Hotel in zona Máquinas de Outros Tempos, Porto

Excelente servicio calidad / precio. Se trata de apartamentos turísticos, no es un hotel. No obstante, todo nuevo y lo más importante, limpio y céntrico. Lo que menos me gustó fue que la hora de entrada es a las 16 horas. Se hace todo a través de email, el dia de llegada por la mañana mandan todas las claves para entrar tanto al edificio como a la habitación. La respuesta e interacción es inmediata por lo que el servicio, a pesar de no tener recepción, es correcto. En mi caso, reservé estudio y viene con todo lo básico. También hay algunos canales de TV internacionales, wifi, aire caliente funciona. Si siguen así repetiremos sin duda.

Anche se su booking dicono che il check-in viene fatto nel pomeriggio. Noi abbiamo chiamato la mattina alle 8 e la signora che ci ha risposto al telefono, anche se non parlava ne italiano ne inglese, un po' di spagnolo lo sapeva. Così ci siamo messi d'accordo e fatto l'ingresso in mattinata dopo un ora. Arrivati al albergo troviamo una dolcissima vecchietta ( la signora con quale ci siamo accordati per telefono ) e sorpresa quando siamo saliti nella stanza. Un upgrade da una stanza con letti singoli uno sopra l'altro. A una bellissima matrimoniale al ultimo piano sotto tetto. La stanza molto pulita e silenziosa. Ci siamo goduti un meritevole riposo dopo la caminata sotto la pioggia. Al check-out la bella signora della struttura alle tre di notte e uscita fino alla reception per salutarci. Ottimo WiFi. 기차역에서 돌바닥 비탈길을 조금 걸어 올라가긴 하지만 10~12분 거리로 가까워요. 캐리어가 무거우면 조금은 힘든 정도. 주요 핫플레이스와 거의 5~10분 거리이며 아담하고 깨끗해요. 객실의 나무바닥과 화장실의 타일 바닥이 깨끗하고 촉감이 좋아서 맨발로 걸어 다녔어요. 여행 끝자락이라 피로가 심했는데 금방 콸콸 쏟아지는 따뜻한 샤워 세번으로 몸이 가뿐해졌어요. 웰컴드링크와 조식에 직접 만들어 먹은 크레페도 재미있었어요. 친절한 여자 직원분이 요리법도 살짝 알려주시고 아들에게 전문 셰프같다며 엄지척도 해 주시고. 카운터나 식당 직원들의 밝은 미소와 인사도 인상적이네요. 더블룸이었는데 입구쪽에 소파 비슷한 엑스트라 베드가 하나 더 있어 침대 겸 소파로 사용했어요. 소리에 민감하지 않은 편이라 밤새 돌바닥을 구르는 차바퀴 소리와 빗소리도 운치있게 들었던 것 같아요. 여행 중 급하게 구한 곳인데 조식포함 가격도 가장 저렴해서 13일 동안의 숙소 중 가장 만족스럽네요. 리뷰 한번 쓰지 않았던 제가 이렇게 리뷰를 쓸 정도로~

Old school hotel with modern amenities. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Especially if you turn left when you walk out the door and walk straight ahead for a few minutes. Apparently there’s supposed to be a market, Porto Belo, close by on Saturdays, but it wasn’t on when I was there, which led to confusion for a number of tourists - including me 😊

La persona alla reception è super dolce e cordiale. Bella posizione, camere pulite e grandi. Completo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel decente, molto pulito non troppo lontano dai luoghi turistici. Tutti i servizi sono molto carini, specialmente la signora Sophia (Breakfast Buffet Area), che è sempre presente quando abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. La stanza è pulita, puliscono ogni giorno ma hanno dimenticato di riempire il contenitore di sapone corpo liquido. È necessario chiedere la ricezione per un riempimento e hanno’re azione è stata pronta. È solo che è un po’ caldo (AC non così buono) In generale, abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno.

Bell'hotel, in una zona strategica. Vicino alle cantine del Porto, al lungo fiume con tanti ristoranti e a pochi minuti dalla zona monumentale. Personale gentile e disponibile e colazione super abbondante. Piscina coperta e spa. Camere veramente spaziose. Consigliato!

I arrived at the hotel on 20 November 2022 for a 5 night stay. The stay was business related and with so many hotels to choose from, I decided to go with the Porto Palacio. What an excellent choice! The hotel is absolutely brilliant - I cannot find a fault. Check-in was very smooth and on arrival to the room - wow - very modern, crisp clean sheets on the bed and a spacious room. In terms of food, the Breakfast experience was the best part of the stay for me. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - both on a personal basis and a business basis - I can honestly say that the breakfast staff at the Porto Palacio are the best I've ever come across. On arrival, I was seated quickly. On Day 1, the staff members memorised what I had that cannot be chosen by the buffet - for example, a tea and two plates (as I like two plates) - on Days 2 and for the rest of the trip, I didn't even need to ask. I was called by my Title and Surname on arrival. The whole experience was brilliant. I would like to mention a lady called Rosa and another lady (they both greet staff members at the door) - their hospitality skills are great and they are always smiling - nothing is too much for them. I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but had room service as personally, I like to relax after a day at the office. The food was of good quality and was tasty and piping hot. I used the gym during my stay - the gym is open to members of the public, therefore is not your usual hotel gym. It's huge - there are loads of machines and I was never waiting for someone to finish using something. Staff members are friendly. All in all - a brilliant stay and is a genuine 5 star hotel! I will return to the Porto Palacio both on a business basis and also on a personal basis - Porto looks like a great city! It's a shame that I didn't have time to look around as I had a busy schedule but I will certainly be back! Thank you!!

Nella seconda delle due notti passate con la mia ragazza abbiamo sentito forti rumori provenire dalla stanza adiacente. Un uomo urlava e sbatteva qualsiasi cosa, oggetti, ante dell'armadio e colpiva anche il muro. Son sceso alle 5.50 in reception per avvisare e mi è stato detto che avrebbero chiamato la polizia. Alle 6.20 ho richiamato in reception e mi è stato ripetuta la stessa cosa. Alle 9 del mattino mentre uscivo ho chiesto informazioni e al desk mi han detto che erano aggiornati tra il turno della notte e del mattino. Quando ho fatto il check out abbiamo sentito di nuovo l'uomo urlare. In un hotel in cui non si possa garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti non vorrei entrarci nonostante mi sia piaciuto l'arredo e abbia pagato un prezzo molto conveniente. In più, nello stesso periodo c'era anche una scolaresca nella struttura. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo la certezza ci fosse una donna nella stanza ma l'avevamo sentita la sera intorno alle 23 prima di dormire. Dal sorgere del problema al checkout non abbiamo mai avuto informazioni a riguardo e non sappiamo le condizioni della poveretta. La polizia o la vigilanza non sono MAI arrivati.
