Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Phnom Penh

Come sempre HM Grand Hotel, uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Phnom Penh. Questa volta hanno offerto alcuni sconti perché avevano un certo manutenzione in alcuni piani. Ho un grande servizio, camera, jacuzzi e un massaggio gratuito di 30 minuti 💆as un regalo aggiuntivo. 🎁 Very safisticed!

Sembra si trova in una sorta di zona di club, in funzione del lato che il tuo viso può essere buono o può essere un orribile soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel due volte e il mio primo soggiorno non era problema, ma il mio secondo soggiorno mi ha fatto incontrare i club e non potevo dormire fino alle 4 quando la musica si fermò. Quando si rimane lì, si accerta di avere una stanza sul lato tranquillo. Anche in questo secondo soggiorno c'era un allarme di fuoco, sembra che alcuni ospiti fumino nel corridoio o qualcosa del genere. Ho aperto la mia porta e il personale mi ha chiesto di tornare in camera.

We were traveling in a group, we had 8 rooms booked more than a month in advance, we arrived late because our flight was deviated due to bad weather, we contacted them to notify them about it and they replied with an ok. At 2:30-3 am that we arrived they told us that there were mo rooms available. The guy in the front desk had a really terrible attitude even saying that it was not his problem, and also telling us he couldn’t find our bookings. After a while the manager came and he did find all our bookings, and he managed to help us get the first night in a neighbor hotel (which given the circumstances we had no other choice).

I stayed at LCS twice during my 8 day trip to Cambodia. My room, both times, were excellent. It was clean and homey. The pool I didn't get to use, but it was nice and clean, with towels provided pool side for the guests. There was a hot tub, but the hotel was doing some renovation on that level to make the services and amenities better, and the hot tub was not available at the time. The Skybar had nice food and drink. I loved the smoothies! There was a drink provided during happy hour. The view of the river was lovely, and it was nice to sit in the garden on the roof with the breeze. The breakfast was varied with Asian and Western breakfast foods available, and you could find something for everyone. The maitre'd was very knowledgable and helpful. I think his staff were new, and while helpful, they were slow in service. But, I had gone up once earlier during the day and they were in a training. So they are working on improvement. The front desk staff were helpful and polite, helping me arrange a tour guide and drivers to the airport. There are no spa services at the hotel, but there is a spa that was recommended by the staff right around the corner, and the spa was quite nice. It is within easy walking distance to Wat Phnom and to the post office, should you wish to mail a post card during your journey. I loved my stay at the LCS Hotel.

Recommended, the hotel is very well located. Has a swimming pool, and a bar by the pool which is a great place to relax, have a drink or read a book. Breakfast is ok, nothing to complain about, and the staff are very friendly. A true Value for money

We called the hotel one day before we arrived to let them know our early arrival time (to leave luggage). But when we arrived next day at 6 in the morning, the hotel was black out and chain-locked from the outside. The security guy opened the door and let us in and we saw the night receptionist was sleeping on the sofa with pillow and blanket, he seemed upset to see us. Then we requested to use bathroom (which is also very dirty and smelly) and he didn't even turn the lights on. We stayed a bit longer in the hotel because it was raining outside, and he didn't want to clear up his sleeping space for us to sit. When he realized we were going to wait until rain stops, then he cleared up the space and started to play games loudly at the reception. No greetings, no conversation at all, when we asked we can't connect to WiFi, he just gave us a STARE. We later then came back to hotel around noon and the room was ready (which we were grateful for), we didn't get the TWIN room we requested tho. The room was not cleaned properly, no minibar fridge, safe is with the key attached (it makes me think what the purpose of this safe is), dirty showerhead, flooded balcony, hair full of sliding door and stained wall.(see the photos below) Breakfast was okay but tasteless coffee. Wi Fi connection is not strong at all and the mobile data also gets slower in the room 🙂 Oh, don’t forget to bring your own adapter since they don’t have one in the entire hotel. We didn’t use the pool at all just by the look of it. You don’t want to get itch afterwards. The night before leaving, my friend had an important meeting at night. She had to leave the room since the coverage is bad and she did the meeting in the lobby. Our lovely night guy was back and started to watch news loudly that she couldn’t focus and hear the meeting. So she requested him to reduce the volume for a while, which he did for a few minutes then got louder again before the meeting ended. I would say location is great. But trust me, they got the best photoshoot on their website where expectations and reality doesn’t meet. The highlight of this hotel is the receptionist girl who works in the afternoon shift (sorry that I didn’t get her name). She really went out of her way to help us and she knows what the hospitality is. She makes sure to greet, smile and even gave me her charger to use for that evening, asked if we need anything. The hotel should be grateful to have her. Overall, the stay was okay but if you want what you pay for, choose another hotel with the same price range. There are lots of hotels out there better and cleaner than here. We won’t come back here again.

I booked this hotel last minute and it was definitely worth the price. It was clean and the internet was ok enough to support a zoom meeting, with occasional glitches. I am a walker and the location was a little heavy on the traffic and light on sidewalk, but the royal palace is close enough to get there on foot. The cons were that there is only one elevator for 14 floors. Also, while many of the staff were great, I felt some were a bit ”cold” compared to other hotels in the city and county.

Per la prima volta, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto, è una suite, è pulita e tranquilla. I stayed here for x3 nights at the beginning of December 2022, I found this hotel was a very good value for money, I had a Deluxe Double room with window on the top floor, the room itself was very large and spacious, the bed in my opinion was a queen size bed, aircon was quiet and worked well. The bathroom was small but had enough space to do what was needed and the shower was very impressive, nice warm water with high water pressure and a massive shower head. The bed was comfy to sleep in. The bar downstairs was very reasonably priced and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel wasn't in the main area of all the bars however this wasn't a problem as there were still plenty of street food markets within walking distance and I also enjoyed the walk up to the river side of an evening. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't have time to use the pool myself however there were plenty of guests which did and looked like there were plenty of loungers available to use throughout the day. It would be great if free bottles of water were provided in the rooms every day though and they didn't charge to top your water bottle up.

Non sono il tipo di recensioni, ma mi piace questo hotel e questa è la prima volta che scrivo. Il più piacevole di questo hotel è stato il personale amichevole e la pulizia delle strutture. Inoltre, anche se questo hotel è generalmente lontano dal centro, è in un quartiere sicuro e abbastanza tranquillo. E c'è un cibo molto famoso a buon mercato proprio davanti all'hotel. La torta di riso di maiale è molto deliziosa. Ho mangiato colazione ogni mattina, e quando ho lasciato l'hotel, era così deludente che non potevo più mangiare in casa. E' stato sorprendente poter guardare YouTube in coreano nella stanza, e è stato dotato di un'installazione Internet molto veloce dove si può guardare tutto su Internet e Netflix. E personalmente, per me era una buona memoria, perché ho avuto la prima volta a conoscere una ragazza chiamata Coco, la nipote del proprietario di questo hotel. Ancora una volta, grazie per la gentilezza dell'hotel ... Infine, le mie osservazioni come questa rivelano che non ho ricevuto alcuna richiesta o beneficio dall'hotel e esprimo il mio parere personale e soggettivo.
