Cons -dirty blanket -moldy shower -air vent didn’t work properly and condensation dripped all over the floor and created a puddle and when using the towel to clean it up it was brown -hair on the floors and base boards -sink smelt sour and could smell it as soon as you walked in -kids playing football in the parking lot and hit one of the cars -staff wasn’t that friendly but could have been worse Pros -location -easy check in/check out -shampoo/conditioner/body was washed good quality -comfy bed

Every time I visited my relatives I stayed at this lovely hotel. It’s more clean hotel I have ever been in my whole life. You will see your name on welcome screen. They provided shampoo for shower, coffee available 24hrs.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The service was great and look forward to returning

The hotel did not give my family our deposits back we booked 2 rooms they said that they had to do extra cleaning to our rooms because we smoked and we did not smoke inside the rooms

We booked this hotel because it was so close to carowinds. The room was clean, the staff was nice. Only we didn't have 5 towels for the 5 people that were to stay in the room. The staff remedy to eat this quickly..

Always stay in this new hotel when we travel to Charlotte. Price is cheap and free breakfast is good. Free parking and besides the hotel there is a McDonald.

Great place that feels like you’re right at home I feel comfortable and clean

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was quite comfortable and I loved having four pillows to sleep with. I loved the color scheme as well. The mirror in the bathroom was lighted and had a motion sensor to turn on. The breakfast was pretty good and there were plenty of options to choose from. It’s nice to have a coffee bar available 24/7. Fitness room was nice and WiFi was fast. No issues or complaints and would easily stay here again.

Convenient location off of Route 77. Room was very comfortable as to temperature and the bed. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Only downside was the refrigerator was set down low on the floor underneath a shelf and was difficult to get to.

Arrived later at night and had some difficulty accessing the hotel as the doors were locked and I had to call the front desk several times to check in, although the front desk worker could see me standing at the door.

The latest cation of the hotel is good. The staff is nice and courteous. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean except housekeeping could make an extra effort to clean the floors a little more.
