The hotel was wonderful. Our room was in the old section which was absolutely charming. Staff was great willing to help at any time. We ate several times in the hotel and it sister hotel up the street. All very good will go back for sure.

Close to all sight seeing places

This is our second time staying at the PortoBay Flores and it is one of our favorite hotels in the world. We enjoyed everythjng about the hotel. The location is great. It is convenient to the waterfront and city center. We also loved our room. The bed was so comfy we ordered the pillows we slept on from Portugal be shipped to the US. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good location and service, breakfast was very good as well. Staff is friendly and city view outside the room balcony was fascinating too, definitely will recommend to everyone. 👍🎄

Recommended, wonderful location, walking everywhere, amazing breakfast. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent but go prepared to pay acording to the standars. Spa included, which makes the whole experience to another level. Also we were offered a bottle of sparkling wine and a small cake for the birthday celebration. This was unexpected, very thoughtful and personalised, we loved it! Brilliant staff over all very friendly!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room as lovely and spacious. All of the hotel was clean and inviting and I enjoyed the pool and steam room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and very friendly staff. It was a great stay all the way around!

酒店的Bar食物非常優秀，房間不是很大，但是景色和整體配套都還可以，介於4星級到5星級之間水平吧。唯一的問題是，忘記給我們房間打掃衞生，雖然我們下午沒出門，但在提醒了酒店可以打掃之後，他們還是忘記了。早餐是比較優秀的。酒店門口不能叫車，走個2分鐘到衚衕口叫可以的。
