very pleasant space. excellent location. Very good restaurant and breakfast, but Restaurant menu could have more options, very friendly staf. Spacious and comfortable rooms. very nice landscape. a good alternative for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the center

Great concept, excellent transport links. Really liked the vibe and local neighbourhood had good places to eat

Thank you for giving us such a fantastic experience, your hotel and the views from our room were just outstanding! We loved reading about its history and about its floral theme - thank you. We had outstanding service from all your wonderful staff, even although some of them are still learning they tried their best to be helpful. Special mention goes to Rishi Raj in the Dining room for being so very helpful and efficient, always going out of his way to give us excellent service. Also, Andre in the bar, although still learning his trade, was very friendly and efficient. Tomas and all of the receptionists were constantly helping us and were very friendly. We thank them so much for upgrading us to a beautiful junior suite as we were celebrating our anniversary - so very kind and thoughtful. The girls cleaning our room did so extremely well. We would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel, being right beside the Douro river - you couldn't get a better position from our room on the 8th floor! The view of the river and sunsets were just spectacular. All I have left to say is thank you so very much to all the wonderful staff at the Pestana Douro for helping us have a wonderful holiday ! Porto is just beautiful and definitely worth a visit 😍

L'intera zona è più vecchia e la moderna dell'hotel è molto importante.E'piu' vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, camminare per 12 minuti. Non ci sono molti pasti intorno, c'è un negozio di pizza accanto a lui. I ragazzi sono molto esperti, il servizio è attento, il prezzo è anche buono. Nel complesso, il consumo del Portogallo nell'Europa occidentale è il più basso.

This place is actually an old motel that has clearly gone bankrupt and still tries to get naive customers to a trap. It smells of mold, there is no shower ( just a broken whirlpool ), there is no maintenance and the staff is clearly unwilling to look after the guests. To make it worse - if possible - they tried to cheat Booking pretending I was not there ( although I have my credit cards statements to prove ) just not to pay their commission. When I wrote this on the Booking review the owner was extremely impolite and aggressive , as his plote was denounced. Honestly, it makes no sense staying there even if it was for free. Run away from this joint!!

Piscina all'aperto per giornate calde fantastiche, ristorante con cibi e bevande gustosi. abbiamo comprato una gita in barca ai 7 ponti, la reception ha organizzato il viaggio per noi. camera molto pulita, abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni e la camera era già pulita quando siamo arrivati

L'hotel è situato nella zona di Trindade, molto vicino alla zona turistica di Porto e a 5 minuti a piedi da Avenida Aliados. Hotel moderno e pulito con buoni servizi. Il penultimo giorno della nostra vacanza in Portogallo abbiamo avuto un incidente e il personale dell'hotel ci ha aiutato a comunicare con l'ospedale, dato che non parliamo portoghese. Personalmente consiglio questo hotel per l'ottima posizione ed i servizi, ma soprattutto per il trattamento e la qualità del personale e del servizio.

Bell'hotel, in una zona strategica. Vicino alle cantine del Porto, al lungo fiume con tanti ristoranti e a pochi minuti dalla zona monumentale. Personale gentile e disponibile e colazione super abbondante. Piscina coperta e spa. Camere veramente spaziose. Consigliato!

Posso anche iniziare la mia recensione con l'unico negativo che potevo trovare. Questa era la zona di fumo direttamente fuori dall'entrata dell'hotel. Così, non appena si apriva la porta per andare a fumare sigarette, è entrato anche. E ora le buone parti, senza dubbio, gli hotel, il più grande attributo sono il personale. La nostra settimana ha iniziato con una accoglienza molto calda da un giovane che era molto gentile e molto utile. Purtroppo, ho dimenticato il suo nome. Ma non credo che sia importante, perché è un tema ricorrente durante tutto il nostro soggiorno . Un giovane che ha bisogno di una menzione speciale che lavora dietro il bar mi ha detto che aveva solo 20 anni, che non credevo, perché è uno dei più onesti, fidati e sinceri persone che ho la fortuna di incontrare. È solo che non tutti i giovani hanno un atteggiamento, ora devo dire che tutti coloro che lavorano dietro il bar sono stati fantastici e gentili, quindi a nome della mia moglie e vorrei ringraziarvi tutti. Ma Andre Martins sei una superstar dal mio cuore, meriti un patto sul retro e una promozione. Un giorno, il mio amico, sono sicuro che sarai il manager. Assolutamente niente era troppo difficile. La gestione dovrebbe essere molto orgogliosa. La stanza era fantastica, vista sul fiume era pulita e temperata con molte camere. Abbiamo mangiato all'hotel e ogni volta che la moglie stava correndo fuori dal vino, qualcuno venne a fargli un po' di bottiglia. Le sue parole erano esattamente come una principessa, è stato bello che il personale ci ha fatto sentire molto speciale, il cibo era molto bello e noi due consigliamo. In tempo utile, torneremo all'hotel, come era ben situato. Grazie per l'inizio del nostro tour in Portogallo.
