Hotel del Gruppo Centara Situato su una collina tra Tra Patong Beach e Karon Beach, la vista è bellissima, l'addetto alla reception è pronto a prendersi cura di te, pronto ad aiutarti a spiegare, dare consigli e il personale di ogni reparto facilita tutto molto bene in hotel. Le camere sono pulitissime. C'è una vasca da bagno aperta sul balcone. Colazione deliziosa Ci sono molti menu tra cui scegliere. Potrai nuotare presso Centara Grand Beach Resort, una grande piscina vicino al mare e una spiaggia privata. Tutti in famiglia sono rimasti molto colpiti da questo soggiorno. E nell'hotel ci sono tanti angoli per scattare bellissime foto. Se vieni a Phuket, consiglio questo posto.

Il servizio è pessimo, ho visto questo hotel mentre ero in macchina, quindi ho voluto chiamare la reception per chiedere un bus navetta che ci venisse a prendere (le camere dell'hotel sono sulla scogliera e per salire è necessario un bus navetta) la tortuosa strada di montagna). Tuttavia, dopo aver chiamato due volte, la prima volta la voce era molto debole e ha sentito Quando sono arrivato, volevo uscire. La seconda volta non si sentiva alcun suono, quindi la reception ha riattaccato (Prima di ciò, l'autista del bus navetta che avevo preso in prestito aveva già chiamato la reception tre volte.) Ma alla fine, la reception non ha fatto alcun tentativo di contattarmi. Sono rimasto bloccato nella stanza della scogliera per un'ora prima di trovare finalmente un custode e prendere in prestito il suo cellulare per chiamare la navetta. Mi sembra che questo hotel sia stato promosso su XHS e tutte le persone che vi alloggiavano fossero cinesi. I servizi delle camere e il panorama erano tutt'altro che belli come nelle foto, quindi ho deciso di passare allo Sheraton.

L'hotel è sulla collina. Ma c'è un bus navetta per prendere la stanza molto velocemente. Viste di Karon Beach e della spiaggia. Il personale del front office e il personale del front office guidano per andare a prendere e lasciare la stanza di fronte.Il servizio è molto buono, attento e cordiale. Se c'è qualche problema, sarà risolto rapidamente e volentieri.Molto bene.C'è un bellissimo angolo fotografico intorno alla spa.C'è una bellissima collina rocciosa, da non perdere.

Abbiamo viaggiato in Thailandia 8 volte e in passato abbiamo apprezzato molto la natura disponibile, amichevole e ospitale del tailandese, ma questa volta non in questo alloggio. In Centara Villas, la reception non ha potuto aiutare con le cose da fare a Phuket, non ha fornito alcuna informazione sul bus navetta per l'hotel gemello Centara fino a quando non ho chiesto, non ha potuto fornire alcuna informazione sull'autobus pubblico locale, dicendo solo non ce n'è, ma abbiamo visto lo smart bus pubblico correre per strada più volte. Ho chiesto un coltello nella nostra stanza per tagliare il frutto della passione, la risposta è stata no, poiché non forniscono coltelli a nessun cliente, questo è davvero strano, abbiamo viaggiato in oltre 70 paesi, non un singolo alloggio si rifiuta di fornire un coltello all'ospite. Abbiamo prenotato un taxi dalla reception all'aeroporto, ci è stato detto che costa 1300 baht. Era molto più caro del prezzo di mercato, ma sarebbe stato un servizio di taxi limousine di lusso dall'hotel, non dalla strada. Ma quello che effettivamente si presentò era solo un minibus! La reception ha mentito su questo servizio di taxi. Quando stavamo facendo il check-in, qualcuno stava cantando al karaoke nell'area del ristorante con una voce davvero scadente e un impianto stereo scadente ma rumoroso, suonava terribile ma potevamo ancora sentirlo nel nostro bagno fino a tardi, era così disarmonico con questo silenzio e privato Resort per le vacanze. L'hotel è costruito su una scogliera, la camera è bella, così come la vista sull'oceano, ma è davvero in mezzo al nulla, non ci sono negozi o ristoranti nelle vicinanze, inoltre l'hotel non fornisce bus navetta per il centro zona - solo il loro resort gemello che è altrettanto isolato. Puoi solo restare in albergo, non puoi andare da nessuna parte senza una macchina. Andare o tornare dalla nostra camera richiedeva una camminata difficile su molte scale, e c'era una passeggiata simile fino alla piscina. Questo posto è solo per persone giovani e in forma. Non torneremo più qui.

I booked a pool villa and another sea view villa for my friends. As a seasoned traveller, this hotel is really a hit or miss. If you're lucky, you get a room with perfect views of the sea in front. But as for my friends and I, I'd say we got a partial view (considering it was rather blocked by trees for my friends). Private Pool Villa: Though the private pool villa was supposed to be (as stated) private, the room given had a balcony and pool in which everyone at the spa reception was looking at us when we were swimming. There's even a room beside us in which their balcony gave them an unblocked view of us in the pool 🤡. Do note that as the property is rather huge on a hilly terrain, it is tough for them to clean your rooms, and as such, the pool is rather dirty. There were people who came to pick the leaves above, but the small particles of dust and what not underneath were seen circling around when we tried to swim. Breakfast Spread: Breakfast is decent. There was nothing much here because there was nothing noteworthy except the croissants and bacon, which was really crispy and dripping in oil. Reception Service: On our check-in date, the male service staff who attended to us was a sweetheart. He accommodated our requests for earlier check-in and was all smiles. On a side note, huge big fat no to the lady who helped my friend checkout of him room. Literally, IT WAS RAINING for days, and they needed the umbrella to travel to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Their staff kept the umbrella and never returned it when we asked for it (probably because they were busy with their breakfast service). But upon checkout, when we told the lady about the umbrella, she gave an attitude within this statement "So did you find umbrella? Yes or No?" It was like she wasn't listening to what we even said ... Only after we tried to leave a review to leave an HONEST opinion did she tell us it was fine. Horrid experience with her. All in all, I'll recommend booking a normal Seaview room or the spa room! Spa room would be amazing if you get rooms with unblocked views. Enjoy your stay, and stay safe if you're reading this! 🥰

The villas are old but kept clean and I am very happy with the place itself. There are two pools which were a bit buggy but otherwise clean (they are under trees so a few bugs is understandable). We also had 3 tiny geckos in our room so if you are scared of lizards be wary. The breakfast was really great with a lot of choice and was refilled quickly when requested. The initial service was great, especially coupled with the fantastic views we were very excited. The desk staff, especially the man who seemed to be a manager, were lovely and polite. However there seemed to be a disconnect between them and all other staff teams. We were very surprised on our second day when we came home at 2pm to find that housekeeping hadn’t been at all. We had requested extra water the day before so were looking forward to that being replenished (since it was so hot and we were obviously dehydrated), our beds being made and new towels being provided. We had none of that. We had to call and request housekeeping come, then of course didn’t want to be around when they were in the room so found a reason to go back out. We also had to specially request more of the “complimentary” water. After that fiasco we were of course then astounded the next day when housekeeping hadn’t come AGAIN by 2pm. When we called this time the desk staff seemed confused when we brought up the day before so obviously aren’t communicating well. This time they also took one of our towels? On a day I was very sick, it felt like pulling teeth to be able to buy bread and butter in the restaurant, despite having seen it at the breakfast. Our final annoyance was when checking out. Check-out is at 12, so at 12 we called for the shuttle to take us and our luggage to the front desk (it is a trek even without luggage). We waited for about 20 minutes and had to call a second time even though the shuttle journey takes about 5 minutes and supposedly runs constantly. We were lucky not to have a flight coming up but couldn’t help but imagine if we had. Overall we had a good time, but feel that for the price and how long the hotel has been running, the service was sloppy and should have been much better than it was.

We stayed at Centara villas for 2 nights. Overall it was a lovely villa with grand ocean view which we really enjoyed the serene vibes. Location is slightly away from the busy area which is situated on the hill. You may need to take grab/bolt for going out to the main Karon beach side and dining area. Service is prompt as hotel provides shuttle from the lobby to your villa and vice versa. Every staff is polite and welcoming with a sincere smile on their face. Breakfast is a bit dull and they may need to upgrade their menu on a daily basis. Facility and amenity wise it has everything we ask and expect for.

Very good I really like this place comfortable however many mosquitos

We recently visited Centara for a family trip and were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The resort has a great atmosphere, and our villa was spacious with a stunning ocean view. Most facilities and activities are located at another Centara nearby, requiring a short walk or drive. Despite this, if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, we highly recommend staying here.
