With an unexpected visit to Port due to my son having an accident, I was going day to day until we could get transferred back to Sydney. The team at Mantra, the Observatory, went above and beyond accommodating my unusual situation. Being on my own, a long way from home, at the hospital all day every day and celebrating my birthday the situation was so overwhelming, the amazing team at Mantra showed such kindness. Then toward the end of the week I walked into my room and found a care package they had put together for me, which absolutely blew me away! In addition, the apartment/s were amazing, I stayed in the 1 bdrm and the 2 bdrm, both clean, well appointed, comfortable in every possible way, with the beach over the road and the Club just around the corner. The location and the Accommodation was absolutely 5 star plus and the Team at Mantra were exceptional.

Location was perfect for us. Room was large which was great as was the King Size bed. Although I don't mind having a room suited for disabled guests I always find it a plus when at least I'm advised of this either when booking or at Checkin. I just believe it is good customer service. I think the carpets are in need of replacing. They are quite dirty and worn in some places. In fact for a Rydges property it seemed very tired and not up to the standard we normally appreciate. It just does not live up to the Rydges promise. it certainly needs updating. Even the Front Desk Staff seemed worn out especially when it got busier. They just didn't seem to engage in a positive and friendly way. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the restaurant space but I did feel only having one staff member at door, cleaning tables, restocking supplies/coffee pots etc was quite noticeable.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife - lovely! Good 4 star hotel - clean, well presented, everything worked. No USB ports, but a minor problem. Underground free car parking, lovely sun shelter covered rooftop pool (and gym / bbq facilities) with great view. Perfect location for exploring harbour / town centre, lovely walk into mangroves along the river, loads of restaurants about. Friendly staff. Great! Would happily stay again.

Ho molte cose da fare nella zona della costa centrale e nord. Mercure Centro è il mio hotel preferito in questa zona.Cosa lo rende cosi'grande?La risposta è ovvia: il personale. Tutti i camerieri della reception e del ristorante sanno cosa mi piace e non hanno bisogno di dirlo di più.La loro amicizia e atteggiamento generale hanno fatto sì che hotel regionali come Centro possano fornire un'esperienza di prima classe per noi.

L'appartamento è stato spazioso e dotato di servizi di base per i nostri 2 notti.
La posizione non è centrale per la zona urbana. Anche se la zona urbana è a soli 5 minuti di cammino. È fornita una zona di parcheggio dedicata, quindi non c'è nessun dramma con il parcheggio.
Il ricevitore era amichevole e utile.

UUtente ospiteIl capo è molto entusiasta e intimo. Ha preparato la traduzione cinese in modo particolare, ha anche introdotto dettagliatamente le strutture dell'hotel e le condizioni ambientali. L'ambiente è bello, le strutture sono complete, può aiutare il BBQ. È possibile andare al mare lungo il fiume. Ho davvero visto il pesce leggendario, il pesce del mare non l'ha visto e l'ha visto

UUtente ospiteHo già esaminato questo motel e ho dato una valutazione brillante ma non la stessa ora. Certo che è vicino a tutto, compreso un breve passo nel cuore di Port Macquarie - circa 1 km. A destra della strada è un grande centro commerciale e un club per godere di cibo. L'hotel è sull'acqua e abbiamo goduto di una vista acquatica. Camere molto pulite e ben progettate. Wifi grande. La mia principale denuncia per questo alloggio, da quando abbiamo visitato l'ultima volta, è che ora si prega di parcheggiare sulla loro proprietà anche se siete ospiti. Trovo questo abominio e anche se è solo $10.00 al giorno si coprono il costo per un giorno FULL quando si accede come dice 2.30pm. Quindi si paga per il giorno anche se non è un giorno intero. Senta che questo è solo un modo per concedere più soldi dai padroni.

UUtente ospite This is my second time staying here and didn't disappoint. The staff are always friendly and I just enjoy getting know other travellers. The room was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. This is definitely one of the best Backpackers I've stayed at. I'll definitely come back again. The only downside was with a shared bathroom/toilet facilities there was not enough toilet paper and ran out in the middle of the night.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa. Era confortevole lì. Tuttavia, la coperta era un po' dura. La ricezione del motel era chiusa alle 7:00 e era letteralmente chiusa. Il consiglio che ho imparato è di inviare un messaggio dal numero di telefono posto alla porta del ricevimento o di inviare un'e-mail tramite il contatto con il sito web. Il personale ha risposto in entrambi i modi - salvo la chiamata all'estero se siete stranieri. Il personale vi invia il password della casella chiave, quindi potete ottenere l'imballaggio del numero e della chiave della stanza. 6 minuti di auto a Port Macquarie, dove vi sono molti ristoranti di buona qualità. Abbiamo visitato il ristorante giapponese Ichi, cibo di buona qualità, ma non costoso! Un altro non riuscivamo a andare è Bills Fishhouse & Bar. Era una casa piena, quindi, dovete prenotare se si vuole assicurare una tavola. Vedevo quello che la gente mangiava in Bills - i piatti sembravano belli e deliziosi.

Although I don't mind having a room suited for disabled guests I always find it a plus when at least I'm advised of this either when booking or at Checkin. I just believe it is good customer service. I think the carpets are in need of replacing. They are quite dirty and worn in some places. In fact for a Rydges property it seemed very tired and not up to the standard we normally appreciate. It just does not live up to the Rydges promise. it certainly needs updating. Even the Front Desk Staff seemed worn out especially when it got busier. They just didn't seem to engage in a positive and friendly way. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the restaurant space but I did feel only having one staff member at door, cleaning tables, restocking supplies/coffee pots etc was quite noticeable.
