Hotel a Pont-de-Larn, Francia

Après avoir fait 600 km en voiture , je m'attendais à un accueil un minimum professionnel . Certes il y avait du monde, il y avait 2 femmes à l'accueil mais seulement une travaillais ( si on peut appeler ça travailler car elle ne faisait que papoter à sa collègue qui devait être payer pour faire de la figuration ). Après 20 minutes d'attentes nous avons été pris en charge de manière très froide comme si nous n'étions pas les bienvenus. Après avoir monté les étages avec nos valises le code de la porte d'entrée de la chambre ne fonctionnais pas, mon père décide alors d'appeler l'accueil, ce à quoi elle répond qu'il fallait qu'il descendre ( pas très professionnel sachant que c'est une personne âgé comparé à l'une des secrétaires d'accueil assise derrière sa collègue en la regardant travailler ). Après être descendu moi meme nous nous rendons compte qu'il y a eu un problème de réservation, nous demandons donc si il y avait possibilité de réserver une autre chambre, ce à quoi les secrétaires nous répondent qu'il n'y a plus de place. Entre temps je regarde sur les sites de réservation ( Booking et tripadvisor ) qui eux me proposaient des chambres disponibles à cet hôtel, mais le comble dans tout cela c'est que moins de 2 minutes plus tard, 2 ( supposés ) connaissances de la secrétaire arrivent et demandent si il y a des chambres disponibles pour 2 ce à quoi le personnel de l'hôtel repondit avec un grand sourire qu'elle devrait pouvoir s'arranger pour leur trouver une chambre. Nous n'étions clairement pas les bienvenus. Heureusement que l'amabilité castraise ne se résume pas à ces deux personnages, nous avons trouvé très rapidement un autre hôtel où tous c'est très bien passé ( en plus moins cher ).

Si tratta di un hotel perfettamente situato nel centro di Castres, che ha indicato in anticipo le linee di parcheggio, con il parcheggio sicuro e coperto che si trova letteralmente intorno all'angolo dell'hotel. La nostra stanza era al secondo piano e il proprietario portava tutti i bagagli per noi! La stanza aveva un tema medievale e era spaziosa e confortevole con un letto grande e confortevole. Il bagno aveva un tubo e una doccia, era pulito senza spot. Ha anche uno specchio di maglia e riparazione. Il bar era molto gentile con decorazioni interessanti e sedie da tubo molto confortevoli. Ci sono state bevande che erano ragionevolmente prezzi. I proprietari hanno preso il tempo di fermarsi e di parlare con noi, che è stato bello. Capisco che anche la cena è disponibile, anche se non abbiamo mangiato in hotel come avevamo già impegnato a cena altrove a Castres. Il pranzo era molto buono con un caffè eccellente e una buona scelta di cereali, pane, uova bollite, tosta, carne fredda, formaggio, yogurt, frutta e succhi. Noi sicuramente resta qui di nuovo e lo consigliamo agli altri. .
