Questo hotel è molto buono, con un servizio premuroso e caloroso.C'è un ristorante occidentale al primo piano, un ristorante cinese al quarto piano e una piscina al 20° piano.Le strutture di supporto sono molto complete. Sebbene la decorazione sembri più tradizionale, lo stile generale è elegante e tranquillo, in particolare il cartello di benvenuto in cinese, inglese e giapponese nella stanza, che in realtà è corretto. In alcuni ristoranti, le lingue straniere, in particolare il giapponese, hanno un tasso di errore molto elevato. Ciò dimostra che Noble Hotel ha una gestione e procedure molto sistematiche. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città di Humen e il trasporto è conveniente, è una buona scelta.

The building and room was adequately maintained and clean, albeit there were stains on the carpet and some broken outlets with cracks or loose fitted on the wall. The room was furnished nicely with a desk and chair but the TV was poor quality with static and a blurry picture. The AC in my room did not work even though it was set to 10 Celsius and on “High Mode”. I woke up with sweat and needed a shower. The Kansas City restaurant advertised was closed and the first Bella Donna restaurant appeared closed since all the lights were turned off and only one waiter was in the area, but he allowed me to have dinner and the food brought out was good quality and portion size. The area around the hotel is not great as you will need to get a car to go somewhere interesting. I walked down some of the streets, there is nothing close by of interest. The doorman kept staring at me when I would enter or exit the building, he would open the hotel door but not the car door. Sometimes he was not there. Overall, a good stay but the money you pay is in the quality of your room and bed. The hotel was very quiet, played good music around the building and smelled very good. Happy with my stay. I would come again.

My favorite hotel, great location, great staff and most importantly, you feel at home. For some the decoration is on the classic(old) side so might not be suitable but I would highly recommend this place over any other hotels in Humen

As usual a very pleasant stay in this aged but well maintained hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay

The hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.

2nd time staying in Grand Noble

For business purposes, I stayed at this hotel and I like this hotel because convenient to visit FCI DG. In general, this hotel is meeting my expectation and people at that hotel are good and polite.

The hotel looks old but all the facility works well , and the Starbucks give the hotel quite some benefits bringing some outside guest , the carpet looks humid .

Check-in excellent service & assist to do booking ferry service. Good service. breakfast good & provide shutter transport service to ferry terminal. Will come back.
