The location is strategic: very near convenience stores, supermarkets, schools, banks, and transportation.
The staff are courteous and accommodating. Breakfast is good! It was served to us in our room. The crispy bangus with fried rice, fried egg, and fresh fruits are satisfying. I’m sure to come back soon.

Il luogo è perfetto per i viaggiatori soli. E ' tranquillo e tranquillo. L'area comune è pulita con acqua libera dal distributore d'acqua. Il bagno e la doccia sono spaziosi. Ha una buona connessione WiFi. Nel complesso, la qualità vale il prezzo. Resterò qui la prossima volta.

Very simple and basic lodging. A fair deal near MRT Gilmore station and Robinsons Magnolia. The place is clean but toiletries are not available in the room so you have to bring your own.

È un hotel solo per adulti.
Il fumo dovrebbe essere fuori, ma c'è un'ascia nella stanza, e hanno appena detto sangue.
Ma l'ho appena ingoiata fuori, perché non mi piaceva l'odore nella stanza.
La cena e' ok. Ho mangiato il fiume Sini e stavo bene.
Ma il prezzo è stato più economico di prenotare in viaggio e solo ottenere una stanza ....
Ricordo di pagare la mia camera deluxe standard 44,000 vincitori.
Ricordo che il prezzo al di fuori del desk era di 1600 pesos per la camera deluxe.

UUtente anonimoCheck-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel.
Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well.
Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

TTropical NomadA Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

UUtente ospiteOur first room 4th floor has no internet, the phone was also not working. Went down to the reception to inquire about the internet. They said there were rooms with internet and rooms without internet. They also asked me if I want to transfer to room with internet, which I said yes. (They should've put us in the room with internet in the first place as that was what I requested when booking in the app.). That was before 4pm, and I told them we have an appointment at 5:30pm. They told me to wait in the room for someone to transfer us. We waited more than 30mins and no one came. I went back to the reception to follow up. They said that I wait again. After afew minutes, someone came and brought new card key to 9th floor (farthest room) We went to the new room, but the door won't open. I went down again to the reception to tell them about the problem. That was around 4:45pm, I remind them again of my appointment at 5:30pm. Someone accompanied me back to 9th floor, and saw also that the door was indeed not working. He asked us to wait, and they will give us a new room. That was already past 5pm. Then, they brought us back to 4th floor on a different room, that they said has internet. (Which actually doesn't have). And, that was past 5:30pm, which I said I had an appointment. Also, there were 2 elevators. Only one elevator can go to 9th floor, and that elevator is malfunctioning. So, i need to use the stair to 8th floor and use the elevator from there.
I also asked for an extra pillow, as It shows on the app each room has 3 pillows, and they only gave us 2 pillows. They said only 2 pillows were given each room, and the picture on the app showing 3 pillows were old photos of the rooms. They said I should pay extra for the extra pillow.

MMindaluzL'albergo è ok. La stanza in cui siamo andati era un po' vecchia. E ce ne sono di piccoli come gli scarafaggi, quindi quella parte è semplicemente antigienica. Forse hanno bisogno di migliorarlo. Forse dovrebbero avere un controllo dei parassiti.

EEjgrl90Il personale era molto amichevole, ma ci sono stati molti servizi descritti qui che non erano disponibili, come la piscina e la palestra. Il nostro AC in camera non si sarebbe rotto neanche all'inizio, e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di entrare per farlo iniziare (a quanto pare non c'erano abbastanza batterie nella telecamera AC!)
Inoltre, il fronte dell'hotel era in costruzione, quindi non potevano fornire un parcheggio, che era scomodo. In cima a questo, ho chiesto di checkout tardi la notte prima, che la persona del desk front ha detto che sarebbe possibile perché l'hotel era un po' vuoto, ma la mattina dopo, la persona sul desk front ha insistito che dovevamo pagare PHP 450/hour per checkout tardi. In generale, tuttavia, mi piaceva la stanza e il divano di fronte della notte e vorrei sicuramente visitare di nuovo una volta completata la costruzione.
