Hotel 4 stelle a Palermo

A pochi passi dalla città di Liu, ma molto tranquillo, comodo trasporto, nuove strutture, delizioso colazione, personale entusiasta e amichevole, grande esperienza di alloggio!

Loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

QUESTA È STATA LA MIGLIOR SCELTA CHE HO FATTO IN SICILIA. Innanzitutto, questo è il posto più pulito che abbia mai visto nel mio viaggio. Ogni mattina ti chiedono se vuoi una pulizia quando ti portano la colazione. Il bagno/doccia è moderno e uguale alla foto. Il sapone per il corpo, lo shampoo, il balsamo erano siciliani, molto gentili da parte loro. Lo spazio pubblico era così bello, avevano un balcone, quindi sarebbe stato fantastico scattare foto per Instagram. In secondo luogo, la colazione. Incredibilmente buona. Puoi scegliere 2 cose da circa 15 tipi di piatti come panini o yogurt o frutta. Per le bevande puoi sceglierne 1 da circa 15 tipi come cappuccino o cioccolata calda. Hanno una scelta di latte come latte d'avena e latte di mandorle che è incredibile a questo prezzo. Per la crema spalmabile, puoi sceglierne 2 da circa 10 tipi come miele o Nutella o burro di mandorle o molti gusti di marmellata. Per un dessert, puoi scegliere una torta da 2 o 3 tipi che hanno quel giorno. Puoi scegliere dove vuoi mangiare, nella sala o nello spazio pubblico. In terzo luogo, il personale è stato molto più gentile e amichevole della media della Sicilia. Bel posto, lo consiglio vivamente!!

Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

Il servizio clienti è buono, poiché la piscina della camera perdeva acqua, il personale ha fatto del suo meglio per prendere accordi, alla fine abbiamo alloggiato in una camera vista mare, di fronte a Piazza Italia. Le tagliatelle di seppia del ristorante sono deliziose e il servizio è buono. C'è un problema con l'isolamento acustico nelle stanze vicine alla strada

We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.

Buon albergo,una sola osservazione,fuori,lo spazio antistante,la zona circostante è molto troppo sporca degradata,non certo x ccolpa dell albergo,ma tutto questo non rende ,non valuta la struttura

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per un breve periodo. Il suo principale vantaggio è la posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Tuttavia, non è un vero hotel a 4 stelle. La camera era piccola e, soprattutto, obsoleta. L'hotel non è chiaramente all'altezza degli altri hotel a 4 stelle della catena Accor. Ha un disperato bisogno di essere ristrutturato. La doccia è minuscola e la vernice del bagno si stava scrostando in alcuni punti. Nel complesso, mancava di fascino. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, anche questa non era all'altezza degli standard di un 4 stelle. Il buffet era limitato, c'era una macchina per il caffè automatica, un tostapane decente e i dolci erano esauriti ogni giorno (la colazione chiude alle 10:00, quindi scordatevi di dormire fino a tardi...). Non abbiamo avuto un brutto soggiorno, ma siamo rimasti delusi dalla qualità, che era ben al di sotto di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel Accor a 4 stelle.
