Encountered a problem with Hotel service and facilities and the General Manager did not bother to try to make up for it. Absolutely no sense of guest service. Very bad experience for me and my family, so bad so that my wife and baby left the hotel to stay with relatives

Risposta dalla struttura: 尊敬的賓客，感謝您入住我們揭陽普寧希爾頓惠庭酒店。由於普寧當地天氣為白天室外氣温15℃，晚上室外氣温11℃，您所入住的向陽的房間由於太陽直射，室內温度在白天11：00-16:30左右會達到29℃，但是酒店另一側不向陽的房間只有不到24℃，不向陽的房間的客人會感覺寒冷。且由於酒店的空調為中央空調，衹能在開啟製冷或制熱或關閉之中選擇其中一項功能，無法為您的房間單獨製冷。在您提出您的房間在白天會感到炎熱時，酒店也第一時間提出為您房間配送風扇或更換至不向陽的房間，且為您將第二天續住的房間從舒適大床房免費升級至您在住的靈動大床房，以免麻煩您再次換房，最終您也選擇了換房至不向陽的房間，因此，酒店並非沒有為您解決問題和提供補償，也請您在有任何問題時第一時間告知我們，以便我們更快的為您解決。祝您新春快樂，蛇年大吉。

Is nice hotel and there have free coffee and tea which I like more and also front desk have free charging many more nice thinks to do so I visit this hotel second time last year also I stay here so I like more

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staffs are very very helpful and very polite. Sincere thanks to those who help me to recovered my phone mistakenly left at the Didi hired car within 1.5 hours! I will definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends who are planning to visit Puning or Shangou. Again many million thanks for those who try very very hard to help me recover my phone! Well done Kelly and your Felix! 🙏🙏

史上最差酒店，沒有之一，我們到大廳門口，無人幫忙提行李（我們的行李很重），酒店是寵物友好酒店，但是前台接待人員，居然很害怕小狗🐶…… 房間衞生差、床品有異味，隔音不好，窗外的噪音也很大，早餐更是差點極點，九點半就什麼都沒有了，咖啡機更是不能用！ 我們早餐還沒有吃完，收碗的阿姨們，就很着急要收了！真的很差，山寨版的希爾頓！ 希望酒店人員看到品論不要給我打電話，謝謝！
