My family’s stay at Seda Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their consistent efforts in keeping my room tidy and spotless throughout my stay. Returning to a fresh and well-maintained room every day was a pleasure, and it added to the overall comfort of the experience. The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Being so close to all the major malls made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I appreciated the easy access to everything I needed, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

One of the best hotels in Quezon City. If you are looking for a quality yet affordable hotels in the metro, gohotels is highly recommended. Friendly staff and the rooms are clean. I have tried this hotel several time already and definitely will come back again.

La stanza dell'hotel era pulita e accogliente. Il personale era molto bello e accogliente. Abbiamo anche portato il nostro cane e il posto è davvero carino. Ti prelevano un canone per animali, ma vale la pena. :)

Da buffet di colazione alla CASA dove siamo stati molto vicino alloggiato dal personale e check-in sul nostro bambino di tanto in tanto per assicurarsi che si sta godendo il suo cibo al personale del front desk che hanno fatto il loro meglio per fornire tutti i nostri bisogni durante il nostro Resta (soprattutto il bagno del bambino!). We booked this since it was near the Araneta Coliseum. Located right across, it is very convenient for concert goers who are on a budget. The Hotel you can tell, was quite old but their friendly and accommodating employees make up for it. Unfortunately the elevator malfunctioned during our stay thus the rating. But overall, if you won’t stay for long in the room and just looking for a place to refresh, nap and leave your stuff behind, this is the place to book. I hope this helps 😁

虽然第一晚有一些意外情况，但酒店的处理/response in a timely and appropriate way, so I will still consider Crowne Plaza for future business trip! Plus, the breakfast is pretty good!

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. My experience is great overall. The staff are kind and nice. Hotel is clean with liquid soap and shampoo and dental kit. Dim lights and water shower heater a bit difficult to use. Hotel building is a bit old. Overall, it is a great stay.

I’ve been in this hotel before a few times several years back and I believe it was one of the decent ones until today. Here are my thoughts: 1. Reception Area - When we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with an awful smell. It was like a wet carpet that didn’t dry. 2. Everything was really old and unkempt from the lobby, elevator, hallway and the room. 3. Carpet in the hallway was dirty, lots of stains. 4. We had a room key…literally. And we had to surrender it to the receptionist when we go out of the hotel. I mean what if our stuff gone missing? Will they be reliable for it? Locks were flimsy. It didn’t feel safe at all. 5. Room - We paid 3k ++ and was really disappointed when we opened the door. Everything is dirty. All the furniture have chipped paints. Carpet looked dirty. Bedsheet looked unwashed. The window was dusty that you couldn’t see a thing. Anything that has steel has rust all over. I think the good thing about the room are the aircon and bed. Overall, this is something I would never pay for 3,000php. 6. Food - Going back to the price, we expected to have at least a buffet breakfast but instead, we had a set breakfast. Although, they gave us an option to upgrade our breakfast to buffet by adding 250php and so I availed it. To be fair with, their food was good. Though it had minimal choices but it was pretty decent. 7. Staff - They were actually nice and friendly but they are quite loud. At the dining area, they kept talking in loud voices. During our check-out, staff continued chatting loudly. Overall, I’m not going to recommend this hotel because it’s pricey (not worth your money), dirty, and it smells.

We stayed for a week in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating, the food was very tasty and our rooms were very clean. We had stayed in one of the penthouse rooms and found it very spacious for two people. The views from the rooftop terrace and restaurant were lovely and had a nice ambience. Half way through our stay, Typhoon Carina had hit Manila but we felt very safe as the hotel is on higher ground. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again when in the area!
