Hotel con parcheggio a Québec

There are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping. The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.  The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

La chambre était spacieuse et les lits confortables. On a moins aimé les oreillers, trop mous à notre goût. Le débit d'eau dans la douche était insuffisant et malgré mon 1,70m, c'était très difficile de changer le type de jet. On a apprécié la diversité du petit-déjeuner, la piscine et la propreté et le calme de l'hôtel

La stanza è un po'piccola, ma il panorama è buono.Devo cambiare due ascensori al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto, un po'non molto conveniente.Il servizio della ricetta è molto attento e molto gentile.La porta ha un autobus speciale.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la notte è molto tranquilla.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

Questo è un condominio costruito dalle vecchie costruzioni industriali di Quebec. La qualità è molto buona. E' stato perfettamente pulito. Non c'è nessuna ricezione (la ricezione è in un altro edificio) che è un po' irritante per i ritardi di arrivo (in questo caso, solo una persona lavora lì, si occupa di persone, telefono, ecc.). Nel palazzo, incontrerete occasionalmente la squadra di pulizia, che è molto gentile e pronto a aiutare.Questo condominio è dotato di adeguate attrezzature. Non c'è niente sul lato del cibo, eccetto sale e pepe, quindi devi andare nei supermercati vicini per ottenere i prodotti di base. Il posto è piuttosto tranquillo. Ci sono senzatetto intorno, è vero, ma non ci sono aggressivi. Molti ristoranti, bar, ecc. sono in tutto il mondo. La vecchia città non è lontana, camminando o utilizzando uno dei tanti autobus in fondo all'edificio. La vista è bella. È possibile salire sul tetto con poche sedie e tavoli (veramente minimo !) per un bel giro di sole. La camera da letto potrebbe essere troppo calda, come l'a/c è nella sala da letto, e pulisce l'aria attraverso un tubo nella camera da letto (le tende sono nere, quindi questo non aiuta). Il prezzo per notte può essere alto, sempre più alto di in alcuni hotel carini (200 a 300 CAD + tassa e più per notte), ma il condome offre spazio e si può cucinare. Il lavandino è al secondo piano (2.50CAD per lavare, lo stesso per la secchezza). Devi trovare i tuoi prodotti. Questo è un posto buono e bello, forse un po' costoso secondo la stagione, il giorno. Poiché questo è un condo, non ci sono basi (ad esempio spezie, olio, poche schede se si vuole fare il lavaggio, ecc.). È possibile chiedere più asciugamani se necessario, perché non c'è nessuna pulizia quotidiana: questo non è un hotel. Ero molto soddisfatto di questo condominio, la squadra è buona, non ho avuto problemi durante le 6 notti che sono rimasto lì. Credo che potremmo avere un po' di più servizi a prezzo (per esempio, rispetto ad altri rami che utilizzano lo stesso concetto).

The room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement: 1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests. 2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor. Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.

On the plus side, this hostel is in a PRIME location. We walked all over Old Quebec and loved it! The AC worked GREAT. The beds were pretty comfy. We were not very happy about the fact that we had booked a room through Trip.com that had a private bath. When we arrived they said that the reservation did not specify that, but I showed them the actual reservation and it DID say we had a private bath. They said there was nothing they could do about it and when I said that since I had PAID for a private bath I should at least get a discount, but they were unwilling to do this either. My travel partner said she heard some other people checking in another day and they had a similar problem with the shared bath, so we are wondering if it's a bait and switch thing with the hotel. We also told them the first morning that the light over the sink in our room was burned out or broken and she said they would have someone check it out when they came in. Nobody ever came. The shared bathroom was okay but could definitely be improved by adding a paper towel holder (there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the shelf for a few days, but eventually it all got used and it was not replaced before we left.

Un membro dello staff, un uomo, è stato molto gentile e disponibile quando mi sono persa cercando di raggiungere l'hotel. Gli sarò per sempre grata, perché è stata un'esperienza davvero frustrante! La camera era gelida e il personale delle pulizie non è mai venuto, quindi ho dovuto chiedere delle coperte alla reception, visto che ce ne avevano date di sporche. Le lenzuola erano pulite, ma le coperte no. Non ci hanno dato coperte perché ”non ne avevano di scorta”. Invece ci hanno dato tre set di lenzuola sottili, che non sono servite a nulla contro il freddo della stanza. Ho detto al personale che la stanza era gelida e mi hanno detto di accendere il riscaldamento. A quel punto il riscaldamento è rimasto acceso al massimo per 5-6 ore senza che la temperatura aumentasse. Nel complesso, non è stata una bella esperienza e probabilmente non ci tornerò in futuro.

Il campus residenza ha trasformato ostello per l'estate. La camera è piccola ma pulita e soprattutto comoda, anche se non c'è con d'aria. Ci è solo un immerso in bagno condiviso su ogni ali di ogni piano, ma ci sono singoli immersi in ogni camera. La posizione è vicina al trasporto pubblico (bus), ma vi è una piccola distanza a piedi dalla fermata. A 10 minuti a piedi da Metro (Canadian chain store) e shopping mall con servizio clienti che parla inglese (la maggior parte delle persone nella zona parla inglese limitato). In generale, un piacevole soggiorno comparabile al prezzo.
