Il primo soggiorno a La Festa è stato molto confortevole e confortevole. L'isola di Phu Quoc è stata divisa in due hotel per quattro giorni. Ho scelto il Novotel a sud perché era convenientemente vicino alla funivia di Xianghai. Our families with young children stayed for 5 nights at this resort. The road outside the resort was flooded (probably due to poor drainage) so our taxi refused to drop us at the entrance and we had to walk through the bushes carrying our heavy suitcases to get into the hotel ourselves- terrible experience. But I suppose it wasn’t the hotel’s fault except that the flooding problem seems to be persistent throughout our stay.
Other than the above incident, the stay at this hotel was pleasant and staff was helpful and polite. However there were quite some ants inside our room and we had to keep the place very clean to avoid getting more ants. The renovation was nice and comfy and amenities quite new. Massage was good. Recommended overall.

Il bracciolo del divano nella stanza è crollato, ma nel complesso era comunque ok. Ho prenotato una stanza a prezzi scontati, quindi non avevo esigenze così elevate. Non ho chiesto di cambiare stanza quando ho visto la stanza all'angolo della villa. Se sono più di 2.000, la vista qui non vale comunque la pena. Il ristorante ha un sapore mediocre. Non ordinate il maiale brasato. Sembra delizioso nella foto. Non ha un sapore molto buono. Ma la colazione è piuttosto deliziosa. Ci sono troppi coreani.

La pulizia delle stanze è terribile, il balcone è sporco, non puliscono il pavimento del bagno, solo una scopa, negli angoli della stanza è pieno di sporcizia. Al servizio in camera, ogni volta che ordinavo un hamburger, le patate venivano così vecchie e così dure che quasi mi rompevano un dente, le peggiori patatine fritte che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia, a parte quelle della vinoasi. Troppe telecamere in giro per l'hotel lo fanno sembrare un reality show, praticamente esci dalla stanza non hai più privacy, per di più quando arrivi in piscina ci sono 4 bagnini che ti controllano e ti guardano, in spiaggia ci sono sette bagnini , una vera esagerazione , ti senti osservato per tutto il tuo soggiorno!
Buono ho trovato la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e la pulizia del mare antistante. I dipendenti quasi non capiscono quello che dici, la maggior parte non parla nemmeno le basi
In inglese la televisione ha solo canali vietnamiti, il che è orribile perché ho passato dieci giorni senza poter guardare la televisione. Gli addetti al servizio in camera sono molto cordiali, anche i camerieri. Ma devono migliorare molto per raggiungere il livello di un resort a 5 stelle. Teli mare vecchi e logori.

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater.
I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good.
Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day.
But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future.
The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!!
Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that.
We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time.
In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!

La colazione è molto ricca, comprende succhi di frutta appena spremuti e spaghetti di riso appena cucinati. Ci sono diverse piscine e la spiaggia è molto bella! L'insoddisfazione è che l'unità esterna del condizionatore è troppo rumorosa, il che influisce un po' sul sonno. Inoltre, puoi effettuare il check-in solo alle 15:00. Generalmente è possibile effettuare il check-in in hotel alle 2 in punto. C'è un bus navetta gratuito per la stazione della funivia di fronte all'hotel. La camera è spaziosa ma tipo di data. Il letto è comodo. La pressione dell'acqua di doccia è buona. Ci sono punti di potenza USA/UK su entrambi i lati del letto. Tuttavia, non c'è un master switch per spegnere le luci. Il design più strano è l'aria condizionata. Non si può impostare sopra 19 o altrimenti si spegne automaticamente. A volte si spegne solo da solo. Forse è per questo che c'è un ventilatore soffitto nella stanza. Il colazione è situato in un altro edificio collegato al edificio principale. Il ristorante è bellissimo e le loro varietà sono molto più di La Festa. L'unica questione è che ci sono molte volaglie e poche mosquite e anche 2 uccelli all'interno del ristorante. Per il servizio di autobus gratuito all'aeroporto, il conducente di autobus ha dimenticato di chiamarci al lobby e l'autobus è semplicemente lasciato con il nostro bagaglio. La posizione è molto vicina a Vinwonder e vi sono servizi di autobus per navetta, ma la piscina è piuttosto bello.

One of the highlights of our visit was the beautiful beach. The soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters were perfect for sunbathing and swimming. We spent hours lounging under the palm trees, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the serene atmosphere.
And let’s not forget the delicious food! The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the fresh seafood was particularly noteworthy. Dining with a view of the ocean made every meal feel special.

The service, the facilities, the buffet, everything was just great.
There is a receptionist who I really want to mention and gratitude because he helped us a lot with so much patience and kindness.
If I'm not mistaken, his name is Suka/Suca, but anyway, you can recognize him by his beautiful smile, and he has a small France badge, which means that he can speak French.
Thank you for wonderful vacation, we will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends.

UUticaI was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.

RRachelBest hotel stayed in Phu Quoc! Room was super spacious with great view! There are a few restaurants around the resort - Sea Shack, Lava (Steak), Main Breakfast Room etc. The main dining area was very busy upon my visit for breakfast at 0800hrs and was directed to Sea Shack, love the view and chill vibe in this restaurant instead so it wasn’t an issue for me. Service was excellence, the team had your contact number for constant communication, and instant reply if you needed any help at all. The resort is not accessible to any shops nearby and all dining will be within the resort only. Love the exclusive private beach area!

Dopo il check-in la reception vi ricorderà di registrarvi. Il trasferimento del volo di ritorno è gratuito. La piscina ha una buona qualità dell'acqua e non c'è molta gente a pochi minuti a piedi dal mercato notturno Ci sono molti buoni centri benessere e ristoranti nella zona circostante La cosa migliore è lasciare l'hotel al bus navetta il giorno prima della partenza. L'ordine ti verrà inviato all'orario previsto Poiché il volo era di mattina presto, la camera forniva anche un servizio di sveglia e veniva fornita una colazione gratuita (una grande quantità di pane, sandwich, acqua e frutta). La colazione in camera viene solitamente pagata fino alle 5 del mattino. anche se hai voglia di uno spuntino a tarda notte. Tutto sommato è stato un viaggio soddisfacente.

SSvetawongWe recently had a wonderful family vacation at the Pullman Hotel in Phu Quoc, and it was a delightful experience! The hotel is perfect for families, offering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service that made our stay enjoyable.
One of the standout features was the breakfast and dinner options. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices that catered to both adults and kids. The dinners were equally impressive, with a range of cuisines that satisfied everyone's taste buds. The dining experience was a highlight of our stay!
The hotel staff provided good service, always attentive and ready to assist with any requests. Their friendliness made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable stay.
While our experience was fantastic, there is a little room for improvement in the hotel conditions. A few areas could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience, but this did not significantly detract from our enjoyment.
Overall, I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel for families looking for a relaxing getaway in Phu Quoc. With great food, attentive service, and family-friendly amenities, it’s a wonderful choice for creating lasting memories!

푸꾸옥 섬의 남부만 여행한다면 괜찮을 것 같습니다.
리조트가 넓어서 버기를 타기 위해 기다려야 하는부분은 다소 불편했습니다. (어쩔수 없는 부분이긴 합니다.)
빌라에 포함된 수영장에서 수영장으로 들어가는 계산이 잘 보이지 않아 아이가 다리를 다쳤습니다.
계단이 확실히 구분되도록 어떤 조치가 있으면 좋겠습니다.
수영장에서 바라보는 해변과 낙조는 아주 좋았습니다.

EEvvvvvvWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights during Christmas, and our experience at this family-friendly resort was disappointing. There were not enough beach chairs by the beach and pool—only about 40 available. In such a large resort, it's surprising to encounter this issue. Many guests occupied the chairs early in the morning and then left, indicating poor communication and management.
Additionally, there was a chronic shortage of towels by the pool, and the staff by the beach and pool failed to coordinate effectively. We were told to sit on the ground while chairs that had been reserved for over five hours remained unoccupied, which was very disappointing.
There were only 1 or 2 staff members responsible for the beach and lifeguarding, and the kayak rental service was disorganized due to insufficient staffing and lack of proper arrangements.
Overall, this 5-star family resort did not meet our expectations, and we will not choose to stay here again.

There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose
breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend
Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality.
One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy.
Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.

UUtente ospiteArriviamo molto tardi il giorno, i bambini sono molto felici quando entrano nella stanza finché non c'è una stanza che si rompe l'aria condizionata e sopra quella del letto c'è sabbia all'interno. Il peggiore è il giorno dopo il servizio in camera l'altro letto ha sabbia e fanno solo letto non cambiano il letto per il servizio in camera.
Una parte delle nuove toletta puzza di fumo, così attenta quando le usa. Penso che solo la mia stanza mi incontro come 3. Ma non so di altre.
Servizio in camera richiede 1 orario che è piuttosto standard.
L'acqua della villa è forse da un serbatoio sopra l'edificio, posso sempre profumare e gustare la polvere dall'acqua, e l'acqua calda uscirà tutti contemporaneamente.
C'è un incidente che ci hanno mandato in un posto sbagliato per colazione, che è buono, ma non ci hanno immediatamente mandato indietro alla destra, e lasciamo aspettare un altro bug.
Condizionatore per capelli è scappato appena dopo 3 notti (uno 1 l'ha usato, il che significa che non hanno controllato e riempito)
La qualità dell'hotel è di solito di circa 3 stelle, ma i servizi della camera rispondono molto rapidamente. La notte si ripara l'aria condizionata (anche molto rumorosa, ma penso che dovrebbero assicurarsi che la stanza sia in ordine prima dell'arrivo dell'ospite) Arrivano molto rapidamente se si richiede asciugamani/acqua. Se non li chiedi, non ti forniranno. Per quanto riguarda il letto, penso che vengano con sabbia, perche' anche la sostituzione ha ancora sabbia.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
