Fantastico
UUtente ospiteL'hotel è bello e il personale è grande, è in una posizione fantastica e alcune camere hanno una bella vista come quella che abbiamo avuto fortuna di ottenere. La prima volta che ci siamo fermati, abbiamo usato il valletto, che erano grandi, ma abbiamo finito di parcheggiare lungo la strada nel parcheggio multistrada per il resto dei giorni, mentre il valletto è intorno $45+tax e il punta così funziona molto costoso. Abbiamo trovato un posto molto bello intorno all'angolo per colazione anche chiamato L’Antiquaire Buffet, hanno un fantastico colazione e molto buono, bellissimo staff! L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica e facilmente camminabile a molte viste e ristoranti grandi.

MMacarena1975It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities.
The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
The aspects I wished were part of the experience:
Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small.
Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on.
Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers.
More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple.
Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Llinlinlin_00La stanza è un po'piccola, ma il panorama è buono.Devo cambiare due ascensori al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto, un po'non molto conveniente.Il servizio della ricetta è molto attento e molto gentile.La porta ha un autobus speciale.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la notte è molto tranquilla.

BB LynchLa mia grande denuncia è quella che è comune a molti hotel. Questo è il concetto di non offrire servizi di custodia a meno che non soggiorni 3 notti. Ho pagato 260CAD per notte. Io, ottenere i pulizie fresche e il bagaglio vuoto dovrebbe essere parte del servizio. La chiusura al di fuori del dipartimento per chiedere asciugamani è frustrante. Bella squadra e nostre stanze saranno designate. La posizione è in un parco industriale. Ristoranti vicino, ma qualsiasi cosa di interesse richiede il trasporto. Non è stato un terribile soggiorno, ma non credo che il valore per i soldi spesi mi intrighi a tornare.

I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel was just about perfect for us. Whilst it was a little walk away from the Old Town (which we didn't mind), it was right around the corner from Rue St-Joseph, which is a bustling and lively street at the best of times, but we were lucky enough to be in Quebec City for a free music festival! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus having the swimming pool, too, which was never busy. The parking was a little on the expensive side, but it's city centre and was convenient. Overall, worked for us!

UUtente ospiteSoap dispenser in shower was snapped off and shower drain was not attached to the floor it would slide around leaving a hole large enough for your foot, leg and ankle to fall in. It was pretty dangerous someone could easily break a foot or leg depending on how far they trip into it.
This is a historic building it does not have an elevator, this was not a problem for me but anyone with mobility issues might want to look at the pictures of their stairs to decide if they can manage.
Not a great value for what you get, but better than many Canadian hotels in 2024.

LLaura LussiezExcellente surprise ! Hôtel très sympa et peu cher et idéalement situé car dans une rue en plein Vieux Québec mais tout de même au calme. La chambre est super bien agencée donc elle ne paraît même pas petite. La literie au top et l'espace de toilette parfait. La taille de la douche est idéale et les produits fournis de très bonne qualité... on peut même faire chauffer nos serviettes ! !
Le personnel était très sympathique et très compétent... on est aussi bien reçus que dans un 4 étoiles.
La partie ”repas” est très bien agencée et on s'y sent bien. Le café, thé, chocolat etc... ainsi que l'eau fraîche ou pétillante... tout est a volonté !
2 belles terrasses (une en bas et l'autre sur le toit avec baby-foot, brasero...) où l'on se sent bien...
Système de bagagerie disponible à partir de 12h le jour de l'arrivée et jusqu'à 20h le jour de notre départ.
Bref... Nous y retournerons !!

JJenny Kim1I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
