Had a lovely meal at the bar with a friend who lives in the area. Cute, charming, old timey feel - friendly meal, great service. Highly recommend! Also used the gym later in the week to lift weights which was great.

I stayed at the Quogue Club 2 times in October. My first stay was in room 10. It was quiet and all services/amenities were great. The second experience was not good at all. I was in room 2. The shower expelled brown water when I turned it on. To complicate matters, the tub drain did not work, so the tub proceeded to fill with the brown water. Not a pleasant experience. I was awakened from sleep by the neighbors, who came in quite late and proceeded to have a long conversation. In their defense, they weren't being exceptionally loud. The walls were very thin. Dinner at the bar earlier that evening was overrun by attendees from a lecture in the hotel. They were overbearing and the dinner experience was not good. In the morning, I mentioned my experiences to the checkout person and requested some compensation for the poor service. She explained that she was not able to make any decisions but said she would pass my comments along. I don't think she did. At least, there was no effort on the part of the Quogue Club to contact me and the bill remained the same on my statement. I would be happy to pay their high rate for exceptional service. I was not happy, considering the below avaerage stay that I had.

The place is wonderful. Beds and pillows perfect, and the chef at the restaurant is fabulous. Restaurant prices very reasonable for this high quality. Great bar seating also. Been here many times and will return. The beach is also a short drive or bike ride away. Also has a full gym including pelotons.

This was our first time there and it won’t be the last! Was looking for an over night with my fiance’ came across this place. I called spoke with Tonya. She was amazing. I questioned her about every aspect. From the rooms to the menu. She assured me that she was totally comfortable with her recommendations and her descriptions of the hotel. The staff was always pleasant and eager to help, with a smile. Kate was ultra helpful as well: summer and breakfast were both delicious! We will be back. Thank you all who made out stay so enjoyable. First class.

The Quogue Club at Hallock Hotel is a beautiful property with spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable rooms and cottages. The staff were exceptionally helpful and generous with their time - they couldn't have been nicer. The on-site restaurant offers a delicious complimentary breakfast, from omelets to crunchy French toast. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary ride to the beach on the hotel's bikes and beach chairs, or simply get a day pass. Overall, this hotel is a true treat for guests.

I tried to get a job here during the pandemic. I got a job as a dishwasher and was told how the staff was very close with one another and that we would go out for events and parties. However during the two weeks I was here the head chef exploded on his employees with rage, got face to face with them and threatened them like he was going to fight them, and then continued to repeatedly apologize to me for his behavior because he knew he was wrong. I am pretty sure the same head chef still works here so I would be cautious to give your business to them because it was such a hostile place to work.

Visited one of our favorite boutique hotels on Long Island, Quogue Club, this week. We have stayed there several times over the past ten years and have always had a quiet comfortable stay. This time was no exception! We ran a little late due to traffic but we’re welcomed so cordially! The entire club is always immaculate…not a stone unturned! The rooms are super clean and well appointed with a welcome basket including water and snacks. The beds a super comfortable and always make for a great nights sleep! Another highlight is the incredible hot breakfast which is included with your stay. You order whatever you’d like from a wide assortment of entrees…believe me when I tell you that you won’t need to eat again until dinner after this breakfast…it’s that great and that plentiful! Thanks to Mindy and Kevin for their kindness in serving us this “feast” ! And Kevin…it was unbelievably great to see you again and to catch up with you …you’re a true asset to Quogue Club and we enjoy your professionalism and your down to earth nature as well. Last but certainly not least is Zackery, Quogue Clubs General Manager. He is very accommodating and personable interacting when needed in a pleasant and service oriented way. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is ever mindful of making your guest experience the best it can be! Thanks again to all…we appreciated your hospitality!
