Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Playa Del Carmen

Wow!! Posto fantastico proprio nel centro di Playa del Carmen. Hanno un rooftop fantastico con vista di tutta Playa. Buona musica, servizio eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Manuel E David. Simpatici e professionali. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Grande complesso con diverse piscine e punti ristoro, anche se alcuni servizi non sono disponibili a causa del covid. Personale generalmente disponibile e gentile, un signore al concierge non era il massimo ma il direttore era fantastico! La spiaggia aveva molto spazio, posti a sedere e personale disponibile per il servizio bevande. Nel complesso un bel posto dove stare!

L’hotel si trova in pienissimo centro a Playa, a due passi dalla quinta senza senza accusarne i rumori. Stanze grandi, carine, sempre pulite. Struttura nuova, ben tenuta, direi stilosa. Io ho scelto la formula all inclusive che si è’ mostrata il punto di forza della vacanza. Tre ristoranti (un messicano, un asiatico e un italiano) dove a pArte pochissime cose puoi scegliere qualsiasi cosa. Tutto sempre davvero buono e presentato buonissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo dell' hotel superlativo. L unica cosa e’ che all ultimo piano c è una bella piscina molto frequentata e con musica alta e che anche all interno dell’ hotel c è’ sempre un sottofondo pesante purché tutte le camere affacciano su questa corte interna dove c’è la sala colazione. Diciamo certamente non silenzioso. Ma per il resto super ok!

Resort all interno della famosa strada di Playa del Carmen. Super organizzati nel rispetto dell ecosostenibilità, staff meraviglioso così come entrambi i ristoranti. Vogliamo ringraziare EDEN che ci ha fatto fare sempre tante risate durante la cena, Vianney, Kaira, Camelia, Enrique, Ignacio, Juan, Mighle, Eduaedo e tutti gli altri che ci han sempre fatti sentire a casa e si sono resi sempre disponibili. I cuochi tutti bravissimi ma Gonzalo per noi è stato il migliore in assoluto specie sulla cucina anche italiana. Gentilissimi anche i giardinieri pronti a darti un coconut se ti vedono con i bambini. Alla reception parlano tutti in inglese e spagnolo e qualcosina anche di Italiano. Noi siamo sempre stati seguiti da Rosa che ha reso la nostra vacanza formidabile e ben organizzata. Consiglierei L hotel a qualsiasi mio amico che vuole venire in Messico!

I don’t think I have ever left a 1 star review before but wow, this place earned it. I want to preface this review with the fact that I have stayed in PDC at least 8 times in the last 6 years and have never had to move hotels before. The initial greeting and check in process was good, no issues there, but after that it went downhill. I booked a junior suite room because the pictures online looked great, and definitely gave a couples vibe with a double shower and large jacuzzi tub. Once we got into our room, we noticed it was not as nice as the pictures which wasn’t a big deal honestly. But, the tub was pretty stained with hard water build up, and the stopper didn’t really work very well. It either leaked or wouldn’t come undone once you got it to stop leaking. Then when we went to use the double shower, the drain didn’t work properly and caused water to go everywhere outside of the shower. They did not provide a towel to go on the floor outside of the shower either, and instead had a rug near the bathtub that looked worn/dirty. They had not refilled the shampoo/conditioner/body wash before we got there, there was not a soap tray for the hand soap bar, there is no mini fridge, we noticed ants and other bugs crawling on the ground, etc, lots of little things that continued to add up. We had rented bikes which is super common for the area, and they at first seemed like they didn’t have parking for them which I found odd. Someone finally said we could park them downstairs in the garage and they made us carry them down the stairs instead of using the elevator?? It was so weird and honestly super difficult to navigate the bikes down a narrow 180 degree style staircase. I actually ended up cutting my leg on the bike as I brought it down. After we got back to our room for the night, we were shocked at how LOUD it was! I had read reviews about noise so I had brought ear plugs but wow. It was still so noisy! Between the rooftop and the bar next door, it was practically unbearable. We ended up checking out early and having to pay for another hotel which was another unexpected expense, since we couldn’t get a refund. We weren’t even asked why we were checking out early/if there was a problem. I’m not sure who would be a good candidate for this hotel, maybe some really young adults that plan on partying all night and sleeping all day and don’t care much about cleanliness/functionality?

L'hotel è a Carmen. La posizione è molto conveniente per camminare cinque minuti a piedi può andare a una bella e calda strada per mangiare shopping. Cinque minuti a piedi al mare sono molto conveniente

Abbiamo soggiornato al Whyndam Alltra per una vacanza a fine Febbraio. Il personale è davvero fantastico, sempre gentili e sorridenti. Cibo e bevande buonissime. Ogni giorno c’è intrattenimento in piscina e ogni sera uno show diverso. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di organizzare direttamente in Hotel delle gite e visitare altri posti della zona. Grazie mille a tutto il personale per aver reso le nostre vacanze un sogno. Loredana & Francesco

Ubicación ideal. Desayuno correcto. El Spa y su servicio excelente. Limpieza y atención de recepción son aspectos a mejorar. En cualquier caso, buena experiencia.

This place is a dump don't be fooled by the photos. My son and I booked the room on-line based on the photos. We even booked an additional night before our 3 day reservation started since we arrived in Playa del Carmen early. Upon arriving at the Hotel we found out they don't have an elevator - you don't see that mentioned anywhere on their website. Our room was on the third floor. We had to go up a very narrow metal spiral staircase that we actually had to crawl up the last level because of the low clearance at the top. Imagine carrying your suit cases up and having to navigate the narrow low steps -very dangerous. Once getting into the Jr. 2 bedroom suite we find out the second bedroom was an open loft that we had to climb a ladder to get to. Once in the loft the railing was not stable. If you have young children you would be terrified. We arrived in the evening so we got settled and went out to eat. We got back late and it was dark. We had to navigate the low poorly lit spiral staircase to get to our room. I ended up hitting my head on the bottom of one of the steps and suffered what the pharmacist told me was a slight concussion I also injured my leg because I stumbled when I hit my head. I got in my room and called the front desk it was closed so I had to send a message to a what's ap number. I did not hear back from anyone until late the next morning. I had a horrible headache and an injured leg so we decided to check out of the room. I am 55 years old and did not want to risk the spiral staircase for three more days. I had to wait around to meet with the manager when she came in. She told me they did not have another 2 bedroom room on a lower level so we told her we would be checking out and she agreed they would credit us for the 3 night reservation that we would not be using. Very important to know I am not trying to get refunded for the additional night that we came in early and stayed - this is when the accident happened. It is now February and I am still fighting with the Hotel to get my credit card refunded. Don't be fooled by the photos they show of the beach either. You can't lay on the beach or enter the water at the hotel because all of the small charter boats dock in front of the beach area. It has a horrible gasoline smell and not a spot where you would swim or let your children swim. I didn't want to write this review but they left me no choice because they continue to contest refunding my money. I am not asking for a refund for the night I stayed in the hotel. I am only asking to be refunded for the 3 nights I paid for and did not stay due to the unsafe conditions and being injured. tony

Ottimo hotel , gentilissimo e disponibile il concierge italiano Francesco , ci dava indicazioni e consigli, anche gli altri due un ragazzo ed una ragazza del pomeriggio sono molto gentili, quello della notte un po' meno.camere pulite ,piscina sulla terrazza e ti forniscono gli asciugamani,esperienza positiva PS consiglio di escludere la colazione in quanto molto limitata dato che è in convenzione con un bar accanto all'hotel, la scelta era tra caffè (terribile) Pan dulce, o Pan tostado, e una spremuta, molto scarno e nemmeno di grande qualità
