Il soggiorno della mia famiglia presso Seda Hotel è stato davvero memorabile, grazie all'incredibile ospite e all'eccellente servizio fornito dal personale. La squadra di custodia merita un riconoscimento speciale per i loro sforzi costanti per mantenere la mia stanza tempestiva e senza spot durante il mio soggiorno. Tornando ogni giorno in una stanza fresca e ben mantenuta, è stato un piacere, e si aggiunge al conforto generale dell'esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è un'altra caratteristica di standout. Essere così vicino a tutti i grandi centri lo rendeva incredibilmente conveniente per shopping, cena e intrattenimento. Ho apprezzato l'accesso facile a tutto quello che mi serviva, che mi ha risparmiato molto tempo e sforzo.

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. Service and food were exceptional 👌 They even upgraded us to single suite room. I would definitely be coming back ☺️

I was attending a fan meeting at the nearby stadium. Novotel basically is 20-40meter away. It’s clean and the room is very comfortable. Hotel room service was very delicious too

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale a Ibis Styles! Da quando sono entrato, il vibrante e moderno decoro ha posto il tono per una piacevole e relaxante esperienza. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, andando sempre oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte. La stanza era senza spot, spaziosa e progettata con comfort. Ho apprezzato in particolare il letto accogliente e i dettagli che hanno reso il soggiorno speciale. La colazione era un accento una abbondanza di opzioni deliziose per iniziare il giorno giusto. La posizione dell'hotel è stata anche un grande plus, con facile accesso al centro commerciale e al trasporto. In generale, non avrei potuto chiedere una migliore esperienza. Raccomando molto Ibis Styles per chiunque cerca comfort, comodità e eccellente servizio.

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other  room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

I booked this property for my best friend and his family, and they described it as a charming boutique hotel in Quezon City that exceeded all their expectations. The impeccable service provided, especially by Red from reservations, ensured that my request was handled seamlessly. Highly recommended!

Was a better trip this time, although they no longer have warm water in the pool so that’s the biggest bummer for our trip that’s why 4/5 amenities rate. And the corners of the pool are not entirely rounded yet so be cautious with the sharo corners of the poolside. Overall, their service is still great and staff very accomodating. So still money’s worth.

La parola che meglio cattura la mia esperienza in questo hotel è ”nuovo”. Essendo un stabilimento relativamente nuovo, l'hotel è impressionato con la sua pulizia immacolata e un design moderno, evidente dal lobby alle camere. Lo stile contemporaneo è sia rinfrescante che accogliente. Vorrei inoltre sottolineare il professionalismo del personale, in particolare di quelli che entrano nel pavimento, compreso il team di sicurezza. I loro sorrisi caldi e i loro saluti amichevoli hanno messo un bel tono per le interazioni degli ospiti, rendendosi davvero benvenuti. In questo modo, ci sono alcune aree in cui l'hotel potrebbe riparare i suoi servizi. Uno dei settori per il miglioramento è la custodia di casa. Anche se il personale ha assicurato che i giacche fossero ben piegati, altri aspetti della temperamentalità sembravano essere ignorati. In poche occasioni ho notato che la stanza era lasciata in gran parte come era, con poco attenzione ai dettagli più fine, capisco che l'hotel è nuovo e il personale potrebbe ancora acquisire esperienza, che potrebbe spiegare queste piccole sorveglianza. Con un po' più di attenzione su questi dettagli, l'esperienza degli ospiti potrebbe essere notevolmente migliorata. Per quanto riguarda le strutture, erano piuttosto standard, e mi sorprendeva un po' che i pantaloncini in camera fossero forniti solo su richiesta, piuttosto che essere preparati in camera. Devo dire, tuttavia, che apprezzo davvero la progettazione della stanza, soprattutto la cottura accogliente, e che avere tutte le attrezzature e gli utensili necessari in una posizione facile era un attacco consapevole e uno dei miei aspetti preferiti della stanza.
