Hotel in zona DP4YOU, Phnom Penh

Siamo stati qui a causa del check-out posticipato e della navetta per l'aeroporto. L'albergo è pulito. Il servizio è buono. È in una posizione centrale. La selezione della colazione ha molte opzioni cinesi. Nessuna stazione di frittata. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel se siete diretti all'aeroporto. Sfortunatamente, durante la colazione molti ospiti hanno scelto di girarsi e fissarci mentre cercavamo di fare colazione e lo Sky bar era chiuso. Sono indeciso se ritornare per un soggiorno a meno che non sia diretto all'aeroporto.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Il personale della reception era molto cordiale e premuroso. Sono stati in grado di aiutarmi a prendere un autobus per il porto dei traghetti. La stanza non era stata offerta ma soddisfaceva tutte le mie esigenze. Era pulito e il letto era comodo. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente.

What I like about it : Room is big enough for the price. There is a small tv with English channels, a small fridge, closet, AC and the toilet is well functioning. They provide toiletries and comp water, tea and coffee. They also have a minibar that you need to pay for that has water, softdrinks, beer and chips. : Service was good, staff member greeted me and I go down the tuktuk to help me with the luggage and after checking in, he sent me to the room. : There is a lot of nearby resto to choose from. It is also quite close to Virak Buntham (Japan Hospital). What can be improved : Wifi is in and out.

Cinque stelle di alloggio e di attrazione sono molto le stesse, che li separano è la squadra di persone che migliorano il tuo soggiorno. Per i recensori/visitatori che si aspettano perfetto inglese.... Come sta il tuo cambogiano? !

Sembra si trova in una sorta di zona di club, in funzione del lato che il tuo viso può essere buono o può essere un orribile soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel due volte e il mio primo soggiorno non era problema, ma il mio secondo soggiorno mi ha fatto incontrare i club e non potevo dormire fino alle 4 quando la musica si fermò. Quando si rimane lì, si accerta di avere una stanza sul lato tranquillo. Anche in questo secondo soggiorno c'era un allarme di fuoco, sembra che alcuni ospiti fumino nel corridoio o qualcosa del genere. Ho aperto la mia porta e il personale mi ha chiesto di tornare in camera.

Luxury stay in great location. One of my good accommodation in Asian tour. Nice bed, clean, good view from my room, good international buffet selections. It was comfortable and enjoyable stay. ****** is not my thing, but was good to go around, as food options is 24 hours. I was served with raw chicken in food hall, under ground level but, I completely understand. I was offered of free food on next visit. Thank you for nice experience.

The unit was big. 👍👍👍And the buffet breakfast was good and price was very reasonable for this deal. Nice deal will be coming back again 😀😀😀

Probably one of the new best hotel that just opened this year in Phnom Penh. We were very impressed by our family suite. Literally huge with very modern amenities. Having 2 separated bedrooms and a large living room is a big plus. As many other reviewers we enjoyed the pool at the roof top. Do not miss the sunset. About the staff: some are very new to hospitality but you can see and feel the management are very experienced so there was no issue at all for the check in and out. The ladies at the front desk are particularly cute :)
