Hotel a 3 stelle a Riad

La posizione dell'hotel è situata a pochi passi dal centro di Kingdom e a pochi passi dalla Torre Faisal. Inoltre, l'hotel è vicino alla Riyadh Bank, che ha diversi ATM, e c'è un piccolo negozio di comodità vicino. Tuttavia, se si vuole andare alla vecchia Riyadh, si dovrà prendere un taxi o un servizio di condivisione. La stanza era molto pulita e moderna. A mio parere, la parte migliore dell'hotel era il colazione. Ci sono stati un'ampia varietà di articoli con diverse scelte ogni giorno.

# lode # per la pulizia del pavimento, la pulizia delle pareti, lo stile di decorazione dell'hotel, Wi-Fi soddisfatto; # lode negativa # disappunto per la luce interna; tranne per la casa di famiglia, le altre stanze non hanno finestre, e la scelta prudente è disturbata. La scheda porta è molto problematica e deve essere attivata periodicamente (solo lasciare la tasca, e non sarà inevitabile). L'apparecchiatura nella stanza è più vecchia, il cappello è quasi un cappello da mettere in aria, e la forza non è abbastanza. La colazione è normale.

Punti positivi: Il capo è molto gentile, l'hotel è relativamente vicino all'aeroporto e potrebbe essere più adatto alla gente del posto. Svantaggi: le strutture e le attrezzature sono vecchie, l'aria condizionata è rotta, il forno a microonde è rotto, l'acqua della doccia è relativamente piccola, la comunicazione in inglese non è fluida e gli articoli da toeletta vengono forniti solo con due piccoli pezzi di sapone.

To be objectives my experience was averaghe. Location and breakfast was very good. Room needs renovation and a modern touch. You cant make phone calls neither local nor international. The staff needs a lot of improvement in customer relations to deal better with guests.

Unfortunately I had the worse experience. I arrived to Riyadh from another town 3 hours away. On a national holiday every where was fully booked. The reception who goes by the name of Mohammed Ahmed refused us to the room and said no guest after midnight. I explained I had checked in earlier and we where coming back from the hairdresser took 5 hours to braid my hair. But he would not allow us even though the booking was paid in advance with a Uk debit card, 2 adults in a twin room with 2 hotel keys. And to make things worse we had order food from the restaurant before we entered the room and it went untouched because we could not get back into the room. I explained that I was a teacher and he can check iqama we where not in Riyadh looking for a place to be naughty and he should respect the fact that his discrimination was unjust. He said he would check the iqama and let us know. Ridiculous. And British citizens or even foreign nationals can stay in a hotel with another person it’s not illegal. Also we where only going to eat refresh ourselves and return to our own city. My friend and driver. Tulip in Mr Mohammed Ahmed left us stranded. I was so upset we had no rest, that I rang Agoda Uk. But Mohammed Ahmed wouldn’t answer why we where not allowed into the room when Agoda rang them. I even threatened to call the police but he just offered that the manager wasn’t there. I am pursuing a refund and room service refund. My advice if your expat never book tulip in bad experience in Dammam their toilets always blocked and in Riyadh disgusting hospitality for a capital well know hotel. Plus they are in a very bad location in Riyadh and there is no parking apart from on street main busy road. And the hotel has a tiny entrance along a row of shops and its not anything like the picture. The security at the entrance are very rude as well before the reception they shout at you where are you going are you staying in the hotel, before you enter that’s not a problem but they don’t even have any hand sanitiser and I felt like it was just an excuse to receive a bribe. Might I add I was wearing and abiyah hijab and a mask black colour and there was no reason to disrespect and humiliate me in the way they did. But unfortunately for them I was not willing to pay a bribe. Don’t stay here You will really be disappointed if you book it in the first place. And the trade mark tulip inn should not be mistaken for Golden tulip. Totally a different class.

L'hotel esuberante a Aziziyah è stato bello, ho soggiornato per una notte solo per un viaggio d'affari veloce Il colazione era buono il personale era grande e sperabile La prossima volta che viaggio a Riyadh, resterò nello stesso hotel e lo consiglio ai miei amici

Sebbene l'hotel abbia alcune eccellenti caratteristiche (più di quelle in un momento), la prima impressione che un ospite ha è il personale di front desk reception. Erano terribili: inamici, insopportabili, non benvenuti ....e la maggior parte del tempo non nemmeno lì (il desk front è vuoto e si sbaglia come un hotel fantasma la maggior parte del tempo). Questo è una vergogna, perché il posto ha molto da fare: grande stanza (anche se la prima stanza che andavamo era in realtà piccola, ma chiesemo di cambiare e la sostituzione era abbastanza grande per adattarsi ad un esercito), buona sauna e giornata di ginnastica, e un eccellente, di solito una scelta sana, e una distanza ragionevole tra il forte e Souq 2-3 km a sud e il centro città pochi chilometri a nord. È anche conveniente per la stazione ferroviaria (est), meno di 10 minuti di auto. Dobbiamo solo ottenere un personale molto meglio addestrato al di fuori del dipartimento che può sorridere e servire gli ospiti!

Grande servizio, il personale era veloce e preciso se avete bisogno di qualcosa. Camera pulita e molto spaziosa, con un'aggiunta giornaliera sufficiente con bottiglie di acqua potabile. Bella sala da fitness, bella piscina (non aspettare) al nono piano con vista sulla zona La mancanza di calzature è forse una mano negli attributi, un piccolo oggetto, ma può rendere la vita più facile in caso di indossare scarpe di business.
