great hospitality provided by the kind staff, they do scooter rental for discounted prices too, daily housekeeping was much appreciated. only downside is the number of mosquitos outside the room

A very nice hotel@,@ If you are catlover， the Katat leaf hotel is a good choice. There are many lovely and friendly cats and The hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Pro: 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. Location near to Kata beach. 3. Near to Central Food Market where you can get Dinner for budget prices. 4. Good looking outdoors. 5. Quite 6. Near the Blue bus station that fetches you to Phuket Town 7. Lent you Beach Towel for free. Cons: 1. Quite a distance to 7-11, attraction near Kata (unless you have bike), Smart Bus 2. The building is quite old, thus basic amenities are also quite old (sink, fans, etc) 3. Mosquito, and small centipede (killed 1) and small cockroach (found 1) Summary: If you only need a place to sleep (a lot of outdoor activity), and on a budget, is it a good place to stay.

My check-in was quick and no fuss at all, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was simple and clean but very spacious. Wifi, TV and all electronics worked. There's even a minibar. I got the last room on the ground floor, which had a view of the mini fish pond and a porch/balcony. I also got greeted by their cat :) The only thing that spooked me a little was a creaking sound that woke me up in the middle of the night; thought it was the cat sleeping my front porch and might have chair at first... went out to check at 5am there was no one. Unsure where the sound came from, but anyway, it didn't keep me up too much. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay and value for money. Forgot to take pics.

Cockroaches and Mosquitos the staff is extremely unprofessional and not trained to deal with foreign guest. The lady who manages is the rudest person imaginable. Stay away the reviews are not accurate and don’t express the reality . The restaurant food is terrible it made me ill for a few days .I should’ve not booked there reading a review of a couple with an infant that was treated rudely and asked to leave ! The same happened to me ! Beware of the unhinged lady manager !

I had interesting stay here at Kata Leaf. My room was 10 I had great view by windows. Location is great, food at the Kata Leaf restaurant is very good. There are a lot of cats and chirping geckos that sounds like bird :).

Отличное соотношение цена качество, большой просторный номер с террасой. Уютный зелёный дворик. Создаётся впечатление, что здесь вам искренне рады! Персонал старается сделать ваше пребывание удобным. Рядом центральная улица, до пляжа совсем недалеко. Здесь же и бар /кафе, скидка для гостей отеля. Рекомендую!

Большой трехместный номер на втором этаже. Общий балкон со столиками и стульями, маленький балкон с сушилкой для вещей. Номер имеет все необходимое, большой холодильник, шкаф, телевизор, стол и стулья. В ванной гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер. При отеле имеется кафе, готовят вкусно. Море в пяти минутах . Если идти от отеля влево не далеко 7/11 и там же спуск к морю. Приехали глубоко ночью, на ресепшен никого не было. Написали на вотсап, мгновенно нам ответили, и уже через несколько минут выдали ключи.

Это место, куда хочешь вернуться! Очень душевная атмосфера, всё по-семейному) 10 из 10!

Месторасположение отличное. В номерах темновато,на пару тройку дней перекантоваться пойдет

主要就是晚上睡個覺，白天基本在外面玩，價格便宜，所以就定這裏了，肯定比不上那些度假酒店，對得起這個價格，服務員熱情周到。

老舊賓館，硬件就別挑了，但是很温馨，下次來還會選擇這裏，二樓有陽台，晾衣架，走路很近去海邊，樓下是飯店。出門到馬路往右走一段，再往左轉走，有大排檔，很繁華，再走有SMART BUS車站，100泰銖到機場。出門往左一直走，有個水果攤，賣水果和沙冰果汁飲料，再一直走，有711。

Близко к морю, общий балкон но есть отдельный для сушки вещей, большой холодильник
