The thing that makes this hotel is the staff, everyone we encountered was friendly and efficient. We especially enjoyed the restaurant staff who helped with queries, ensured a nice and accessible table, and were just cheery throughout the evening. We booked a water view room, it was lovely and quiet. There were no events or families on the terrace or around the pool, during our stay so we had privacy and peace. This would have been a five star rating, but room was pricey and our food in the restaurant was okay, just not great. Would we stay again, yes.

Sono rimasto qui per due notti, continuando il nostro viaggio verso la costa del Pacifico. La mia prima impressione era (i britannici capiranno) era come un marcatore in alto Butlins o Pontins, ma in realtà è stato eccellente. La caffetteria/ villa ha 3 letti ma 2 sono al piano di sopra e siamo chiusi che ha fregato mia moglie soprattutto la prima notte. Ma ha tutto quello che vuoi una cucina completamente attrezzata, una tavola da pranzo un comodo divano e una TV a schermo grande. There was also a patio area with bbq. The bathroom/ shower room was superb, probably one of the best showers I've ever used! The grounds are immaculate and we also made use of the washing machine/dryer. Non abbiamo usato le strutture a piedi, ma sembravano buone. L'ospedale koala è accessibile dietro Flynns ed è un dovere da visitare. Le spiagge locali sono assolutamente fab. Location was perfect for us. Room was large which was great as was the King Size bed. Although I don't mind having a room suited for disabled guests I always find it a plus when at least I'm advised of this either when booking or at Checkin. I just believe it is good customer service. I think the carpets are in need of replacing. They are quite dirty and worn in some places. In fact for a Rydges property it seemed very tired and not up to the standard we normally appreciate. It just does not live up to the Rydges promise. it certainly needs updating. Even the Front Desk Staff seemed worn out especially when it got busier. They just didn't seem to engage in a positive and friendly way. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the restaurant space but I did feel only having one staff member at door, cleaning tables, restocking supplies/coffee pots etc was quite noticeable.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Arrived after reception closed, received a text on how to access the after hours check in - was easy to use and access the the carpark was ideal. Apartment was clean and ideal for two family stay for an overnight stop. Within a casual stroll to the centre of town. . The apartment was self contained if you wanted to cook or reheat food. I was on level 3 which was suitable and quiet. Will certainly stay again when visiting Port Macquarie, well priced, friendly staff at reception desk.

Ho molte cose da fare nella zona della costa centrale e nord. Mercure Centro è il mio hotel preferito in questa zona.Cosa lo rende cosi'grande?La risposta è ovvia: il personale. Tutti i camerieri della reception e del ristorante sanno cosa mi piace e non hanno bisogno di dirlo di più.La loro amicizia e atteggiamento generale hanno fatto sì che hotel regionali come Centro possano fornire un'esperienza di prima classe per noi.

La stanza è molto conveniente, il motel e lavanderia. La reception mi ha portato via. Pioggia torrente e ho trovato una strada senza pioggia. E'molto bello.

È un hotel molto bello, semplice ma funzionale! La posizione è sorprendente, molto vicino a una bella zona con buoni ristoranti, a 5 minuti a piedi. La stanza è spaziosa e molto pulita. Molto consiglio!

With an unexpected visit to Port due to my son having an accident, I was going day to day until we could get transferred back to Sydney. The team at Mantra, the Observatory, went above and beyond accommodating my unusual situation. Being on my own, a long way from home, at the hospital all day every day and celebrating my birthday the situation was so overwhelming, the amazing team at Mantra showed such kindness. Then toward the end of the week I walked into my room and found a care package they had put together for me, which absolutely blew me away! In addition, the apartment/s were amazing, I stayed in the 1 bdrm and the 2 bdrm, both clean, well appointed, comfortable in every possible way, with the beach over the road and the Club just around the corner. The location and the Accommodation was absolutely 5 star plus and the Team at Mantra were exceptional.

Abbiamo visitato il ristorante giapponese Ichi, cibo di buona qualità, ma non costoso! Un altro non riuscivamo a andare è Bills Fishhouse & Bar. Era una casa piena, quindi, dovete prenotare se si vuole assicurare una tavola. Vedevo quello che la gente mangiava in Bills - i piatti sembravano belli e deliziosi.
