10 su 10. Il personale molto amichevole e un alto livello di servizio in mini caffè proprio all'hotel (un po 'costo, ma ancora abbastanza buono). Molto buona posizione. Non lontano dall'aeroporto, vicino al centro della città. Anche il giardino è molto piccolo, ma per una volta la formazione è abbastanza buona. Grazie per l'albergo! I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and I must say, the location was spot on—extremely convenient to our office, which made commuting a breeze. The room itself was quite spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax and work. However, the building is showing its age and could use some updates to enhance the overall experience. Some of the amenities also left a bit to be desired; they were not as user-friendly or modern as I would have hoped. Overall, while the hotel’s location and room size are definite positives, the outdated facilities and less-than-ideal amenities might prompt me to consider other options in the future.

Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience. Room: The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it. Room Service Food: The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary. Breakfast: Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch. Spa: The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient. Getting Around: Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free. Overall Experience: A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.
