Close to beach, good staff, would recommend and stay again.

Good hotel and good location, 5 minutes to the beach, very good, kata beach has the most beautiful sunset. The room is very big and toilet also big. They offer free water courtesy and a minibar with many snacks to buy, that was very helpful

really really comfortable but not as close to the sea as i expected

great hospitality provided by the kind staff, they do scooter rental for discounted prices too, daily housekeeping was much appreciated. only downside is the number of mosquitos outside the room

A very nice hotel@,@ If you are catlover， the Katat leaf hotel is a good choice. There are many lovely and friendly cats and The hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Pro: 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. Location near to Kata beach. 3. Near to Central Food Market where you can get Dinner for budget prices. 4. Good looking outdoors. 5. Quite 6. Near the Blue bus station that fetches you to Phuket Town 7. Lent you Beach Towel for free. Cons: 1. Quite a distance to 7-11, attraction near Kata (unless you have bike), Smart Bus 2. The building is quite old, thus basic amenities are also quite old (sink, fans, etc) 3. Mosquito, and small centipede (killed 1) and small cockroach (found 1) Summary: If you only need a place to sleep (a lot of outdoor activity), and on a budget, is it a good place to stay.

My check-in was quick and no fuss at all, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was simple and clean but very spacious. Wifi, TV and all electronics worked. There's even a minibar. I got the last room on the ground floor, which had a view of the mini fish pond and a porch/balcony. I also got greeted by their cat :) The only thing that spooked me a little was a creaking sound that woke me up in the middle of the night; thought it was the cat sleeping my front porch and might have chair at first... went out to check at 5am there was no one. Unsure where the sound came from, but anyway, it didn't keep me up too much. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay and value for money. Forgot to take pics.

Cockroaches and Mosquitos the staff is extremely unprofessional and not trained to deal with foreign guest. The lady who manages is the rudest person imaginable. Stay away the reviews are not accurate and don’t express the reality . The restaurant food is terrible it made me ill for a few days .I should’ve not booked there reading a review of a couple with an infant that was treated rudely and asked to leave ! The same happened to me ! Beware of the unhinged lady manager !

I had interesting stay here at Kata Leaf. My room was 10 I had great view by windows. Location is great, food at the Kata Leaf restaurant is very good. There are a lot of cats and chirping geckos that sounds like bird :).

Удобное расположение в пешей доступности от пляжа Ката, дружелюбный персонал, уборка каждый день, чистое белье, суперские подушки. Идеальная чистота, нет никакой живности. Номер уютный, аутентичный в тайском неприхотливом стиле. Мое мнение для непритязательного гостя очень хорошо. Единственный минус- санузел, вода с лейки растекается по полу и убегает в маленькую дырку очень долго. Унитаз, раковина все чистое. Принцип унитаз лицо хозяйки соблюден на 5. Вода горячая через проточный нагреватель работал отлично, кондиционер не шумный в рабочем состоянии. Территория очень ухоженная , нет шумов ни с улицы ни от других постояльцев. Номером довольны. ( минус один бал за душ)

Все хорошо, неплохой платный минибар. Минус в том, что плохо пахло после уборки, используются неприятные чистящие средства

Если вы искушенный турист и привыкли жить в отелях вам не сюда, но постель чистая , номер тоже, полотенце для пляжа дают, шампунь гель есть.... Во дворе парковка Байков...

У нас был трёх местный номер, большой, удобный, есть балкончик с сушилкой, где всё быстро высыхает. Но есть большой недостаток для меня, прекрасная слышимость А в остальном, всё хорошо. Есть близкий путь на пляж, из отеля налево и там между домами узкий проход.

Самые главные плюсы этого места - его расположение и цена. Очень близко к пляжу Ката, в пешей доступности от пляжа Ката Ной. В номере есть сейф, есть горячая вода, шампунь, гель для душа, можно попросить пляжное полотенце. Есть средство от комаров, которое вам несомненно понадобится. Сам номер маленький. И не очень чистый, ползает живность, изголовье кровати в пятнах, в ванной комнате плесень. Простынь и одеяло были в желтых разводах в таких масштабах, что в первый раз за время путешествий попросила поменять. Поменяли, хоть и уверяли, что с желтыми разводами тоже было постирано. В целом, для ограниченного бюджета подойдет
