We booked this property at the last minute as we were traveling through to the GC. We wanted to check in a couple hours early. The property was dead. No cars and no guests in or around the hotel anywhere. We were told that because we booked through ******* and not directly with the hotel that we would be required to pay extra fees. I have been booking on 3rd party sites for years and have never ran into this. I explained why as my husband has a terminal illness nd he shad started feeling unwell and needed to rest. She was very rude and short just stating it is hotel policy. I was not going to pay even more for a a Laquita than what I already had so we left nd of course the hotel would not refund our stay. We did not stay on property and ended up paying for another place to stay. I will NEVER book bother Wyndham property and may think twice to use ******* since they obviously use hotels that are unappreciative of ******* bookings.
