna and Gunista for their extraordinary service during our stay. The breakfast itself is very good and the selection is excellent. I have to say, that we did not appreciate the ”woke education” that was made visible in every corner of the castle. It is not the venue, and we did not come to the property for a lesson in atonement. It was not a bad stay; it was not a great stay. Adequate at what we perceived as a high price. Again, we hope our review will help guests set their expectations for these two properties. You decide!

The hotel was located perfectly in the city, a short walk across the bridge to the beautiful old city, and an even shorter walk in the opposite direction to great restaurants and shops and hiking. On arrival, the receptionist could not have been more kind and helpful. She provided us details on the Salzburg guest card (which paid for itself in less than an hour), as well as helpful information on local restaurants. The room was perfectly fine for a few days in the city, actually bigger than expected. I’m not sure why there are a few bad reviews in here. UUtente ospiteThis hotel is off the main streets so it is relatively quiet, but is very centrally located. The rooms are large enough and the beds are very comfortable. There is an outside seating area to enjoy a delicious breakfast or an afternoon/evening drink. The hotel will provide its guests with ice and has beer for purchase so there is no need to wander too far. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel as part of a Rick Steves tour group.

DDaniel TherrienUn posto così bello nel centro di Salzburgo. Ha avuto un vecchio senso, come se tornasse all'inizio del 1900 e si accorse con una macchina del tempo. Le camere erano piccole, ma tutto quello che avete davvero bisogno come un viaggio d'affari. Il personale era gentile e amichevole, e il mio soggiorno era perfetto.

UUtente ospiteL'ho prenotato perché ho davvero bisogno di un parcheggio direttamente nelle stanze. Quando si prenota, non è chiaro che si ottiene un parcheggio, anche se hanno dei punti pubblicitari. Allora si doppiano un libro e la gente non può parcheggiare senza bloccare l'un l'altro. Rrsukt: Il giorno 1 qualcuno parcheggiava sul posto su Foto e bloccò 2 punti, perché in realtà solo 1 auto piccola. Il giorno 2 auto a noleggio è completamente bloccato e perso il mio volo ... Altrimenti è bello disegno. Ma senza colazione. Nessun ascensore, quindi preparatevi per sollevare il bagaglio 3 piani da soli.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è un piccolo hotel indipendente con personale molto amichevole e accogliente.Ha un piccolo giardino per sedersi e un bar onesto e un soggiorno con tè e caffè gratuito per aiutarti. La porta è chiusa al 9.30pm ma dopo questa ora avete una chiave per accedere all'hotel. Ha un ascensore e si trova a soli 2 minuti a piedi per le fermate di autobus che vi prendono in giro per Salzburg. L'aeroporto n. 2 si ferma al Congresshaus, poi si trova intorno alla strada e all'angolo dell'hotel. Ho avuto una camera unica che era molto piccola, ma perfettamente adeguata e molto tranquilla, anche se si trovava di fronte alla strada. La doccia era grande e le scelte per la colazione erano buone.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel a 2.3km dal centro di salisburgo.e' stata una scelta ottima per 3 motivi : 1°perché fuori dall 'hotel c'è la fermata del bus (numero 6 ) che in 7 minuti ti lascia davanti al ponte del centro storico e ilmese di agosto e gratuito.2) un silenzio incredibile perché è praticamente immerso nel verde 3) perché il parcheggio e3 gratuito. Personale gentile e cortese molto disponibile e colazione buona e abbondante .se possibile vi consiglio le camere con il balcone.da provare

UUtente ospiteArriviamo da Monaco di Baviera con il treno, prendiamo l'autobus direttamente dalla stazione alla porta di check-in dell'hotel. Check-in è presso Hotel Neutor, un hotel separato ma gestito congiuntamente. Il colazione è disponibile in Hotel Neutor e non è stato eccellente e leggermente costoso. La camera dell'hotel era adeguata e senza impressione. L'interno era datato e indossato, ma sembrava essenzialmente pulito. Il letto era comodo. La posizione è situata proprio dall'altra parte del corridoio dietro la vecchia città di Salzburg, ma i tunnel attraverso il corridoio consentono di camminare e guidare direttamente dall'hotel. Solo le tavole a letto erano presenti. Il prezzo dell'hotel era molto più economico di quello degli hotel nella vecchia città e quasi quanto conveniente. Il quartiere era piuttosto tranquillo la notte con quasi nessun traffico e si sentiva abbastanza sicuro. Mangiamo tutti i nostri pasti nella vecchia città e non abbiamo visto molte scelte di cena sul lato dell'hotel del cortile. Se si utilizza la stanza solo come un luogo per dormire e pulire questa è una buona opzione, ma è breve se si vuole dormire intorno alla stanza o avere amici da visitare nella sua stanza.

LLawrenzoAndate all'aperto per il bellissimo giardino con tutte le sculturazioni sorprendenti. È necessario sapere, una scena dalla canzone do-re-me dal film Il suono della musica è stato sparato lì. È anche una vista sorprendente della Forte Hohensalzburg. Dice che è libero visitare il palazzo, ma c'è davvero solo una scala e una piccola stanza che si può vedere e non è marcata. Penso che sia usata principalmente per concerti. È ancora vale la pena guardare soprattutto la scala con tutte le sculture.

LLawrenzoAlto sopra Salzburg si ottiene una vista fantastica sulla città e sulle montagne neve, dall'altra parte. Purtroppo, quando il tempo era chiaro, andai in giro, e quando ho finito la fortezza all'interno, che era molto interessante IVA, cominciò a nevicare molto e non potevamo vederla molto lontano sulla torre. Anche il biglietto ti permette di entrare in ogni attrazione solo una volta che si accerti di salire sulla torre quando il tempo è buono.
