Hotel a 3 stelle a Richmond upon Thames

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Room was clean was very warm but you can open window. Quiet room. Check in not overly friendly but got the job done. Parking managed to get a space £20 24 hours. Location great for town and train station. Ideal travelling to Wembley. Unfortunately the breakfast was not good. This is the second time we have stayed here both times had bad breakfast experience . Food was cold and not a lot left at 10.00 Would not eat breakfast there again.

Siamo rimasti qui per il nostro matrimonio, e siamo stati molto sottomarini. Speravamo di rimanere da qualche parte che si sentiva un po' di lusso, ma l'intero hotel si sente piuttosto obsoleti. Mentre non possono controllare il calore, è sfortunato che non abbiano alcuna aria condizionata - ha reso davvero difficile dormire, quindi consiglio di rimanere da qualche altra parte per i mesi estivi. Questo è stato aggravato dal fatto che il letto era estremamente incomodo - c'era un bar lungo la materna o una primavera libera, ma in ogni modo non potevo dormire (non ideale la notte prima del matrimonio!) Il colazione non era male, Anche se il personale era un po' brusco con noi, finché non si rendevano conto che eravamo li' per il nostro matrimonio (a quel punto si sono resi molto più amichevoli!). I nostri genitori sono stati con noi all'hotel, e sono stati delusi anche dall'hotel - uno era molto vicino alla loro sala eventi e così è stato tenuto al riparo dal rumore che veniva da questo. Le bevande nel bar sono estremamente costose, anche se si tiene conto della posizione.È anche una vergogna che l'area al piano di sopra e all'aperto che guarda il fiume sia solo per uso privato. Ciò significa che quando è un bel giorno e si desidera sedersi fuori per un drink, ci sono solo 2 tavoli accanto all'hotel che guardano il parcheggio - non molto gioioso! Il check out è stato anche un po' di incubo - dopo un certo tempo di mattina le porte ti chiudono automaticamente (che abbiamo scoperto mentre andiamo in macchina per imballare). In questo modo, è necessario che tu faccia la coda alla reception per farla sbagliare, così puoi tornare nella tua stanza, che è incredibilemente frustrante al check-out. In generale, non quello che ci aspettavamo per il prezzo. E'un grande vergogna perché la proprietà è bella e in un luogo incredibile e hanno così tanto potenziale per fare questo spettacolare con qualche cura e investimento.

Lavoro a Kingston, che non è lontano, e questo posto ha segnato le scatole per il prezzo, la posizione e il parcheggio gratuito. Il parcheggio è in retro, ma questo non sembra essere disponibile. Il tappeto complimentare è stato molto buono. Se sei lì in una domenica il bar si chiude presto a circa 2030h (a seconda dell'attività) e il cibo si conclude a 1900h. Non ci sono colazioni disponibili il lunedì o martedì quando sono chiuse. Questo è chiaro sulla prenotazione e nella stanza. Ci è un conservatore al retro e un piacevole giardino di birra con un servizio da tavola efficiente. Il giardino di birra nel sole è un bel posto per essere. L'ho amato. I did a surprise that (with service charge at 12.5%) a pint of dricked Birra Moretti was £ 7.03. There food looked really good and if you're a resident at hotel there's a discount I think of 15 or 20%. The Sunday roasts looked very impressive. In generale, rimarrei di nuovo.
