È stato un soggiorno eccellente. Hanno personale che parla inglese, quindi non è stato difficile per noi chiedere informazioni su alcune questioni importanti. Inoltre, il cibo è ottimo; offrono sia opzioni occidentali che cinesi. La piscina è ok, ma quella all'aperto è solo per bambini e gli adulti non sono ammessi. Spero che prendano in considerazione di consentire anche agli adulti di usare la piscina all'aperto.

Atmosfera molto adatta alle famiglie. Ottimo per i bambini. Il parco giochi interno è molto grande. Avevamo una camera per famiglie. Ai bambini sono piaciuti molto i letti a forma di macchina😊. Pulito e buon servizio. La posizione è buona. Molti ristoranti e attività nelle vicinanze.

In generale buono per le famiglie, buona colazione, bella infrastruttura per i bambini, la lingua inglese è accettabile alla reception, le camere tematiche sono interessanti e spaziose ma ovviamente hanno bisogno di un po' di refrigerio, purtroppo la piscina era chiusa un po' accidentalmente il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno; tutto sommato un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were very accommodating and approachable. The deluxe room that we had was so clean and the hotel itself was very elegant. The lifeguards of the swimming pool were very professional that even our children who definitely know how to swim can’t go to the deeper area. 🤭 They were very serious with their job but still welcomed us with a warm smile. We salute you! 🙇🏻♀️We also even had the chance to witness the fireworks display! We love it! We would surely comeback soon! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are very pleasant, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only problem was the children's playroom, it smelled of mold, and there were mosquitoes. we arrived at the hotel because of the large playroom, and it was disappointing

Had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and ready with check in. Children enjoyed the play area and the swimming pool. The food was fine as well. A good selection of Chinese and Western. Other restaurants are also close to the hotel.

I suggest to put a small portion of pool for kids, so kids also enjoy swimming.. and the playground outside should be open for all seasons it will depends to your if they want to play in their own circumstances. Because some weather forecast is not accurate. It’s also help to your hotel because it also attractions to some guest to book in your hotel. But all of that, we’ve enjoy staying. And planning to book again. Another theme room next time… More Power

Remote location but there is a big shopping mall nearby just 5min by car

Hotel is clean, but beds seemed dusty and areas like children's play area stank of mold. Don't think I'll stay here again. The location was convenient for us this trip.

Everything was perfect especially for the kids!

作為一家五星級酒店，這個設施和設備真的不敢恭維，床品嚴重褪色，洗浴用品看上去好廉價好山寨，像小旅館的一樣，吹風機也是滿滿的廉價感。唯一覺得還不錯的就是服務了，和前台打電話報修空調能及時維修，維修師傅和樓道的阿姨都比較熱情，辦理入住和退房的前台服務員也都比較熱情。
