IT/ La stanza è piccola, normale per Parigi, il bagno è MINUSCOLO e l'acqua della doccia arriva in tutto il bagno. Oltre a ciò, penso che questo sia un ottimo hotel, molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze! E, naturalmente, l'Arco di Trionfo Oh, e l'asciugacapelli non funziona per 10 minuti di utilizzo IT/ la stanza è piccola, normale per Parigi, ma il bagno è molto piccolo, l'acqua della doccia si riversa nel bagno perché non c'è la tenda. A parte questo, l'hotel ha una posizione imbattibile, vicino a negozi e ristoranti e, naturalmente, all'Arco di Trionfo! Oh, e l'asciugacapelli smette di funzionare dopo 10 minuti di utilizzo.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid if Possible I stayed at Best Western in Paris for one night and initially considered extending my stay, but my experience was so unpleasant that I decided against it. From the moment I entered, the reception staff was rude, unwelcoming, and outright aggressive. Instead of politely informing me that my room wasn’t ready at 12 PM (check-in was after 2 PM), they didn’t offer early check-in. When I asked for extending one more night they immediately told me the hotel was fully booked. When I pressed further, they offered a room at double the price. I later confirmed that the rate was much cheaper on Trip.com than what they quoted, which felt dishonest. To make matters worse, they attempted to double-charge me. The room was incredibly small, much smaller than the photos suggested. It was uncomfortable, cold, and not properly clean. The bathroom was tiny—barely a meter wide—making it inconvenient to use. I couldn’t even open my luggage properly due to the cramped space. The view was unremarkable, and the overall layout was poorly designed. Additionally, the hotel’s key card system was inconvenient. You couldn’t open the door yourself late at night; instead, you had to rely on the receptionist to let you in, which felt intrusive and awkward, especially when seeking privacy. The food was subpar, and the overall service was disappointing. However, one receptionist, Lhamo, was incredibly kind and helpful, and she was the sole reason we didn’t cancel our booking immediately. Her professionalism was a bright spot in an otherwise dreadful experience. Lastly, when we were leaving the hotel, the receptionist stared at us without saying goodbye, adding to the unpleasantness of our stay. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

超級迷你的房間，價格還這麼貴，不愧是凱旋門旁邊的酒店，600米的樣子。和香榭麗舍大街也非常近，所以我們趁着轉機留了半天把核心地區都逛了一圈。早餐味道不錯。離地鐵站也很近，出行很方便。

Современные номера, как обычно в Париже- очень маленькие, странной формы, но чистые и приятной душевой. Вида из окна не было, вид во внутренний двор-колодец. Завтрак был невкусный. Месторасположение прекрасное недалеко от триумфальной арки, при этом уже нет туристов. Рядом есть вкусный итальянский ресторанчик la cantina

位置距離凱旋門和香榭麗舍大街很近，房間雖然不大但是有個小陽台能看到巴黎粉色的晚霞，很舒服，早餐品種豐富，都很好吃。

衞生很差，服務態度極其惡劣，被子都不清洗，垃圾酒店

早晨食物款式選擇不多，但尚算新鮮美味。房間清潔，面積可以接受。酒店位置接近凱旋門，交通非常方便。

酒店離凱旋門特別近。早起看個香街也不錯。歐洲酒店大小得有個預期。但是有浴缸。兩部電梯。12點退房。還要啥自行車。

服務非常差，完全不推薦入住

早餐不夠豐富！其他還可以！
