Camere belle e pulite. Ottimo posto barbecue per cena. Il servizio del personale era incredibile. Sono stati davvero utili e hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarci con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Le strutture termali erano un po' limitate.

Had a wonderful experience at the Howard Johnson in Huashuiwan. The room was excellent and the hot springs are great.

Hotel comes with a hot spring that is hugely popular within the vicinity. Reception staff were helpful. A must stay if one chooes to visit floral bay. Also a great stop before visiting Xiling Snow Resort.

The price does not equal what we get. Hot spring ok The staff's attitude needs to be improved 5 star price with 3 star service.

Was as expected with good all round. Enjoyable stay for us both.

Great place to get away for a weekend . Service was great. Jason at the reception was super helpful and fluent in English for guests that don’t speak mandarin. The room was clean and stylish and the hot springs were relaxing and nestled in side of mountain. Great view from the springs. Not far from snow fields about 30 minutes by car to bottom of cable car.

We had an incredible stay here, so much so we changed our flight to the next day and booked an extra night. Incredibly scenic and in a quaint little town with delicious food. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English to high levels. Young, Fish and Jam were excellent help with anything we needed. We really hope to return in the future.

Young and Fish were so helpful at the front desk. I can’t speak Chinese very well and they were very accommodating of this. The hot springs were great as well. I recommend this hotel for any travel that wants some time out of the city.

這次和家人一起出行，包括長者和小孩，需求較多。非常感謝大堂副理王文忠先生的熱情幫助，他從我們到達酒店開始就一直忙前忙後，為我們提供了無微不至的服務。細心地解決了我們的各種問題，每一個細節都處理得非常周到。王文忠先生的貼心服務讓我們感受到了家的温暖，使整個入住體驗變得格外愉快。衷心感謝他的專業和體貼，也感謝酒店有如此優秀的員工。我們一定會向朋友推薦這家酒店，並期待下次再來。

房間不算大，隔斷的兩邊有兩塊鏤空，洗澡換衣服感覺不太方便，空調有冷凝水滴到床上和床頭櫃上，房間比較潮濕，作為五星級酒店竟然沒有一次性刮鬍刀，温泉池不算多，有的沒開放，小朋友的遊樂園水很臟了，泡泡都浮在水面上，給小盆友玩的水應該要儘量乾淨吧，整體上不太適合帶娃去，玩的太少了

總體來説很不錯的酒店，環境、服務都很在線，特別前台劉濤笑容真誠，細心傾聽客户需求，服務態度真好。建議客房備一份綠茶，畢竟做為成都人喝薄荷味的綠茶和紅茶總覺得味道怪怪的（😅），另外個人對温泉不太感興趣，要是有不含温泉套餐的客房就比較理想了

仍舊是沒有逃離掉熱辣的天氣，所以庭院是浪費了，想着庭院裏微風徐徐，喝盞茶水，衹能是下次了。星級酒店，服務也是星級。酒店裡的員工都蠻好的。閑逛時問路，工作人員那個熱情那個熱心真不錯。需要啥啥啥的，門口遇見個工作人員隨嘴説了，馬上就送來了。提前一天酒店就聯繫我們問行程，住了兩天，每天電話瞭解需求。説説缺點，一樓庭院房潮濕，有股黴味，該想辦法解決哦，這個可跟五星級不匹配喲。早餐沒有達到預期，不過麪條味道不錯。推薦説中餐廳的湯鍋不錯，這次沒來得及，下次一定嚐嚐看。温泉應該沒有達到每天換水吧，哈哈！感謝前台劉濤，下次再來。

這是在攜程訂酒店最差的一次體驗，到了前台，一直讓我們花錢升級房型，説房間小，挨着機房有點吵，這都還能忍受，關鍵是衞生很差，樓梯間臟得像農家樂，設施業陳舊了。房間裏面電視看不了，洗漱台頂上的燈是壞的，想到換房間，但是有很晚了帶娃不想折騰。最重要的事來了，晚上睡覺空調一會冷一會熱，一晚上就在蓋被子和不蓋被子之間來回折騰，一晚上沒睡好，我們兩個房間都這樣，今天集體車上打瞌睡。這個價格真的不如兩三百。好在温泉小朋友喜歡。最後提一下他們的值班經理值班經理王文俊，有及時聽取建議。處理售後效率也高。
