I'm a regular visitor to Hatyai & first time staying in Regency Hotel. This is the worst experience I ever had. My room type reservation landed me in the old wing. I'm not saying the newer wing is better. The room is run down & old. No proper amenities, just towel, body soap & shampoo. Basic necessities is completely lacking like hair dryer. It smells & the housekeeping staffs treat this place like their home, shouting over to each other along the corridor which you can hear from inside of your room. THEY EVEN ATE MY FRUITS WHICH I LEFT IT IN THE ROOM WHEN I'M OUT SHOPPING. THIS HAPPEN DURING DAILY ROOM CLEANING SERVICE. Front desk customer service attitude is bad! Real bad! I will never ever come back to this hotel again! 😡

The location is good but the hotel room is dirty, got a lot of women hair on the floor and dust everywhere.

Lobby nicely decorated but lighting a bit dimmed. Location superb👍. Rooms not well clean by housekeeping. Anyway worth to stay we will come back to Regency Hotel iHat Yai n our future holidays.

Very slow internet connection, hot water malfunction but very friendly reception and bell boy.

Really upset when my booking had been transferred to agoda.com and their simply change my room type from Grand Deluxe to Deluxe Room. But a fast response from trip.com when i raised up this issue to them and their pay back to me the difference of the room price

Very nice hotel, although old hotel but it's was clean. Allowed me and my family to have early check in at 11.30am. Awesome. The location was superb. Will come back.

Very strategic location. Near to halal restaurant; Hameed Restaurant, shopping places, massage shops etc. Staff are very friendly.
