Hotel 3 stelle a Québec

La chambre était spacieuse et les lits confortables. On a moins aimé les oreillers, trop mous à notre goût. Le débit d'eau dans la douche était insuffisant et malgré mon 1,70m, c'était très difficile de changer le type de jet. On a apprécié la diversité du petit-déjeuner, la piscine et la propreté et le calme de l'hôtel

The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather.

We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect. The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities. I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy. There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info. I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop. It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself. All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

Per la prima volta, ho soggiornato in una casa di tortura e di tipo compatto, l'esperienza è buona, letti e bagni sono nuovi e puliti nella stanza.Ho prenotato un letto 1.5 m da solo, ma perché ho portato una grande scatola di viaggio, sembra che la stanza sia piena. L'hotel è nella vecchia città di Peking, dove è conveniente andare a piedi nella vecchia città, la tradizione francese e l'atmosfera culturale sono relativamente timidi intorno, e la stazione ferroviaria della vecchia città è molto vicina. La reception comunica inglese/francese, comunica con la ricetta, con frutta semplice, pane, latte, uova, ecc (materie di base, assistenza personale degli ospiti).

Nel complesso un buon soggiorno. È un hotel self-service, il che non era chiaro nella descrizione dell'hotel. All'arrivo non avevo le istruzioni per il check-in automatico, ma ho chiamato il numero dell'hotel e sono stati rapidi a inviarmi un'e-mail e mi hanno persino permesso di effettuare il check-in anticipato. Anche il check-out è stato molto semplice e ho potuto anche effettuare il check-out più tardi. L'unico inconveniente è stata l'assenza di un'opzione per la colazione, come indicato nella descrizione dell'hotel. Sarebbe stato fantastico se ci fossero state tazze o tazzine in camera e un vantaggio se ci fosse stata anche una selezione di tè in omaggio. Non c'era un posto nelle vicinanze dove poter prendere una bottiglia d'acqua o una bevanda calda, quindi sarebbe stato bello avere qualcosa in camera. Infine, per chi ha il sonno leggero: l'edificio non è insonorizzato, quindi si sentono facilmente gli altri ospiti parlare nel corridoio o salire le scale, ecc. Ce qui m’a le plus déplus , c’est lors de ma tournée pour quitter, nous avons vu qu’il y avait un bas en petite boule sous le lit. De plus, Je ne sais pas ce qui s’est passé mais il y a des coulisses de couleur rouille à plusieurs endroits sur les murs. La salle de bain a clairement besoin d’un rafraîchissement, la douche était bien. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit. Même fermée, nous entendions le bruits des climatisations des autres chambres.

Un membro dello staff, un uomo, è stato molto gentile e disponibile quando mi sono persa cercando di raggiungere l'hotel. Gli sarò per sempre grata, perché è stata un'esperienza davvero frustrante! La camera era gelida e il personale delle pulizie non è mai venuto, quindi ho dovuto chiedere delle coperte alla reception, visto che ce ne avevano date di sporche. Le lenzuola erano pulite, ma le coperte no. Non ci hanno dato coperte perché ”non ne avevano di scorta”. Invece ci hanno dato tre set di lenzuola sottili, che non sono servite a nulla contro il freddo della stanza. Ho detto al personale che la stanza era gelida e mi hanno detto di accendere il riscaldamento. A quel punto il riscaldamento è rimasto acceso al massimo per 5-6 ore senza che la temperatura aumentasse. Nel complesso, non è stata una bella esperienza e probabilmente non ci tornerò in futuro.

The basic economy rooms are small, there is no coffee maker, no kettle and not a lot of space to move around in, the suites look much larger. The location is ok but not that close to the historic centre, it would be a long walk. The roads around the hotel were closed for construction which made finding the.car park a bit tricky. The breakfast was reasonable but some hot options would be nice. The staff were helpful and polite. The swimming pool was not particularly nice - its essentially under the reception floor on what feels like it should be a parking garage, there is no natural light or windows at all, nowhere to shower so everyone goes in dirty, the pool is small and didnt look very clean and with just a few people it feels crowded.For the price the stay was passable but we have stayed in better places for a similar price.
