Service was exceptional! We'd like to thank the hotel manager Tony for providing such great service by accommodating our request to shorten our stay due to a last minute change in our travel plans. Food was really good and the outdoor hot spring pools was even better! We really had a great experience and stay here😌

Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. He was very accommodating and supported us throughout our stay. We had a great time. The hot spring was very relaxing.

The hotel staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. It is in a good location. This was my second time staying there, and I will stay there again.

Nice Hot Spring Hotel near the snow mountain. Enjoyed the hot spring in the cold weather of winter. Only set back is that the room TV and one of the balcony sliding door was spoilt.

Clean room , good food in restaurant , but the restaurant is always packed. There is a man selling firework outside the hotel, can play firework at the entrance of hotel.

Love the hot spring so much. dip one time in the evening, and 1 time in the next morning before going to xiling snow mountain.

Hotel's one of the best we've stayed at. Very good price for an excellent stay. Service was really good too. The hot springs was nice to have after a long, tiring day. Very close to Xiling Snow Mountain, so it serves as a good stop. 😀 Will definitely come back. 😀

Hotel comes with a hot spring that is hugely popular within the vicinity. Reception staff were helpful. A must stay if one chooes to visit floral bay. Also a great stop before visiting Xiling Snow Resort.

Great place to get away for a weekend . Service was great. Jason at the reception was super helpful and fluent in English for guests that don’t speak mandarin. The room was clean and stylish and the hot springs were relaxing and nestled in side of mountain. Great view from the springs. Not far from snow fields about 30 minutes by car to bottom of cable car.
