Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Quezon City

La stanza dell'hotel era pulita e accogliente. Il personale era molto bello e accogliente. Abbiamo anche portato il nostro cane e il posto è davvero carino. Ti prelevano un canone per animali, ma vale la pena. :)

Hotel is very accessible as it is located in a shopping mall. I would very much recommend this hotel because of the hotel staffs are very well trained and very attentive to their guest. I booked one of our visitors from mainland China and after he checked out, I have him picked up by our truck. Funny thing our driver was not able to picked him up because the hotel guard thought it was a kidnapping incident. So they kept my visitors with them, so I called the hotel. Even the front desk or reservation are well trained as they verify all the details before they handed my visitor to our driver. Take note, my visitor only speaks mandarin that's why their's a language barrier between them. Yes, might be a hassle but this means security if you are a foreigner visiting Philippines. Thank you I very much appreciated your duties and responsibilities in your work place, I hope all hotels are like your staffs.

A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

Celebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

The front desk staff who checked us in, Queenie, was super friendly, warm, and efficient. Everyone actually was very hospitable. We love staying here not only because of its prime location and amenities, but also because of the impeccable hospitality. We usually don’t encounter any issue, but during this stay, we were surprised by a cockroach in our room! It surely didn’t dampen our stay since we were checking out when we saw this, but hopefully we don’t see anything like this in the future.

Le camere erano vecchie ma abbastanza grandi e decenti per il prezzo. State si trovava confortevole e sicuri albie la mancanza di bagni, come shampoo, sapone e kit dentale è un po' scomodo perché è necessario camminare a una certa distanza dal più vicino 711 per comprarlo. Il frigorifero è smontato, quindi gli ospiti avrebbero il tp di farlo da soli, che è rischioso perché è necessario spostare il frigorifero dal suo posto. Alcune luci non funzionano e l'acqua è inondata dalla doccia all'area della camera da letto.

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Il giorno dopo che sono andato alle Filippine per la prima volta, ho vissuto due notti consecutive. La piscina sul tetto è bella.Ma l'acqua è molto fredda.Non andare come la piscina calda.Fallo.Anche i residenti locali sono freddi.Tutto il resto è buono.La pulizia e il mento saranno ordinati in un posto separato.D'altra parte, l'inglese è indispensabile. A meno che non lo dica, non puoi chiederlo.C'è anche una palestra, pochi impianti, ma sono molto soddisfatto.

Che posso dire? Sono contento che il mio partner abbia goduto del bagno! Abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento gratuito alla suite junior da parte del manager, probabilmente per il messaggio che ho mandato. Le camere sono pulite. Le letti e le mutandine non sono ancora così sovrasfruttate. Così comodi. Anche se non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi, hanno appena dimostrato la loro azione.L'ospitalità del loro personale è una cosa di prima classe. Cons- Il drenaggio del pavimento della doccia ha bisogno di miglioramento. Le camere non sono sonoro. Dovevamo chiamare 3x, nelle ore di soffitto solo ro segnalare la stanza vicino alla porta. A loro piaceva la festa e cantavano (in realtà più di una grida al puntale dei polmoni e saltando) in coro. Era solo quando la valudywent che si fermavano davvero e che era intorno 3AM. Credo che la direzione debba essere più severa per avere una festa in camera.
