Phu Quoc Island: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

All around experience was great. Just a few minor items that surprised me a little. The staff had great attitudes but lacked some experience when handling situations. Offering a shuttle bus at 18:00 to help get to an ATM at 11:00 in the morning was bizarre to me. The Cabana room was great, except for some minor things that I wouldn't consider to be a 5-star resort. The cover for the comforter had a massive hole for putting on and taking off right in the middle. No zipper or any closing at the end so it was a little uncomfortable while sleeping. Mad Cow restaurant was also just ok for the level of restaurant it is claimed to be. The night market is very close and they provide free shuttles to and from the airport and nearby night market. Still, a great experience at this hotel.

Vicino all'aeroporto ea breve distanza in auto dal mercato notturno di Duong Dong. Le strutture ei servizi erano proprio come 4 stelle. C'era un telo da piscina nella borsa da spiaggia in camera. Dopo aver nuotato in piscina, ho messo gli asciugamani nel portasciugamani usato, ma quando ho fatto il check-out, mi hanno detto che mancavano due asciugamani. Asciugamano bagnato usato... Poi riportalo in camera...? Se è così, non dovrebbero esserci asciugamani vicino alla piscina? mi sembrava di perdere i sensi...

This hotel is fabulous. Everything is good , such as nice staff, good services and very delightful buildings ! Only one minor thing- the amenities seem experienced wear and tear, so requires maintenance.

Trascorro 2 giorni all'Ocean Bay Resort senza alcun inconveniente. Tutto questo grazie ad ANNA. Molti altri dipendenti erano un po' timidi e avevano difficoltà a comunicare, ma grazie a lei ho potuto viaggiare comodamente e sinceramente ho cercato di risolvere i problemi che ho dovuto affrontare. Il servizio eccezionale e la posizione non troppo lontano dalla città erano le scelte migliori, e l'alloggio era più bello di qualsiasi altra cosa, e le strutture ausiliarie erano così buone che non potevo fare a meno di scattare un sacco di foto! Ho trascorso due giorni all'Ocean Bay Resort senza alcun inconveniente. Tutto questo grazie ad ANNA. Molti altri membri del personale erano timidi e avevano problemi a comunicare, ma lei ha reso il viaggio confortevole e ha cercato sinceramente di risolvere i problemi che avevo. Il servizio eccezionale e la posizione non troppo lontano dalla città erano la scelta migliore, e l'alloggio era molto carino e le strutture erano così buone che non potevo smettere di scattare foto!

La colazione era buona. La posizione è molto vicina a Vinwonder , safari, ****** e granworld. C'è una navetta gratuita e anche un autobus per vino. Suggerisco se c'è un diapositiva nella piscina, immagino che tutti i bambini saranno più felici Amo la suite da letto.... comoda e abbastanza buona per il nostro viaggio familiare/

Ci sono molte piscine in un'ampia area. La piscina per adulti è profonda 1,7 m. Ci sono anche degli scivoli d'acqua sul lato della piscina. C'è una spiaggia di fronte alla piscina piace nuotare e tuffarsi nell'acqua sarà soddisfatto. La colazione offre un'ampia selezione di cibi ed è deliziosa. Le camere sono confortevoli ed eleganti. Ci sono 2 minimarket aperti 24 ore su 24, una sala massaggi e diversi ristoranti di fronte all'hotel, quindi le cure mediche non sono un problema. C'è anche una bancarella di panini francesi. I panini francesi sono molto croccanti e vale la pena provarli. L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione della funivia ed è molto comodo per visitare le attrazioni del sud.

Sono rimasto molto colpito dal servizio dell'hotel. Le camere sono esattamente come descritte. All'interno dell'hotel ci sono molte attività da fare. Personalmente siamo andati alla jacuzzi e alla sauna e l'abbiamo trovato molto rilassante. La camera da letto era pulita e gli addetti alla reception erano tutti gentili. Per chi vuole andare al parco divertimenti Vinwonder, acquista i biglietti in hotel e ottieni un ulteriore sconto (20%). sconto). Linea Cibo personale, penso che potrebbe esserci più varietà. I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending.
