Caffè a colazione molto mediocre - triste per 5 stelle. Molto in doccia - neanche 5 stelle. Il peggio è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare al checkout ”perché avevano bisogno di controllare se abbiamo preso qualcosa da un mini bar” - è come ”pensiamo che si stia giacendo 🤥”.Dopo 15 minuti di aspettare il checkout, abbiamo dovuto andare al conto corrente di nuovo chiaramente dimenticato il loro controllo ...e poi ”Abbiamo il permesso di lasciare” :) Per il resto è un bel hotel, non sono letti rumorosi e buoni. Buona posizione. Suggerimento: prenota il parcheggio in ”Erasmus Bridge”. Poi più economico attraverso l'hotel.

Wowzah! Great Location! Close to everything but quiet. Romantic views of the river. Everything was carefully thought out. We could stream from our devices to the different TV's and the bluetooth speaker. Amazing bathroom products. Wonderful Linens. Comfortable Bed. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. If your driving parking is so convenient and easy. Spacious. Clean, soft, comfortable carpets and rugs perfectly placed. We only stayed for one night but wish we had stayed for more.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico.. il personale dell'hotel era molto cordiale e attento.. la camera era pulita e i letti erano comodi.. l'arredamento nelle aree comuni era incredibile. Albergo perfetto. Stavo già lì e ho deciso di restare un'altra notte. Non avevo mai utilizzato Trip.com per effettuare prenotazioni alberghiere. È stata la mia prima e ultima esperienza. Ho effettuato la prenotazione e la tariffa giornaliera è stata addebitata direttamente sulla mia carta di credito (nonostante avessi scelto l'opzione di pagamento in struttura). Al momento del check-in per quella notte in hotel, sono stato informato che avrei dovuto effettuare il pagamento. Ho sostenuto che era già stato addebitato da Trip.com ma non hanno confermato il pagamento. In breve, ho dovuto pagare di nuovo l'hosting. Poi ho dato un'occhiata a reclameaqui.com e ho visto che ci sono un'infinità di lamentele riguardo allo stesso modus operandi. Ho inviato un messaggio a Trip.com ma non hanno risposto. Brutta esperienza con Trip.com. Non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio.

Hotel semplicemente fantastico: arredi e suppellettili di design arricchiscono le parti comuni ed entrando si rimane davvero a bocca aperta. Gli spazi favoriscono la convivialità ed è un vero piacere anche solo prendere un caffè nella hall ed ammirare la città dalle grandi vetrate. Tutto è perfettamente organizzato, in primis le operazioni di check-in e check-out, davvero celeri. Camera di dimensioni contenute ma estremamente funzionale e controllabile dal tablet (illuminazione, temperatura, tende). L'unica nota stonata, a mio avviso, è stata l'antiquata tendina in plastica della doccia che davvero mal si concilia con cotanto high tech. Magari sarebbe bello anche implementare un po' il set di cortesia al momento limitato a sapone e bagnoschiuma, comunque gradevolissimi. Staff giovane ma molto preparato e cordiale. Colazione superlativa e di qualità, con prevalenza di cibi salati. Posizione ottima per visitare le case cubiche ed il mercato centrale e non da ultimo comoda ai mezzi pubblici (Blaak - metro e stazione dei treni ad un minuto). Davvero uno dei migliori hotel in cui ho soggiornato, buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

The good: Location was very central. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. TV defaulted to the Fishtank Channel as the room's power was switched on. Not so good: There was no facility for making tea or coffee. A little kettle, mugs and a small amount of tea, coffee, long-life milk and sugar would have been nice for the price I was paying (EUR 115 per night). The room was small, and that on its own was not a problem. But the gap between the foot of the bed and the wall was 60cm (I measured it) and one had to walk between them all the time. The wall was roughly plastered, and if you touched the wall while walking, maybe to keep balance, you would graze your finger. I mean REALLY roughly plastered!

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.
