Hotel in zona Pillory of Porto, Porto

Hotel in centro, moderno, stanza ampia e pulita, staff gentile e preparato. Colazione ottima e varia. All’ultimo piano è presente un roof top con una vista fantastica su Porto. Vicino all’albergo c’è la via dello shopping di Porto e a 5 minuti a piedi la metropolitana

L'hotel è molto bello situato in una posizione centrale. Esso corrisponde a un nuovo design, incorporato in vecchie pareti in un elegante giardino. La vibe è davvero speciale. Ha un classico ristorante di pavimento e un bar al tetto con una bella vista sul fiume. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e molto pulite. Alcuni dettagli piccoli potrebbero essere migliorati, come una porta doccia che scorre verso il pavimento, o un odore divertente che uscirà dall'unità superiore. Ma in generale, molto ben progettato e mantenuto. Abbiamo anche un balcone stupendo! Le porte d'incendio hanno bisogno di un po' di attenzione nella scala, perché senza fermate, si sbatte incredibilmente forte. Potrebbe essere una questione di salute e sicurezza, ma sicuramente un rumore molto alto. Il ristorante serve davvero buon cibo e ha una bella selezione di vini. La mia unica denuncia non era quella di un tavolo di ferro nella stanza :) in seguito, abbiamo chiesto che le mie magliette fossero irraggirate per ”stasera” lo stesso giorno, precisando che non dovevano essere lavate. Ci fu detto che le camicie sarebbero pronte alla fine del giorno, ovviamente troppo tardi per andarcene; quando la signora che credevo aveva gestito il personale (percio' mi dispiace di aver dimenticato il nome!), andò sopra e oltre e ci fece in modo che fosse giunta in tempo. Lei ha salvato la notte, per la quale siamo molto grati! Posso davvero raccomandare l'hotel, un grande luogo per soggiornare a Porto. Potrebbe essere un po' più economico, immagino :)!

L'hotel è situato nella zona di Trindade, molto vicino alla zona turistica di Porto e a 5 minuti a piedi da Avenida Aliados. Hotel moderno e pulito con buoni servizi. Il penultimo giorno della nostra vacanza in Portogallo abbiamo avuto un incidente e il personale dell'hotel ci ha aiutato a comunicare con l'ospedale, dato che non parliamo portoghese. Personalmente consiglio questo hotel per l'ottima posizione ed i servizi, ma soprattutto per il trattamento e la qualità del personale e del servizio.

Piscina all'aperto per giornate calde fantastiche, ristorante con cibi e bevande gustosi. abbiamo comprato una gita in barca ai 7 ponti, la reception ha organizzato il viaggio per noi. camera molto pulita, abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni e la camera era già pulita quando siamo arrivati

I arrived at the hotel on 20 November 2022 for a 5 night stay. The stay was business related and with so many hotels to choose from, I decided to go with the Porto Palacio. What an excellent choice! The hotel is absolutely brilliant - I cannot find a fault. Check-in was very smooth and on arrival to the room - wow - very modern, crisp clean sheets on the bed and a spacious room. In terms of food, the Breakfast experience was the best part of the stay for me. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - both on a personal basis and a business basis - I can honestly say that the breakfast staff at the Porto Palacio are the best I've ever come across. On arrival, I was seated quickly. On Day 1, the staff members memorised what I had that cannot be chosen by the buffet - for example, a tea and two plates (as I like two plates) - on Days 2 and for the rest of the trip, I didn't even need to ask. I was called by my Title and Surname on arrival. The whole experience was brilliant. I would like to mention a lady called Rosa and another lady (they both greet staff members at the door) - their hospitality skills are great and they are always smiling - nothing is too much for them. I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but had room service as personally, I like to relax after a day at the office. The food was of good quality and was tasty and piping hot. I used the gym during my stay - the gym is open to members of the public, therefore is not your usual hotel gym. It's huge - there are loads of machines and I was never waiting for someone to finish using something. Staff members are friendly. All in all - a brilliant stay and is a genuine 5 star hotel! I will return to the Porto Palacio both on a business basis and also on a personal basis - Porto looks like a great city! It's a shame that I didn't have time to look around as I had a busy schedule but I will certainly be back! Thank you!!

Not a touristy hotel so far out of town! Meant either 20€ taxi ride to town or walk 15 minutes to the local Metro and go from there. Hotel staff friendly and room very clean. Tiny bar area and spa pool charge of 5€ to use plus 5€ for swim hat. Pool was tiny. Hotel fine if you’re on a business trip but I would next time want something in the town. Nothing to do in evening apart from going to student type bars in a local shopping area

Situato in periferia vicino al centro di Porto, e idealmente situato per godere della costa atlantica Il personale è eccellente, e ascolta se necessario. E soprattutto parlato più lingue. Le camere sono conformi alle descrizioni e il servizio viene effettuato quotidianamente. Per quanto riguarda il colazione, ci sono per tutti i gusti, zuccheri, salati, diversi tipi di pane, cereali, succo di frutta fresca... brevemente, l’embarras della scelta.

L'hotel è situato a circa 20 minuti da Porto. Ben comunicato con l'autobus quasi alla porta e perfettamente se si va in macchina. La pulizia è straordinaria, sia nelle camere che nel resto dei soggiorni. La lenzuola (toaletti e vestiti da letto) di buona qualità. Elegante avere aria condizionata nella stanza. Tutti i membri del personale molto amichevole in qualsiasi momento e dando soluzione alle nostre consultazioni sempre con un sorriso (appartamenti, reception, buffet) La colazione corretta. Un grande dettaglio fare un guincio alla gastronomia portoghese offrendo torte di cocco. Il parcheggio chiuso e gratuito è anche un plus da valutare. Vorrei congratularmi con la gestione dell'azienda e con tutti i dipendenti che lo rendono possibile. Si nota tutto il lavoro che c'è dietro per farci sentire così bene. ¡ Congratulazioni, equipaggio!

Emplacement très proche de l’aéroport. Le parking est top les places sont très larges donc pratique pour décharger les valises. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le petit point négatif c’est la douche et les toilettes qui sont séparés par des vitres transparentes donc niveau intimité pas top. La personne aux toilettes est visible du lit haha ! Le petit déjeuné est agréable mais pas non plus extraordinaire. Juste le nécessaire sans plus.
