Il servizio è molto buono. Nonostante la stanza sia piccola, dopo tutto è così a Parigi. Molto pulito, la camera dispone di una macchina per il caffè. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone, molto parigino.

Ho prenotato una camera doppia con balcone. La camera era pulita e la posizione era buona ma non c'era rumore. Quando la stanza veniva pulita, l'attrezzatura nella stanza non era completamente preparata mi sono sentito molto male. Mancava per un po 'mentre lo stavo usando. Manca una cosa, non c'è il gel doccia in bagno, c'è solo un asciugamano nella camera doppia, c'è solo una bottiglia d'acqua, e lì. non ci sono più asciugamani di carta dopo 2 fogli L'hotel non fornisce spazzolini da denti da acquistare (almeno li forniscono affinché i clienti possano sceglierli).

There are biscuits on the floor when we check in ,walking distance to subway but a problem if you have big luggage,does not have travel adaptor to borrow,the only hotel with this problem for our trip in europe

Incident Summary: On the second night of our stay, during the early hours of the morning, we discovered a mouse in our room. At the time, your staff offered to move us to a double room, which was inadequate for the three of us, including a 30-week pregnant woman. We paid for a triple room, but moving to a smaller room was not a fair solution. Exhausted and stressed, we decided to stay in the original room despite the mouse, as there were no other viable alternatives. I am deeply concerned about the potential health risks, especially considering the presence of a pregnant woman in our group. It is alarming that your hotel did not seem to take the possibility of disease transmission seriously. If the pregnant guest had become ill due to the mouse, the consequences could have been severe. Inadequate Response from Hotel Staff: The following morning, we informed the hotel staff that the mouse was hiding in the curtains and requested that all curtains be removed and the room thoroughly disinfected. However, when we returned to our room later that day, nothing had been done — the curtains were still there, and no cleaning or disinfection had been carried out. After multiple requests, the staff eventually removed only one set of curtains and left it on our bed, even placing it on top of some of our personal belongings. The hotel also placed a mouse trap in the room, indicating that the mouse was still active and had likely been running around. This was an incredibly unsettling and unsatisfactory solution. Room Change and Lack of Assistance: Later that night, we were finally moved to two double rooms. However, our new rooms were located on level 101 with no elevator, and despite being three women, we were left to carry our own luggage without any assistance from the hotel staff.

Beautiful and clean room. location is good. convenient shop and nice restaurant just nearby.

Schone hotel alleen wat lastig parkeren. Maar voor de rest zijn wij vriendelijk geholpen

Schoon en comfortabele kamers. Niet heel groot maar dat is nagenoeg nergens in de Parijs. Hele leuke buurt en in de buurt van de metro. Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.

Понравился в целом отель. Чистый,аккуратный, вежливый персонал, хорошие завтраки. Рядом 2 станции метро, одна из которых линия к Эйфелевой башне. Центр пешком довольно далеко. До Лувра минут 30, до полей,- около 40, до башни,- 1.10. Район где расположен отель,- тоже вполне нормальный. Рядом большие бульвары.

酒店位置便利（離地鐵和景點都很近），房間內部乾淨並且床很舒服，法式小陽台很加分～屬於巴黎性價比非常高的酒店了

房間有空調，空調功能很好。酒店地理位置也不錯，出行方便（有兩個地鐵站在附近）。酒店可以在前台寄存行李，服務很好，我們每天出門的時候都把鑰匙留給他們也不怕丟。

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel, bezpieczna okolica. Obsługa przyjazna, a pokoje czyste i zadbane. Polecam w 100%
