Our original plan was 1 night which turned into a 2nd and perhaps a 3rd which we were unsure of. The hotel expected to be busy on the 3rd night so rather us lose our room as we were undecided, they held it for us until we decided. The front desk staff were very professional and a joy to deal with. Our last day was not the regular housekeeping day but I asked for fresh sheets and they accommodated us there as well. The hotel is a quick trip into old Quebec and very easy to get to. Thanks N Hotel!

La suite junior era una bella dimensione, il letto era confortevole e la vista era bella. Non avevamo problemi di rumore, né all'interno dell'hotel né dal quartiere, è su una tranquilla strada laterale proprio a Old Quebec - posizione perfetta! La stanza era un po’ sboccata, un mattone di colore, un trucco in bagno, un decoro che sembrava un insieme di oggetti eccedenti acquistati casualmente da una vendita di liquidazione. Il bagno era molto piccolo, la mancanza di caffè era qualcosa che abbiamo preparato, abbiamo portato la nostra, ma è stato doloroso disimballare la macchina perché l'ascensore era estremamente lento. Ci è stato detto che dovremmo informare il servizio di fronte prima del pomeriggio che volevamo tenere la casa, e che ogni volta che ci siamo fermati al servizio per farla sembrava disturbare il personale o di fare qualcosa di sbagliato. L’elettricità in camera era molto spaventosa, c’erano diversi commutatori di luce che non hanno fatto nulla e i commutatori di stanza erano indietro (senza, senza) e mio marito ha avuto un shock (grande flash, forte bang) dal posto. Abbiamo fatto sapere al dipartimento di fronte il fuoco di arco, essi sembravano ancora una volta irritati, ma hanno detto che avrebbero chiamato la manutenzione. Quando siamo tornati poche ore dopo, la manutenzione aveva fatto il fuoco in alto e il forno era stato inclinato a 29 gradi Celsius. La stanza era bollente! Non abbiamo detto che la stanza era fredda, non abbiamo menzionato un problema con il forno, voleva solo far sapere che il fuoco ha elettrocutato mio marito. Non sono sicuro perché hanno messo il calore a livelli tropicali.

Cinque stelle non sono un'esagerazione. Il prezzo è molto buono. La stromspa esterna è mille in meno per due persone. Questo hotel è dotato di una sorgente termale che è meglio della stromspa e solo quindici giorni al giorno... pari a cinquecento che soggiornano in un hotel così buono Servizio umanizzato. We were so disappointed in the hotel. We are choice hotel members and are upset with the way we were treated. We thought it would be a very good place, but it turned out to be one of the worst places that we have ever stayed. So many things were wrong. First of all, they were not very customer friendly and that gave us the impression that we were not welcome. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order, and the lobby was in the basement and looked very dinghy and dirty, and there was no way we would ever feel comfortable there. The Parking was atrocious and 2 blocks away and none of the attendances in the hotel would explain where it actually was and how it worked. We're not sure they even knew how it worked. No one seems to care and help us at all. The heater would not work in the room, and we called downstairs and were told that the heater was controlled by a computer and that he would turn it on for us. How crazy is that? Then after it got hot in the room, we had to call them back to turn it off. He then told us that he put the controls back in the room. He also insulted us by saying that no one else has ever complained about the heater system, even in the winter time. But with the controls in the hands of the staff, how can you control your own heater? We were also told that we could only put the heater in a certain range of temperature. Also the heater in the bathroom would not work, and was later told that these are not in service any longer. The ice machine was in the basement and we did not feel safe even getting ice. It was dimly lit and not very safe for us. We felt a bit scared when we went down there. No one offered any help with our luggage when we checked in, and was very rude during the check-in process. For the parking, I had to get the guy to come outside and point to the parking area because I could not understand his directions. As it turned out, he wanted to send us around the block when all we had to do was turn around and go down the same street. There were no instructions on how the parking worked and we had to figure it out ourselves which took 10 minutes or so. Had it not been for a local resident, we would not have known. The parking did not seem safe as there were lots of homeless folks sitting around and we did not feel safe at all. We were approached by a few and we left as soon as we could. The entire experience was horrible and we would never return to this hotel. The staff needs to learn to be more kind to its guests. It has caused us consideration to never return to Quebec City.

Colazione: una scatola con yogurt, un perit, una biscotti, una mini salada di frutta e un formaggio (è la scatola dolce) che mangia biscotti per pranzo???? L’altra scatola, lì «salée» offre un croissant dinde cheese, un yogurt, un cheese e qualche cosa. È un po’ pesante questo croissant pour déjeuner! Penso che sia un peccato che il meraviglioso buffet non sia più offerto e soprattutto che il prezzo non sia stato adeguato di conseguenza. Molto polvere nella stanza.
