Very nice hotel and staff especially valet. Upon arrival I was told we were being upgraded to a suite at no charge. My reservation made in May was for a two bed room. The suite had one bed and a pull out couch. Not conducive for four adults. Said they only had one night available in a room with two beds The suite was our only option. Two members of our party slept on a pull out couch for four nights while I paid for a room with two beds to accommodate four adults. No compensation or concessions were even offered to us. Very disappointed. Others be forewarned you can reserve and pay for the room you want but you take the room they give you regardless of what you pay and reserve.

La stanza è un po'piccola, ma il panorama è buono.Devo cambiare due ascensori al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto, un po'non molto conveniente.Il servizio della ricetta è molto attento e molto gentile.La porta ha un autobus speciale.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la notte è molto tranquilla.

It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities.
The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
The aspects I wished were part of the experience:
Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small.
Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on.
Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers.
More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple.
Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Hello there!
We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

The room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement:
1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests.
2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor.
Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.

Soap dispenser in shower was snapped off and shower drain was not attached to the floor it would slide around leaving a hole large enough for your foot, leg and ankle to fall in. It was pretty dangerous someone could easily break a foot or leg depending on how far they trip into it.
This is a historic building it does not have an elevator, this was not a problem for me but anyone with mobility issues might want to look at the pictures of their stairs to decide if they can manage.
Not a great value for what you get, but better than many Canadian hotels in 2024.

This hotel was just about perfect for us. Whilst it was a little walk away from the Old Town (which we didn't mind), it was right around the corner from Rue St-Joseph, which is a bustling and lively street at the best of times, but we were lucky enough to be in Quebec City for a free music festival! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus having the swimming pool, too, which was never busy. The parking was a little on the expensive side, but it's city centre and was convenient. Overall, worked for us!

Per la prima volta, ho soggiornato in una casa di tortura e di tipo compatto, l'esperienza è buona, letti e bagni sono nuovi e puliti nella stanza.Ho prenotato un letto 1.5 m da solo, ma perché ho portato una grande scatola di viaggio, sembra che la stanza sia piena.
L'hotel è nella vecchia città di Peking, dove è conveniente andare a piedi nella vecchia città, la tradizione francese e l'atmosfera culturale sono relativamente timidi intorno, e la stazione ferroviaria della vecchia città è molto vicina.
La reception comunica inglese/francese, comunica con la ricetta, con frutta semplice, pane, latte, uova, ecc (materie di base, assistenza personale degli ospiti).

JoyfulLlamaThe basic economy rooms are small, there is no coffee maker, no kettle and not a lot of space to move around in, the suites look much larger. The location is ok but not that close to the historic centre, it would be a long walk. The roads around the hotel were closed for construction which made finding the.car park a bit tricky. The breakfast was reasonable but some hot options would be nice. The staff were helpful and polite. The swimming pool was not particularly nice - its essentially under the reception floor on what feels like it should be a parking garage, there is no natural light or windows at all, nowhere to shower so everyone goes in dirty, the pool is small and didnt look very clean and with just a few people it feels crowded.For the price the stay was passable but we have stayed in better places for a similar price.

Il campus residenza ha trasformato ostello per l'estate. La camera è piccola ma pulita e soprattutto comoda, anche se non c'è con d'aria. Ci è solo un immerso in bagno condiviso su ogni ali di ogni piano, ma ci sono singoli immersi in ogni camera. La posizione è vicina al trasporto pubblico (bus), ma vi è una piccola distanza a piedi dalla fermata. A 10 minuti a piedi da Metro (Canadian chain store) e shopping mall con servizio clienti che parla inglese (la maggior parte delle persone nella zona parla inglese limitato). In generale, un piacevole soggiorno comparabile al prezzo.
