Location, Cleanliness & Amenities: This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Tutto su strutture sono buone, la colazione è buona, ma la receptionista al nome del desk front hazie .... molto cocci e lei non sorride nemmeno. E 'molto difficile trovare un receptionista che lavora in hotel come questo.. per favore la cambiare atteggiamento.. molto povero.

Check in was a breeze with the app. Clean and nice room. Wi-fi available in room. TV comes with many channels. As it was the Chinese New Year weekend I am happy to have booked together with breakfast as many shops were closed. Breakfast spread is also good. Free parking available on the 6th floor for hotel guests. My only gripe is the writing table not having a smooth top.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering both hot and cold options. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for the price. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy to spend my time with family here .. the breakfast food is so good especially nasi minyak & its sambal belacan .. the pool is also nice with the bridge view .. the room is so clean & big for me & my husband .. what i could say this hotel is so recommeded & nice to stay ! Hope to stay here again 😊

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

Tutto bene, la mia famiglia e io godo la nostra vacanza e colazione anche deliziosa e varietà. Piscina bello e bella spiaggia.

Era bassa stagione quando siamo andati, non c'era molta gente e gli altri hotel e ristoranti intorno erano praticamente chiusi, quindi siamo stati in hotel per vitto, alloggio e intrattenimento.Siamo stati per 4 notti e 5 giorni, e ho partecipato a tutte le attività dell'hotel, ho anche mangiato in tutti i ristoranti e sono molto soddisfatto e i prezzi sono ragionevoli. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto caloroso e premuroso e alla fine è diventato amico del cameriere e ha persino partecipato alla festa dell'hotel a Capodanno. La spiaggia è molto comoda e adatta allo stordimento. La famiglia ei bambini non vogliono andarsene. Un'ottima esperienza di soggiorno.

Big room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market.  in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.  Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

Comfortable to stay , good experience , spacious and clean room. I frequently need to work travel to Kemaman and this is my choice of hotel for overnight stay. Staffs are friendly and amenities provided are suffice.

L'hotel era bello e pulito, vicino al mio posto di lavoro e nella città.facile da trovare cibo

Questo hotel è molto meglio tra hotel boutique a Chukai. E 'adeguato per i viaggiatori di business. Non è davvero adatto a trovare cosa mangiare sulla base di distanza a piedi. Ma in generale è un buon posto per riposare dopo essere tornato dal lavoro

Quanto acqua fredda, può migliorare un altro per il condizionatore d'aria si sente freddo, abbastanza caldo

Camera confortevole per la famiglia con bambino. Camera confortevole e nuovo aria condizionata 👍

Situazione a 30 km dalla posizione del viaggio. Quasi 40 minuti dalla posizione reale. Il servizio clienti della casa ospite non sa niente a seconda della posizione. Ma la casa è pulita e conveniente per due letti regina.

Amico personale di fronte e buono per un breve soggiorno.

We booked 3 room apartment. We had pleasant stay at Sumai hotel apartment. Closer to town and Batu Burok beach 😍😍😍

Molto soddisfatto del servizio del personale. Il bambino ama davvero il bagno. E' stato il giorno che andavamo il giorno prima della guancia, quindi nessuno si faceva un bagno. Un bagno per noi. La stanza è anche molto spaziosa e vale la pena di pagare.La porta anteriore fa fronte alla piscina.La porta posteriore fa fronte alla spiaggia.Il parcheggio è anche coperto.in generale molto soddisfatto.
