This is our 4th time staying here and will always be our first choice! Great views and vibes every time.

Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️ Not worth the room price per night

I booked and paid for HIGH FLOOR but was guven low floor.

The environment is really nice and the hotel is really clean, we had a pleasant stay here! They offer free hotel shuttles however it only operates till midnight

The self-parking is $47 every day, rediculously high. There is no blanket cover, only loose sheet, which is very easy to be kicked off by kids. The room service is by request only.

Nice hotel, beautiful view, very comfortable, staffs are very polite. Recommend this hotel and we will be back next time

Unfortunately, the guests above me were up all night. I had a 7 a.m. flight, and it looked like there was a bachelorette party or wedding reception at the hotel. Some of those attendees were in the room above me. They were up until 4 in the morning making noise. I really like the hotel and location, I travel through San Diego frequently, and the hotel experience there has been great. Guess I picked the wrong night.

Hotel was great needs to be updated but clean and the staff was awesome big thank you to MJ bevmgt

聖地亞哥機場附近，酒店有兩個區域，都可以辦理入住，一個tower可以看到停在海灣的boats另一個tower的海景更好一些，停車方便，房間很大，還有陽台可以放鬆

Hotel bem cuidado , bela vista , ótima localização e próximo do aeroporto.

風景非常棒，房間帶陽台，這個海灣風景無敵了。 餐廳也棒。這裏除了貴，其他都好☺

工作人員態度非常好，需要一個微波爐直接抱了一個大微波爐到房間裏給我們隨便用，窗外景色也不錯，還有小酒館

這是目前體驗最差的酒店。你以為你能看到海景房間寫著seaview。實際上對著是停車場，遠處的確有海，因為樓層只有7層。即使最高層，你還是對著停車場。停車場的人走來走去，在露台上你有一種被人參觀的感覺。 於是我們轉了另一面的房間，這下不是對著停車場了，而是對著聖地亞哥機場，不斷有的飛機飛過，伴隨著巨大的聲浪。 酒店沒有熱水壺，我問前台那一個，前台說了會10分鐘送過來，等了一個小時，我問什麼時候可以拿，前台說沒有了，要去另一個tower拿。我說我可以自己去。他說他們可以安排人送過來。又過了一個小時我問是否可以下去前台拿，前台說10分鐘之後就送過來，我可以到時候下去拿，我過了30分鐘再下去，前台說不好意思要我自己去另一個人tower去拿。我於是開車5分鐘跑去拿一個煮水壺。整個事件告訴我，在美國別住2000元一晚上以下的酒店，簡直就是坑，這次讓我對喜來登印象大打折扣 非常不推薦給前來旅遊的家庭

位置非常好，房間小陽枱面朝港灣和游泳池，隔音效果不錯，離機場很近但晚上沒有什麼飛機噪音，免費的機場接送車輛非常便捷，15分鐘左右就有一班。
