Hotel 3 stelle a Québec

Adoro il mio soggiorno a Terminus Hôtel! La King Business Suite era pulita, classica e super comoda. L'intero posto ha una fresca, moderna vibedefinitamente un nuovo stile di hotel. Desidero loro tutti il meglio nel loro viaggio! Sono chiaramente stati duri a fare questo posto speciale. Lo consiglio agli amici e sicuramente restare ancora lì! – Mohammed

The hotel is located in Quebec old city center, it’s very close to the famous castle hotel. It’s a very convenient location. Room is clean and warm during the winter. It is serviced every day as well. We had the room at 4th floor, the top floor, but about 1/3 of the room is less than 1.8m, just like the attic. Despite that, it’s still quite spacious. We only had one complaint that the hotel does not have water drinking machine, you have to buy bottled water outside. Though the front desk told us tap water in Canada is drinkable, but I doubt so from a tap serving both hot and cold water.

We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

Soap dispenser in shower was snapped off and shower drain was not attached to the floor it would slide around leaving a hole large enough for your foot, leg and ankle to fall in. It was pretty dangerous someone could easily break a foot or leg depending on how far they trip into it. This is a historic building it does not have an elevator, this was not a problem for me but anyone with mobility issues might want to look at the pictures of their stairs to decide if they can manage. Not a great value for what you get, but better than many Canadian hotels in 2024.

Per la prima volta, ho soggiornato in una casa di tortura e di tipo compatto, l'esperienza è buona, letti e bagni sono nuovi e puliti nella stanza.Ho prenotato un letto 1.5 m da solo, ma perché ho portato una grande scatola di viaggio, sembra che la stanza sia piena. L'hotel è nella vecchia città di Peking, dove è conveniente andare a piedi nella vecchia città, la tradizione francese e l'atmosfera culturale sono relativamente timidi intorno, e la stazione ferroviaria della vecchia città è molto vicina. La reception comunica inglese/francese, comunica con la ricetta, con frutta semplice, pane, latte, uova, ecc (materie di base, assistenza personale degli ospiti).

Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect. The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities. I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy. There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info. I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop. It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself. All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

È un hotel di autoservizio, che non era chiaro sulla descrizione degli hotel, all'arrivo non ho avuto le istruzioni per l'autocontrollo, ma ho chiamato il numero dell'hotel e mi hanno inviato un'e-mail e mi hanno permesso di entrare prima. Anche l'uscita era molto facile e anche io potevo andare in un secondo momento. Solo in basso non c'era la possibilità di colazione, come indicato nella descrizione dell'hotel.Sarebbe stato bello se ci fossero muffole o tazze nella stanza e un plus se ci fosse anche una selezione di tè come complementare. Non c'era posto vicino dove potessi avere una bottiglia d'acqua o una bevanda calda, quindi sarebbe stato bello avere qualcosa nella stanza. Infine, per qualsiasi sonno leggero - l'edificio non è una prova sonora, così si può facilmente sentire gli altri ospiti parlare nel corridoio o salire le scale, ecc. The basic economy rooms are small, there is no coffee maker, no kettle and not a lot of space to move around in, the suites look much larger. The location is ok but not that close to the historic centre, it would be a long walk. The roads around the hotel were closed for construction which made finding the.car park a bit tricky. The breakfast was reasonable but some hot options would be nice. The staff were helpful and polite. The swimming pool was not particularly nice - its essentially under the reception floor on what feels like it should be a parking garage, there is no natural light or windows at all, nowhere to shower so everyone goes in dirty, the pool is small and didnt look very clean and with just a few people it feels crowded.For the price the stay was passable but we have stayed in better places for a similar price.

Un membro dello staff, un uomo, è stato molto gentile e disponibile quando mi sono persa cercando di raggiungere l'hotel. Gli sarò per sempre grata, perché è stata un'esperienza davvero frustrante! La camera era gelida e il personale delle pulizie non è mai venuto, quindi ho dovuto chiedere delle coperte alla reception, visto che ce ne avevano date di sporche. Le lenzuola erano pulite, ma le coperte no. Non ci hanno dato coperte perché ”non ne avevano di scorta”. Invece ci hanno dato tre set di lenzuola sottili, che non sono servite a nulla contro il freddo della stanza. Ho detto al personale che la stanza era gelida e mi hanno detto di accendere il riscaldamento. A quel punto il riscaldamento è rimasto acceso al massimo per 5-6 ore senza che la temperatura aumentasse. Nel complesso, non è stata una bella esperienza e probabilmente non ci tornerò in futuro.
